We got our puppy from this place, he is healthy and really obedient, we had him now for 2 weeks almost. The owner if the store is being extremely patient with us and we can contact him on call or wechat anytime.He gave us instructions and even freebies and goodies.Extremely good service! ! ! A friend got his dog here and recommended this place. I got my fur baby here a little over a month and he is the most amazing dog. It took us 2 months to find him. We chose a different one before but there was issues with it and Tony(owner)said he will refund the deposit. We felt Tony is very trustworthy so we ask him to help find another dog. On top of that Tony was very helpful in guiding us with what we need and how to potty train. On the day we pick him up, he pack us a goodie bag. We had a good experience here and definitely recommend my friends and family here.

My fiancé and I visited Q Puppies a couple of months looking for a welsh corgi. We were greeted by Tony who is 100% committed and enthusiastic about his job. He was super informative and immediately contacted a breeder to communicate our interest in a corgi. What I loved best was that while we waited for our future puppy, Tony kept us updated about the status of the puppy and even sent us frequent pictures. I admire his passion and would recommend anyone to buy their dog from here. Additionally, the place is super clean and very well kept. My fiancé and I are extremely happy with our Biscuit! We not only received a beautiful healthy puppy but also a great personality to add to our family!

I was looking for a shih tzu for quite some time but finding reputable breeders and going to them can be quite a hassle. I figured why not have someone with more experience do the job for me.Once I gave a deposit, Tony helped me look for a white/cream/brown female shih tzu and he actually found me her (kira) within the first day from a breeder in Missouri, and reserved her for me as she was only 4wks old at the time. AKC registered and everything too.The manditory spade was a little of a turn off - but Kira’s personality is amazing and I don’t think it’s as big of a deal as most people (including me)think.Tl;dr go to Tony. He genuinely cares for the animals and will be sure to be patient and take care of you!

I was interested in one puppy or two until I learned about ICA certificate or registration after I learned about many complaints online about scams I do my search and I find out this kind of certificate or registration means nothing. Was a drama reading all this info give me a lot of headache 😨 and give me confusion to get a pricey thousands of dollar dog 🐕 from the business I read the reviews where the owner say the reviews are lies. This is a 100% real experience I do not recommend anyone buy ICA puppy unless you don't care about the blood. I think it is a small dark side of puppy mill so sad.

When I first walked into the store I noticed how immaculate it smelled and looked. Each puppy had their own crate which was spotless. The owner answered all my questions and all the puppies were well groomed. Once we purchased our 10 week old puppy we brought him to our vet. He said the puppy was in fine health also he had no worms or parasites.I would totally recommend this place to buy a puppy.

I got my Bishon Frise from this store a few months back and he is just perfect!!!. Tony (the owner) was very helpful and informative prior to the purchase. They gave me all of the paperwork and all of the information I would need to fully take care of my puppy. He did not even let me take him home a day earlier to ensure that he was fully healthy after he was neutered. The place smells like Clorox but that is only because its the only way to protect the other puppies from any sickness since many people go puppy store hopping and touch a bunch of other dogs. Tony is very protective of his puppies and I found that he cared more for their well-being than making a quick buck which shows their integrity and for me, integrity is everything. I am grateful that I got my puppy from this store and will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

The employees Tony and his wife have been super helpful and professional. They told us everything we need to know about getting our puppy (what to feed, when to feed, when to take to the vet, things to get, things to avoid, and etc). I’m so glad I came to qpuppies because they were so nice and I couldn’t of asked for better service. They do everything they can do accommodate you and work with you the best way possible. It was my first time getting a puppy and it was the best experience I could of asked for. They provide all the paper work of the puppies after purchase and explain everything to you. I would definitely recommend buying a puppy here because of the amazing people and amazing service!

Been about a year since we got a toy poodle, Theo, from Tony. During the whole process Tony and his wife were incredibly helpful and cared about any problems even months after we had gotten our new family member.Theos almost a year old now and he's had no health problems and he has an amazing temperament! Super sweet but very playful. All the dogs we saw here were clean and we'll cared for. Would highly recommend!

