We are so happy to have found this wonderful neighborhood place for our new puppy! Both times we have visited so far, James and Crystal have been SO friendly and helpful, treating us like family already! They recommended the best products for our pup, and didn't try to push anything we didn't need, which we really appreciated. This will be our go to pet shop and groomer going forward, and we can't wait to try the daycare when out pup is old enough. Highly recommend this place, you won't regret it!

Best pet store and daycare in the area by far! As first time puppy owners we are so happy to be part of their community Our dog Kirkland LOVES to go there every week and we always get great quality products at good prices. The toy selection in particular is awesome! Crystal and the daycare team are amazing, very knowledgeable and caring. They helped us throw our buddy the best 1 year old birthday party—and he was SO happy.

This pet shop is amazing! My boyfriend went the other night and had the BEST experience with James. He said James was very knowledgeable, extra helpful, and recommended him on the HEALTHIEST options out there for our pup. I tagged along the next time (today) and was impressed with how hands on and helpful everyone was. Such a delight knowing Wagging Tails truly puts our fur babies first-10/10!! This is our new pet shop for sure 💛

Absolutely phenomenal shop and groomer. I do not trust our sweet boys with anyone but Wagging Tails. The fact that they also sell the most lovely handmade bowties and bandannas and their favorite treats is an added bonus 💕 They go CRAZY for the salmon skin! Just picked them up today and they smell so good and look so fresh

Wonderful! They bathed my Chihuahua-Minature Pinscher Mix dog, and cut/ filed his nails. Getting his nails done scares him so much, but they handled it well and he came out wonderfully cared for. They also have a huge variety dog treats, dog care special items, and dog foods. I buy treats for the dog park, and being able to buy different sized bags and treats is great. I've seen a lot of cat products, but I cant say much for it since my only pet is my dog. Either way, very pleasant.

Best store for your fur babies! I traveled today now that I moved away just to come get birthday cake and treats for my Gizmo's 10th birthday (Shihtzu). James, Krystal and all of the staff are amazing and really care about your pets. They always have a great selection and variety of everything I need for my three pups. I love their doggy birthday cakes and so do my pups! You can always count on getting exceptional customer service. I can't thank them enough for all that they do. They're the best in the neighborhood and I'm so thankful to the universe they survived 2020!

I researched different groomers in queens just to make sure my pup had a pleasant experience. He’s very jumpy and I couldn’t imagine him sitting still. I decided to go with waggin tails because of their positive reviews and I am so happy I did! The groomer, Michelle is so friendly. I was able to go back and discuss with her his behavior and the type of hair cut we wanted before his appointment began. He was done in exactly 1.5 hours as they mentioned when I left. They also have a great range of toys, food and treats.

My dog has anxiety and finding a groomer that can deal with her is hard but Michelle at Wagging Tails is the only one she is good with AND she gives her the best cuts. She listened to what I wanted for my fur baby. I feel safe dropping her off. Crystal is also very good at recommendations for her sensitive belly. This place runs well, is clean, and has great staff. They have everything you need for your pets. Michelle gets very booked up so book in advance! You won't be sorry. (Excuse my dog's messy creamy treat face).

My husband and I recently moved to forest hills and wagging tail has been so helpful with our dog Summer who has a ton of energy! They have great products and are happy to order items you want that they may not carry. The daycare service is awesome, organized, attentive and caring. The staff also have great suggestions as they get to know you dog. All around I’m very happy with them!

This is by far THE BEST pet store. Their prices are excellent, less than Pet Co and the level of competence of the staff, particularly that of Crystal, is outstanding. She knows dogs and she knows her products. She is invaluable in help customers find their way through much of the nonsense about pet products on the net. I won’t shop anywhere else for products for my dog.

Very helpful in choosing the right properly cooked non splintering bone for my dog. Dog has had the bone now for 3 weeks and it still looks great and is providing lots of enjoyment for the dog. So glad I went to Wagging Tails.

Absolutely the best pet store in five boroughs. Crystal and James and the whole team are so knowledgable and take such fantastic care of pets. Great grooming services, incredibly conscientious & engaging daycare, and reasonably priced products (cheaper than online) - plus, they give back to the community and hold lots of special events. Couldn't ask for a better place. Our dog is IN LOVE with Wagging Tails and we're so lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

This place is great, Crystal is so nice, helpful and polite. The groomer is amazing! She has the patients of a saint to deal my dog that has anxiety. She gives him the cutess cuts. She does a great work.

This pet shop is the absolute BEST! Besides having the BEST things for dogs, they also have the BEST customer service. Crystal is so caring and knowledgeable. She treats every customer and their pet like gold!!! Crystal greets every customer with a smile and is so kind. She treats every pet like it's her own. One visit was all we needed to become returning customers. We won't go anywhere else! Wagging Tails is TOP NOTCH by far!!!My dog recently started going to doggy daycare and LOVES it. She was so shy at first, but after a little over a month it’s like a completely different dog. They do a quick temperament test to ensure your dog isn’t aggressive when around other dogs and then you can begin to schedule your dog attending daycare. They give them lots of attention and take them for walks and play with them. When I pick up my dog she doesn’t want to leave! Highly recommended!

My two year old French bull dog loves Crystal. She is trustworthy and truly loves all the animals that she takes under her care. She gives you periodic updates and she will always call you to notify you if she has a question for you about your pup. I'm so glad I was passed along Crystals number! What first brought me to this store was the amazing products they have. The amazing staff is what keeps me going back. They are amazing and so friendly. Wagging Tails is one of the best pet stores in Queens! I’ve been bringing my dog Gino to them for day care for months now and I couldn’t be happier. Crystal is so caring for my pet and also so helpful with any of my questions. The store also has everything you need and the staff is always so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!

The staff here were so incredibly helpful. After seeing I was looking around for a bi, Crystal, the manager came up to ask if I needed help, when I told her I was looking for some walking tools not only did she point me to the right direction but opened items from their packaging to make sure it was the proper size and I liked it. So knowledgeable about food items and recommendations.I also love the products they have with such an array of unique treats. They're an awesome small business.

Crystal is AMAZING! She stayed open an extra hour to take care of my 10 month old puppy while I was stuck at work. I'm very impressed with their customer service and dedication. My puppy always comes home so happy and tired from doggy day care. You can't go wrong with Wagging Tails!

Recently found this lovely gem. The store has a large variety of food and they just got a new (and bigger) freezer for frozen raw patties. The staff, Krystal and James, are so nice and helpful. Will be coming back here for all my puppy needs.

Other than having great experiences every time I go buy my dog’s food, today I actually had an issue with an allergic reaction my dog got due to a change of formula in the Merrick food brand. Real Texas beef to be exact. Anyways, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Crystal who helped me look and gave me a few samples that didn’t contain the ingredients that were changed in my previous bag. Crystal was amazing this time and every time I come in the store! Very energetic and very very nice. Thank you Crystal! 👍
