I use them to open/close/service and all my pool treatment needs. I can’t speak highly enough about them. They are very prompt in responding. Reasonably priced. Friendly. Explain everything so well. My expectations were far exceeded. I honestly can’t see using anyone else for my pool. They are the best.

I tried them for the first time this summer when my pool wouldn't hold water and the level kept dropping. They came out, said they fixed it and charged me. It still leaked but was an improvement so I figured it was my old liner. Then I called to have them close my pool this fall. They said "Tuesday", it came and went and no one came. I called and they said they had it marked down that my pool was closed on Tuesday... well it wasn't so they came out after 3 more phone calls and a few weeks. When they arrived the guy started and said "do you lose water because I can see this part needs to be replaced". I was like um yeah! I already paid you to fix that! He didn't fix it though...?? Then they never installed my safety cover or drained my pool during that closing visit, so I called again and once again they said they were coming back but never showed up. I ended up doing it myself! No worries they still billed me for the first visit.Won't use them next year.

Unsurpassed services., either at our pool, or on the phone. Mike Ball, his partner in opening our pool, took great pride in how they did the opening, very Professional, yet personable. Shay, at Spague's store, very, very, knowledgeable about the products they sell! Extremely helpful, answered all my questions. Shay returns emails in a very timely manner. Brittany was also helpful. Highly Recommend!

Inground pool motor died on 8/2/23. Was having a gathering on 8/5 and of course the pool is the attraction. Called Spargue's for repair/replacement. There was some discssion regarding the timing of the service call which was totally understandable. They promised they would do the best they could allowing for a couple to 3 days. This company went above and beyond as the motor was replaced on 8/2, the day of my call. One simply cannot ask for better service than that. I've used Sprague's for years and have always found them to be very accomodating, attentive, professional and always up-front regarding the estimated cost.

Just recently had Mike and his team install our new pool. Absolute awesome experience from start to finish. His team takes extreme pride in their craft and they do a great job. They followed through on every single aspect of the plans we had and were very accommodating and easy to talk too. Mike is a straight shooter and was very good to communicate with. Would definitely recommend spragues for all of your pool needs.

All I can say is they might not answer their phones too well but they do have parts for older hot tubs all the way back to 2004 for myself which was great. And they have a pretty nice setup on the inside as well.

These guys always service my pool. I will never have another outfit touch our pool. After not being satisfied for years with different pool service companies these guys are just what the doctor ordered. Ann who is a coeowner runs a smooth ship and ensures customer satisfaction. She has helped us get some emergency situations taken care of right away. Making ever customer feel like they are top proirity.

So happy with our pool install. They always did what they said they were going to do. Everyone on their staff was friendly and worked so hard to get the job done. We had the pool put in at the end of August and they were finished in less than a few weeks. They worked hard start to finish. Would definitely recommend them!

Love these guys! We looked at 8 pool providers. Andy and his team were the most timely on getting us a proposal, a hard "dig date" and worked to orchestrate all of our vendors for our backyard design in downtown Saratoga. I highly recommend them.

What great people! We had them install our pool ... 20 YEARS AGO! It's been fabulous. But that's just the beginning. Our pool has been closed/opened by them for most of those years, done professionally and timely! Chemicals, maintenance or any questions ... no problem for the Sprague staff! Just today our pump stopped working. My husband brought it to Sprague's and they went wayyy out of their way to fix it. Being it was Friday before Labor Day ... they really went the extra mile to get our pool up and running for the holiday weekend. Danny Sprague was fabulous and now Andy and his whole staff have been super helpful. If you need a pool, maintenance or questions they're the ones to call!

FYI- This business is not having their employee's wear masks even though they are customer facing. They have notes posted that the public is required to wear a mask and stay back six feet. When asked about their policy the girl Abbey said, " I'm o.k. with getting the virus. It will improve my immunity." They are under different management from last year.

Called on a monday to schedule an appointment for them to come out and fix a tiny section of tracking on my pool, was told Andy would call me back. I call back on wednesday after not hearing from anyone and was told I was on the list, still no Andy. Called on Thursday that the "guys" needed access to my pool area for Friday and they would call me AFTER the repairs were done to tell me what it cost plus a $90 call fee. Ok do it I need it done. No one shows up!! I call friday afternoon, Andy has left for the day but they will get back to me. So monday comes around and no one has called me back, I call back and yeah Andy will not really be in much this week.... Horrible experience!

I had leak in my pool they came fixed the obvious big rip i had . First thing they probly saw and did halfass job fixing that only patched some of it ..guess they didnt have patch long enough . My pool still leaking called them back ..said they be back out monday....here it is going on thursday almost ....ill call someone else ...I dont think they knw how to fix a leak thats why they havent come back

This place is actually a family run pool company! The barber shop on the other side of the place is also family owned. Would definitely reccomend either!!! Good people good haircuts. Good location. Good parking!
