Terrible service! The manager is very rude and doesn’t know about the products on the store. If you need something from GNC make sure you talk to a nutritionist or already know what you are looking for, because they will give you the wrong thing or something that you don’t really need according with your fitness goals. You ask a question and they read the label of the product 😂! It’s embarrassing. I won’t come back to the store anymore and I will advise my friends do the same thing, Manager it’s rude anyway and shouldn’t work there since she doesn’t even workout anyway therefore have not experience with supplements etc…

This GNC always has a wide variety of recommendations. The staff is friendly and helpful which makes it that much easier to decide what to get, especially if you don't come to GNC that often. I'd say if you need assistance with anything just ask for Sara, Aolani or Maia and they will help get you sorted out.

You have to give your phone number, name, and email to purchase anything here. It's ridiculous.Thats ok, Amazon was cheaper 🤷

Bad customer service, went to the store on base for the first time, while browsing the cashier asks what I need I tell her straight up, she tries to check me out quickly for some reason. In the process of rushing she could not pull my membership and blames it on me, or the fact that there must be an issue with me. I will accept though I do have a deep accent but that dont mean I cant talk right. I gave her email address and she still messed it up, and claims I am not a member lols. At this time I left her to her ignorance and just completed my transaction and walked off.I am not the smartest person out there and I have read several studies showing strong corelation between retail sales revenue and customer hours spent in a store. Rushing customer out when they are the only ones in the shop is probably not a smart thing to do. Iwill not go to this gnc and will think before shopping with other stores in future.

Terrible service. They give you vague and short answers, answering in-a-way it seem like they do not want to answer your questions. The store seem like a Convenient store, if you needed something right then and there. Never going back.
