These people are great. I'm on a road trip to Vermont, my old 1996 Road King broke down and we were able to get it to their shop. They took my bike in and diagnosed the problem and gave me the bad news that the old Evo was done for this trip. We hung out for the day and ended up leaving with a great deal on a 2021 Street Glide Special, the show goes on!!!!! Every person I dealt with, from the Boss to the shop and everyone in between treated us like welcomed guests. It was great to find a shop that is into all things Harley no matter how old your bike. They are holding on to my beloved Road King until I get back to get her. Thank you so much for making things happen for my wife and I. You guys are the best. I would tell anyone in that area to stop in their shop.

My husband stores his motorcycle at McDermott in a geated Garage during the winter season. Any work needed to be done and/or NY State Inspection is done before he picks his motorcycle up in the Spring!

Stopped in McDermott's while visiting Lake George. Stopped a sign for my hubby but had no way of strapping it to my bike. The wonderful sales associate was kind enough to ship it for me. Three days later and it's here safe, sound, and prefecture packaged. Everyone we spoke with there was super friendly. We'll be back next time we're in the area.

I did a rider to rider transaction through McDermott with Alise and I have to say it was the easiest motorcycle/car transaction I have ever had. Agreed on a deal with the owner the night before. Got the information to Alise and I road the bike home the next afternoon. Literally zero stress. When I go to upgrade to a bigger bike in a couple years it will definitely be through McDermott's Harley and Alise.

The absolute BEST Harley Davidson Dealer Experience I've ever had. I have boughten 3 brand new Road Glides form 3 Separate dealers, and been to COUNTLESS browsing and inquiring about bikes and prices. While Harkey Davidson Quality has gone downhill, and Quality Control seems to be sleeping on the job every single bike that rolls out the factory, this dealership has not fell from grace with the rest of the Moco. The staff is always willing to work with even the pickiest bike owners and work with you as you change your mind and decide on things. Jaimie(parts girl) ALWAYS makes sure she gets ALL THE DETAILS and small pieces you forget about when doing upgrades, not as an upsale, but things you need for the install that you cant get elsewhere, or overlooked. Alise is by far the most honest, and friendly sales person I've ever dealt with. There is NO PRESSURE when you walk in to this dealer to buy a bike, and they make you feel like family before and after the sale. After sale care is rare, almost non-existent from Harley as Whole, but McDermott's just does thing different.If you are going to spend your hard earned money at a dealership, and don't like to feel dirty and like you got used and abused afterwards, then do your business with McDermott's.Buying this 2023 Road Glide ST Fast Johnnie, was the best dealer experience i have EVER had. Before, During, and After sale.

Great service and easy to deal with, but when my bike is brought in for new tires that cost lets say $500 for both, and my bill is $905 how do you justify that, feels like I was taking for a ride without lube. So on that note over priced.

Excellent service and fair prices. A busy shop with darn good workers. I bought my bike nee there in 2018. They have done all the work, including tires, brakes, tune up, 30K checkup. I will be back.

Noticed an left fork oil leak after 2 great days riding the Adirondack, cheap repair gone wrong, with the pressure of getting back home tomorrow for my daughter’s graduation dinner .. they helped me out today, worked on it in between their full schedule .. and charged standard hours for their efforts! Really great people, everyone I met there! Highly recommended!! Cheap repairs ain’t cheap, it turns out :-)

Decent service and I liked the selection of clothing items Being very allergic to pet dander, I wasn't impressed with the 2 dogs. One running around and the other standing right with us trying to get pet. I'm not a pet hater, but don't believe they belong in the work place, especially because of customers like me with serve asthma commonly triggered by allergies.

So, let me start out by saying these people saved me big time! My bike broke down during americade. Had it towed there at 11:30pm on a Friday night. They had me back on the road Saturday afternoon and no appointment. They take work on a first come first serve basis and when you live 10hours away and your only transportation home is your bike, it’s a stressful situation to say the least.They were open till four that day. I asked the service desk that morning if they really thought they’d get me fixed before 4 and his reply was “we will be here as late as we need to be to get people like you back on the road as long as we have the parts we need” I couldn’t be more impressed with them and I’m super pleased with how they helped me and others out that day.Highly recommended. reasonable pricing as well even with high demand for their service during rally weekend. I came upon this dealership unexpectedly but I am glad I stopped. The staff is friendly, the canine welcoming committee are just as friendly, and it is a nice shop. They may not have the biggest inventory of bikes, but they have some nice ones. And plenty of accessories to shop for, especially pet accessories. Makes me wish I had a dog! Stop by if you are in the area. It is worth a visit.

I was traveling from Massachusetts on my 2012 RG Ultra, when my stator failed completely. These folks were the best! They brought me right in and competently diagnosed my problem and then went to work fixing it. They kept me informed about the status and finished the job in record time. The guy at the boutique is arrogant. He makes you feel that he is the boss, I didn’t feel a client but someone who was not wellcome. My husband had difficulty to have 10% discount even with showing him is veteran’s card. Then I explain to him that my couple of friends who was with me forgot their veterans card’s and asked him if he could give their 10%. He looked at me with an arrogant smile and proud to make a negative head sign! The ambiance was not wellcome. The door was very closed. For people who lived with tourism, they don’t acted to make us want to come back!!!!

Ok here we go I called to have my 11 dyna wide glied to be brot in lasts spring ok needed new tires only ok yes well thay gave me a quote for little over 800 ok sounded good well it was dun well before that I told them i could here a tick on the top half of the motor I asked when thay took it in lison for it because it was my first harly I dint know if it was normal or not well I get the bill over a 1000 bucks for two tires and here a tick lol thay charged me 100 bucks to lison at the tick when thaytook it in lol so what you all think about that I'll never go back again

WOW! Customer Service through the roof!! They still honored their gift certificate that had been lost for years (in our move). We were sure they wouldn't because we had also had a very large gift certificate from the world famous T P. (next town over) and they would not honor theirs. I will buy all my leather boots and motorcycle accessories from McDermott's.Thank you guys for being honest. If you want to buy local, I would shop here.
