The best pet grooming ever! They outdid themselves this time! I had been away and came back to a matted up baby ☹️ I was concerned but they literally gave him a whole makeover, I mean just look at this cutie pie ❤️ Not only are they skilled and professional, but they are always so caring and attentive as well. My Jackson doesn’t even hesitate to go. He feels loved, you really feel like family here and it’s such a comfort to know he is in good hands. Le Pitou, thank you so much for all you do!From our family to yours. 🏽

My puppy had his first grooming. The store met all my expectations. Super cute environment. A great staff, the groomer was very careful and patient with my puppy and Alexandra is very kind (my puppy doesn't like other people but this was a rare exception. He loved them), I found good stuff for him and a fair price for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend Le Pitou!

Great cat groomer! My baby always leaves looking wonderful and happy! 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a cat groomer to give them a try. 😺PS: If you know your cat (or dog) is very feisty with strangers or specially feisty with groomings then you should talk to your vet for a way to help with that. You can give them something to help make them more calm during stressful times such as those, and this will help both your pet and the groomer have a better grooming experience overall. 😊

I had such a great experience when I boarded my dog and cat here a few weeks ago. I had never boarded a pet anywhere before but it was absolutely necessary at this time. Everything went GREAT. These folks were so kind and accommodating. I received regular updates and all of my calls were answered. My pets received very individualized care and a great deal of love and attention. I just can’t thesefolks enough. They are responsible, compassionate, animal loving people. I highly recommend them for grooming, daycare, boarding, and their fine food and pet product selections. Brought my cat in last minute and they took him no problem! They did an amazing job with him. He has longer hair and they got all his undercoat out and also did a sanitary cut on him. He looked and smelled excellent!Place was also very clean and tidy.Staff were also super friendly and patient with my cat. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Im sooooooo grateful that they took my puppy last minute when I went on vacation and the family member who was supposed to watch him canceled on me. They sent daily pics/videos and reassured me everyday he was fine. They literally saved my day and he was able to be groomed, washed and ready for me when I came back. Thank you !

Had an awesome experience bringing my two pups here. The woman at the counter was very patient and answered all of the questions and concerns I had as a first time customer. I let them know how nervous my dog gets and what to look out for but they assured me that my babies would be handled with love and care. I was concerned of being blindsided by the cost at the end of it all but because I brought my dogs in excellent condition, it was a straight forward job. The groomer did a fantastic job, they look cleans and beautiful and I will definitely be returning with them!

Having just moved from Florida, the staff from Le Pitou has been my lifeline! Adjusting would have been more difficult for my little buddy Charlie but knowing I have a place to safely board him during travel and pamper him with grooming has been a wonderful experience. Amazing service done here my cat unfortunately was in a very bad condition her fur got really matted and stuck together. The groomers did amazing service they were able to remove all the fur off completely. I would definitely come back here! Recommend her for anyone with cats or dogs! This place is an absolute rip off. Avoid at all costs!! I bought a dog carrier here that is specifically meant for small dogs and my little pup tore right through the mesh in the front 2 days after I bought it. I went back to the store to get a refund because they clearly sold me a faulty product and they said no they couldn't. That's a terrible way to run a business. The manager or owner should definitely do something about this. This is terrible customer service and not a way to build customer trust at all. I'll be telling all of my pet owner friends in the area to avoid this place like the plague.

My friend and I took our fur babies today I always come here but he was a little hesitant since his pup has a bit of anxiety but boy they came out happier than ever looking super cute. They really out do themselves with the cut and care. Definitely a gem of a spot !

I’ve visited this place 3x now and each time was a different price. They give you a price of $87 then up to 125 and just today they charged 135. They request only cash. In addition to this inconvenience, they have the audacity to tell me that 135 usually doesn’t include cutting nails and brushing teeth. They act like the dogs condition is outrages and too much work. Where I go every 2-3 months which I feel is normal time. I strongly suggest thinking again from visiting this place. This will be the final time

I took my golden doodle 5 month old to Le Pitou and I am so happy. Alexandra was kind and a pleasure to talk too. The groomer was gentle and knew exactly what i wanted when i said teddy bear look. I would recommend this place and will be going back..

Tiki loves Le Pitou. The groomers are great! Tiki is a Bichon poodle mix and they know how to groom him. He smells so good and looks so good after his grooming session.I also buy his coats and treats here. The parking situation is challenging. Wish they had a parking area just for their customers!! It’s Forest Hills, so parking is tough! Try them, they won’t disappoint!!

Shocked to read some of these reviews. I’ve been going to le pitou for 6 years and my dog drags me in there every single day. The owner is always so happy to see him and our groomings are always seamless. Perhaps realize that pets are not easy to groom and calm your expectations. I’ve been to many groomers but le pitou is by far my favorite

This was my 3rd time boarding and first time grooming for my 2 cats, Gandalf and Gilly. I appreciate the groomer's transparency about her difficulty with Gandalf and asking me to assist. Also, Martha has always been so helpful and kind. This place and its staff are heaven sent! (Sorry I forgot everyone's names except Martha!!)

Gigi LOVES going to Le Pitou. Regardless of the reason, is it getting more wet food, to get a hair cut or to stay there for couple of days in the day care. She is always happy to be with the staff! I don't know how they do it but my dog just loves them! I would recommend their services to everybody! They treat your pets as they are their own! The food selection is really good (all of treats, wet & dry food). A lot of colorful leashes, collars and stylish Jackets and sweaters. If you love your pet you will love it here!

unfortunately i have become less and less wanting to get my dog done here. Groomer always does a good job, and they are accommodating with last minute walk-ins , Which is hard to come by, but it's more about the feel or vibe of the place. ( not the nicest!) I will take my business somewhere else.

I found this place by chance and thank god I did because Alexandra the cat groomer is the cat whisperer. My cat has a history of aggressive behavior so I don’t take her for grooming regularly and even with all the matting she was able to leave her beautiful.

Needed a new groomer and couldn’t have been more happier with my choice. Potato is my sweet orange sable Pomeranian who has an unruly coat no matter how much I brush it- it grows wild! They did a great job shaping him to perfection!

I come here all the time for my dog Penny. Each visit the staff takes the time to ask me how I want her cut & listen to my suggestions if I want her cut lower. They even allowed me to send them pictures so they can see exactly how I want her cut. I will be going back.

I give it 5 stars because it was our first experience and it was the best, my dog ​​was beautiful. and excellent customer service.
