Allot cleaner than the Hudson Falls store, with nicer staff. Clean isles and organized items. Many different things here that the HF store doesn't have (or at least you can find them here)

Worst Dollar General on this Earth. Manager is very unethical, I had a refund issue and after the 2 workers she had on were pretty rude about it, they called her and all she did was ask to talk to me and yelled at me. Who does that? Must be her head got lost somewhere in one of the snow storms last winter and she is still looking for it cause she certainly is not a good store manager.

Fort ann dollar general is the worst store I’ve ever been in, I bought some beer and needed to be identified, i had to walk around the store to find someone, who the then said someone will be with you in a minute, 15 minutes later the came out acting like i was interrupting there time, every time my wife goes in she’s treated very poorly, when will management start taking care of these people that disrespect the customers, I went to the complaint website and they want $20 th lodge a complaint, no one is going to pay to complain so that way it keeps there complaints down, if anyone doesn’t believe me try it yourself you’ll see

The Dollar General in Fort Ann has lots of great merchandise. I love to run in for this or that, instead of driving to Glens Falls. I am, however, using it less and less often, because the majority of clerks do not wear masks. If they do wear one it is on their chin, or covers only their mouth. There is one gal who always wears one... all I know about her is that she has a young child and when I thanked her for wearing her mask, she told me she wears it to be safe for her child. I wish the other clerks would take this virus seriously. I want the store to succeed, but if I have stopped going there, I am sure others have.Where is the manager of the store? Even some customers come in without masks!

Despicable treatment. I usually frequent Dollar General. I usually come with a party 10 to 12 people. As I wait outside, one of my passengers had to use the bathroom and was told there was no bathroom, by the cashier serious. As I have visited this Dollar General for years, I know there are two bathrooms in the front of the store. I thought my business was welcomed here. After this I am serious thinking about talking my dollar somewhere else. November 11, 2020. 9:36am.

My daughter got blamed by 3 people who work there that she was opening stuff and outting back on the shelve when it was one of the workers step daughter that was doing it. My daughter would never steel. And on top of it we never got a sorry for the manager.

I love dollar generals in general. Thougn I love stopping at this one because it's always well stocked. I found products there that haven't been around since the pandemic started. Kudos to this store.

Very clean and well organized. The credit card machine was not working properly, which caused a backup at the checkout. This is not the 1st time this has happened to me at this store.

Dollar General is a great place to find garden gear and nice clothes. I would recommend this store to people who travel alot because of the variety.

Very affordable and great items. When you see cheap items you think its going to be a cheap item to use etc. Thats not the case. Clothing deals here and low prices on items that are of great quality. Definitely worth going to

I was not happy that the cashier seemed rude...I tried to point out items that were reduced...Rudly told it rang up at sale price only to find when I was going over my receipt....I wasn't given the discount....
