Good place, good selection of products, nice staff.Now...with all that being said DO NOT BUY HAY RIGHT NOW (written mid January 2024)! It's 10(!!!!) dollars a bale and is absolute garbage quality, looks like someone baled the sweepings from the bottom of a hay barn, full of dust and all extremely short pieces, even for first cut. My sheep and rabbits will only pick at it so I'm having to supplement with hay stretcher. I only bought it due to a massive shortage in the area within 50 miles of my house. I assume whoever baled this was trying to benefit from the shortage and desperation of folks right now who can't use large round bales, and I really hope Walker's doesn't do business with them again without quality testing. Photos for comparison added, right is Walker's hay from my recent purchase and left is from them a few weeks ago before they got this batch in. The better quality stuff was also 8 a bale so I am dumbfounded how anyone thought this was ok. Price gouging sucks.

This is the best place to get your feed for your animals these people are really helpful and kind they have great prices on everything and they have happy and healthy baby chicks they sell the best baby chicks at an affordable price

Love this place, I go to browse the clothes. I personally like the Carhartt and CAT wear. There's usually a sale going on. Oh, and I love to go in the "half off" room.

I went to the Fall Festival and bought some cute things there. It was my first time visiting the store. I bought some socks and a toy for my new puppy. I will definitely be back.

Love all the products from farm to presents !! We get chicken feed and seeds and more their ! Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable! Love their tailgate sales and vendor sales outside with animals and local.products! Great they do this outreach for community!!

So helpful! My boyfriend was looking for boots and they brought out so many to try without making us feel like a burden! Friendly and knowledgeable! The store itself is wonderful, from clothing to home goods and all anyone would ever need, I highly recommend just stopping in to see what they have! Will certainly be back.

This is really an adventure spot. You name it - they sell it. Cowboys and everybody in between will find clothing, boots, hats and more. Then the other side is housewares, farm stuff and garden tools. You will need plenty of time to explore. The friendliest staff also. Huge selection of Carhartt if that's your thing.

Great place to find gifts. Although the children's toys are a little over the top priced for a matchbox sized car . I did buy a few though.Great experience for my 2 year old to be able to pet baby chicks and ducks.

Stopped by for the Walkers Craft Fair n had a GREAT day!! Plenty of Vendors with so many Unique crafts to choose from! The Smell from the BBQ Chicken Pit only made walking around that much more enjoyable & when I finally got some it was DELICIOUS!! Looking Forward to returning to the Fall Craft Fair!! Stopped in the Actual Store & that was filled with so many Cute n Unique Gifts as well!!

Always a nice stop. Great selection of work wear, great selection for pets, and we get all our pellets for heating season here. Friendly staff that know what they're selling and are always eager to help. Walker's is a great place to shop and support small businesses.

Staff was not at all helpful. Took my daughter to buy cowboy boots and it seemed like we were interrupting their cell phone time. We decided to make our purchase elsewhere.So we have been back since previous review, apparently went on a bad day and it is definitely better than before, staff is helpful, but try going when they're not too busy, they try but difficult if they're busy, but who isn't these days? otherwise no complaints from last several trips.

Very knowledgeable - we are new to farm animals and always have a lot of questions. All members of their staff are helpful and patient. We can get just about everything we need for our guineas, chickens, turkeys and calves there and if they don't have it, but can get it, they will.Love the store - good quality stuff from local honey to Carhartt.We feel very fortunate to have such a great resource nearby.Definitely two thumbs up!

Went to walkers to get some wood pellets for my pellet stove. Had received a e mail from Karen stating pellets were 309.00 per ton breaks down to 6.18 per bag great price if buying by the ton. I asked the girl at the register if they offered a military discount she said yes then another woman came to the register and said I'm sorry we do do a military discount on wood pellets i was there so i said ok i bought 7 bags didn't ask the price on the bags mind you they are 309.00 by the ton so i just thought ok probably be around 6.75 per bag got home was looking at my receipt they charged me 7.89 per bag. At that price i will never buy them their again get get them in glens falls for 5.98 just wanted to yry a different brand

Went to tailgate sale big disappointment....they advertised baby chicks ....but sold out days before ....think they should order chicks for that day only to give other people a chance that travel from 1 hr away ...not impressed
