Cool little distillery off the beaten path. Their cowboy coffee was amazeballs!! They're getting ready to expand which is awesome to hear about any local spot. :) We did the tasting, a cocktail, and tour. Nevin was really enthusiastic and knew his stuff! Will definitely check it out again!

Great Farm distillery in a beautiful country setting with an Adirondack feel tasting room. Owners and staff are fun to talk to and very knowledgeable about their process. Their high rye bourbon, rye, vodka and gin are first rate. A must stop if you are in the area.

Literally pulled off the road after seeing a sign - not knowing what to expect - and were pleasantly bowled over by the views, hospitality and product. Had a lovely conversation with Leon, who graciously invited our dogs inside while we tasted and talked. Fabulous array of spirits (try the coffee liqueur, limoncello and High Rye particularly, though you can't go wrong with anything they serve). Cocktail menu changes with the season. Well worth a side trip if you're in or traveling through the area.

This place is a gem! We went as a family (adults, kids, grandma) and all had a great time! The tasting was generous and the cocktails are delicious! We liked their products so much that we stopped again on the way out of town to stock up! Highly recommend a visit if you’re local or looking for a cool vacation stop

We came here and was greeted by the sweetest girl, Frankie. The place was absolutely beautiful, it use to be an old horse farm! We got a tasting and tour which included a cocktail! I loved the vodka and my boyfriend loved the high rye! Frankie was very informative and enthusiastic! We enjoyed everything about the distillery and will sure with be back.

Found the table this morning at the Mayday Underground event at Village Gate in Rochester. Dustin (I think🤞🏼) was extremely friendly and super knowledgeable. With each sample I tried he had great info about the product and his take on the flavors. I ended up taking home an Apple Moonshine and a Straight Bourbon. Looking forward to enjoying both soon and was very happy to learn they have a spot at the Rochester Public Market in case I run dry 👍🏼

We purchased a tour and tasting Groupon. We couldn't get a tour because there was only one person working. The young lady performing the tastings was very nice but not very knowledgeable. I dont drink hard liquor but the apple moonshine was really good. There's plenty of outdoor space with benches and corn hole game to sit out and enjoy.

Found this distillery at a booth at the North Creek New York's Farmer's Market. The hostess of the booth was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable on the product, and helped us make a decision that would work with our food allergies and sensitivities. Excellent product, the coffee and apple were our favorites!

Fantastic moonshine combos - if you have not tried the Maple Moonshine - you have no idea what you are missing - it is freaking incredible!!Very smooth - just the perfect drink to sip over ice during a summer night or neat on an autumn afternoon!!!

This is a great little micro-distillery with a bright future nestled at the entrance to the Adirondack State Park and close to skiing & Saratoga Springs! I was able to visit a few weeks ago on the weekend en route to an afternoon of skiing (bonus)!...though I wish the tasting room opened earlier (I'm sure it will as people start discovering this gem). It appears to be a converted barn in a great little setting. They only have the clear spirits available as they are aging their browns, but from what I tasted they are well on their way to success. The Vodka is exceptional....super clean with perfect hints/undertones of Vanilla! As we all know, Moonshine is HOT right now and theirs is a winner! Howl at the Moonshine...great name. I am looking forward to seeing some of their flavored offerings in this category as this is a must with Moonshine...and their Gin will be a staple in my summer liquor line-up....I'm not a huge Gin drinker (most folks aren't), but it's exceptional. For a small distillery, you have to get every detail right and they are very close. I'd upgrade the tasting snacks/water bar set-up a little and parking is a little lacking, but super friendly owners and dog friendly. A great place to have in the area! Well done Springbrook Hollow!

Great little slice of America, a must stop for quality local liquor. The resident black lab melted my heart. She was the friendliest 4 legged greeter. My fiancé and I stopped by for a quick tasting and couldn’t leave empty handed everything was so incredibly smooth!

Visiting this scenic location and hand-restored barn on a crisp, sunny day made our visit feel like an outing. Once inside the distillery the staff welcomes you to tour, taste or simply browse their spirit selection, crafts and interesting historical artifacts from the location and surrounding area. The friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me make my selections and the majestic country setting will have you taking photos before you leave.

Did this on a Groupon which said it included a tasting, cocktail and tour. We basically got a couple of sips of the product in really tiny cups. There was no cocktail and no tour and they were not particularly friendly.
