I went to this store to purchase some nail polish remover, I was in the isle no sooner that two minutes, and the manager approaches me with an attitude stating that they didn't have any. Then he also stated that the cameras were on me.. I have never been so offended

This Rite Aid provides the BEST customer service, especially in the Pharmacy Department. Wendy, the Department Manager is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. Her team is exceptional. They all work very hard to fill my prescriptions accurately and expeditiously. They are super busy but they are courteous and answer any questions you might have. They are friendly and care about your well being. I have shopped at this Rite Aid for over 30 years and always have a great experience with this outstanding team and the store associates. Thank you to Lilly, Jaffar, and the entire Pharmacy Staff~please forgive me if I don’t know their names.

My boyfriend goes in there many times and there's this little girl at the register that Everytime she sees him, she responds "oh no, it's him". I think that's horrible. He fills all of his scripts there, and the pharmacy people treat him with respect. I also shop in there myself. I spend a lot of money. I don't even want to shop there anymore. The girl that treats me boyfriend with disrespect, is dark skinned. I consider that discrimination. Where's the manager? My boyfriend may not dress the best, but he doesn't have a lot of money. I'm reporting this to the corporate headquarters.. I made a mistake, it was the girl at the pharmacy

Wish I could give negative star’s these people are so lazy and rude I have been calling since yesterday and. 80 times and not one time these lazy people answer the phone. There is a nasty rude lady that wears the black thing in her grad at the drop off window her attitude is disgusting and she shouldn’t scent be one of the people serving the community the way her attitude is set up. Never answers the phone. I don't know why they even have a public phone number to begin with if 100% of the time without miss these chucklefucks can't even pick it up without me spamming calls on multiple phones, and even then it doesn't work. In fact, I'm repeatedly demanding the pharmacy on my phone as we speak for an actual person to pick up. Not to mention the staff for the general store area is very unhelpful, with them saying that they don't have a product in stock without even looking for it. Turns out they had the product on the shelves and it was already opened and damaged. Needs some serious management overhauls

I don’t understand how they kept an entire shelf of antacids (Pepcid, Zantac, generic equivalents etc) completely empty. Like you would expect coming into the pharmacy to have over the counter medication readily available especially since the price premium is so much higher than Amazon but they didn’t have it in stock

Look at this pothole. This rite lot is littered with them. I almost drove right into it. Do you know the level of damage that can cause smaller lower vehicles. Entire isles are completely empty and there's only 1 or 2 persons working in the entire store. So sad to see this place get closed down. I spoke with some of the employees and apparently its because of the corrupt higher ups that want to reduce staff and hours to "look good" in front of their bosses and pocket the extra cash before the company goes down under. Best of luck to whoever buys this location out, it's a good spot and very busy so I'm sure they'll make good business, but some dimwits at Rite Aid upper management don't know how to run one. Explains why so many stores closed down due to shoplifting, it was never like that 7+ years ago... I remember there being so much staff and shelves so full you could always find the stuff you needed. But I guess clowns are only good at running a circus.

Horrible. A pharmacy that doesn't pick up phone calls. When you repeatedly call because they don't answer, they place you on hold so the phone don't ring. No wonder Walgreens is taking over. This will be my last refill at this terrible location. Looking forward to this place going out of business.......

They have a standard “it will be 20 minutes” for anything. Go back 20 mins later and then it isn’t ready. I ask for a callback / text and I don’t get one. I’m trying to call now and they do not answer.

Great for late night snack cravings plus last minute stuff u need for the house!!!We come here for Milk, chips, juices and other non healthy snacks lol ...There's also western union where u can send money and I guess collect it ... good for emergency situations

Update: They don’t even answer the phone when other pharmacists call them! I put in several transfer requests and the pharmacists call me saying they won’t pick up the phone so the transfer can’t be completed. They are holding my prescription hostage.In addition to not being able to reach them by phone, three times now they have been late in filling my prescription or not able to inform me when they do not have the medication I need on time. I have automatic refill and there’s no excuse to not have the pill in time. I’m now switching to CVS.

The good thing about it is it has free parking and it is open for 24 hours. I used pharmacy. There wasn't line though. It seemed very clean throughout the store !

I tried to get my flu shot and they don’t give me because I didn’t go through to internet. I was preset at the pharmacy to request to make an appointment and the pharmacist said I have to do by phone. It is unbelievable the way they treat people without helping.

Worst pharmacy ever. They never pick up the phone. You have to drive there constantly especially if you have issues with your prescription that can easily be resolved over the phone. Horrible place!

I've been using this pharmacy for about 7 years. At first, it was great. You were able to reach them, the head pharmacist was a very pleasant woman who cared, they refilled scripts on their own, and the lines moved quickly. In the past couple of years, they stopped refilling meds on their own. I went there and they said it would be a 20minute wait. What choice did I have? It took one HOUR to fill ONE prescription! The head pharmacist is making mistakes now and is not so nice any more. I go there to pick up meds and there are typically ten to fifteen people on line. They will have 2 people at the register until there are 6 or 7 on line and then one goes away and it takes forever because people have issues with their medication. Meanwhile we're all waiting while the other cashier couldn't care less and decides to neaten the area. It is now the world's worst pharmacy.

Dislike this pharmacy to the fullest. I'm waiting to pick up and they truly ignore you and start something else instead of helping the person in line. Keep them waiting until they feel like it's time to help. I only came here due to insurance reasons. After that I won't be back.

Really, giving this place two stars is being very generous. I've been coming here for over twenty years and the downward slide has been tremendous; the sheer velocity of it occurring within the past five years. Ridiculously, unnecessarily slow checkout lines up front, out of stock on a LOT of items and finally: THE PHARMACY. I've been filling my prescriptions here for almost fifteen years and the quality of service, the techs and the pharmacists themselves have gone WAY downhill. There's always, ALWAYS an issue whenever I go pick up any medication for myself or my kids. These apathetic robots will straight lie to your face to cover up the fact that they regularly screw up. Tonight's episode has been the final straw and, after hemming and hawing for the past year or so as to whether or not to switch pharmacies, I'm done and I'm out. The only positive was that they were open 24 hours but even that's changed and now they're only open until midnight. Believe the negative reviews, people. I expect this location to shut down permanently in the coming months.

I really did not want to tear the people down, but it’s trash that they do not answer the phone. I had a simple matter that I now need to find time super early before work to do. I can understand when it’s busy during the day. But If everywhere is showing you open to midnight, why can’t you answer the phone? You are not busy. On top of their record keeping is suspect. They have me having picked up something on one date when I actually did not pick it up until days later as verified on my bank statement. On top of trying to back track something they claim they gave me that I do not have. But I have the other items I supposedly picked up with it. Finally, there needs to be better discretion with getting info to do a pick up. Why the hell am I yelling my birthday out for the world to hear? Really disappointed.3/28 circle back - confirming that later they found the item they claimed I took in the delivery bin because the guy didn’t look well enough. If I can give this pharmacy 0 stars I would more than happy to do so. They never pick up the phone, the line to pick up medication takes literally 45 minutes to an hour on a good day. Employees don’t help and work in slow motion. I have no idea how management are allowing this to go on.

The older gentleman that worked at the counter on 5-9-24 around 5pm is extremely rude.