I brought my 3 year old dog today and it was amazing!!! The store was very clean and very neat. Both owners were nice and you could see that they took care of the dogs.The dogs that were behind the glass were being checked on by personnel every 5-10 minutes. I am very happy with the way my dog looks!!! He was treated like a king :P They also had really good prices! I recommend this place to anyone who has a dog and anyone who wants to buy a dog! :D

I tried coming here with my mother so she could look at some puppies. Her dog passed away recently so I wanted to see if she “clicked” with any puppies. Upon arriving, the owner was rude and told us we can’t see the dogs without an appointment. He did not tell us a later time to come back, he was basically telling us to just leave. I will happily take my business elsewhere. Besides that place was cramped and did not have a variety of puppies to choose from. I will simply never come back here. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! There are plenty of other place in flushing to get puppies from.

My mom has been going to this spot for over 5 years for her dog grooming, a small Peking Poodle mix. Today she called for an appointment as usual, my mom got put on hold for a few minutes, and he came back saying the store does not want her business. When my mom ask for a reason, they refuse to disclose...I don't understand as my mom never had any unpleasant experience with the store nor the store ever mentioned anything to her that we can relate to this rude encounter. I don't know if they've mistaken us with another customer or there another reason. I'm leaving this 1 star not because of their service but because of the way they handle their business.

I came here to find a new buddy, friend, companion! Ended up getting a Yorkie ix - 3 months old and i am in love with him. As soon as i entered all the puppies were so excited, clean place - the owner was very respectful, knowledgeable and gave lots of info about the dog + all paper work was given. I would comeback soon to get another pup. Thanks tony!!! i got the dog in december - the yorkie male pup one from the top cages.

My pup fur was literally butchered. Everywhere was a problem. And he was injured in his left ear. It's very apparent that this establishment does not currently have a professionally trained groomer available on the premises. This is the second time where I was disappointed with the grooming of my baby. I will not return nor will I refer anyone there ever. No trust going forward. I'm sad every time I see my baby.

I purchased a beautiful tan Boston terrier from this place.. took the dog to the vet to find out that the dog was already 1yrs old. The dog was under weight and he was a horrible dog.. over night he tore up my wall and pooped on my bed. Not obedient what's so ever. Cause he was to old.. I returned him and only got half my money back after all those damages and lies.. My kids were hysterical crying.. 6months later my neighbor walked in there to have her dog groomed.. and guess what.? That poor Boston terrier was still in that cage and even skinner. Shame on them for selling old over priced dogs that's are sick..

I went to this establishment today to help a family member purchase a dog, and I was EXTREMELY impressed. Here's why:-Cleanliness: you could barely smell that you were in a dog store, and they had everyone who handled the puppies use hand sanitizer which really speaks to their dedication to selling healthy puppies.-Customer Service: The staff was very pleasant and patient with us as we made a big decision about which animal to take home. There was no pressure, they were helpful, kind and answered all of our questions.-Thoroughness/Safety: Aside from the hand sanitizer I actually observed them allowing the dogs that were for sale to leave the cages and get some exercise. Also at the point of purchase, but before we ran our credit card we got what I call a "mini class" on the breed we were buying and many tips (on topics ranging from health to housebreaking) and tricks to make the dog's transition to home as smooth as possible. They also established a partnership with us and assured us that if there were any questions or anything they could help with that we should feel welcome to call them.I have never had a dog purchasing experience like this one before, and I will be purchasing a dog from them for myself in the near future. I highly recommend them.

New York city has ordinance the all dogs bought has two be spade or neutered. I'm from Idaho and found a puppy I wanted to buy until I was told about this ordinance. I'm not paying for part of a dog. This city has the strangest laws. I will never visit New York city again. STUPID laws.

I haven't been to their new location yet but we were there when they were at the Northern Blvd location. I really had my reservations bc of the terrible reputations of puppies from stores but this place wasn't like the other stores I had been in. My friend and I have purchased TWO puppies from this establishment. They're both almost four years old and very healthy dogs. What struck me about this pet store was just how clean they kept it. They also had a huge (friendly) German Shepherd just roaming around the store. When we had first gone in there, just to look around, I saw my dog (Yorkie-bichon mix) & an empty cage marked "Corgi" (which was the breed my friend was interested in). We asked if the Corgi had already been bought but the woman (who was busy cleaning the ears of a fluffy white puppy in her arms) said no, that he was just running around in the back with a few other puppies bc they like to let them out rather than keep them cooped up in their cage all the time. Sure enough, we saw him frolicking with the other puppies. She fell in love with him and ended up getting him. I went back a little later for the one I found interesting and ended up getting him as well. I appreciated that they gave them a bath and groomed them a bit before letting them come home.I decided to wait a few years to write this review bc the first year or so is generally when any inherited health issues would surface. Thankfully, Odie has no remarkable health issues to speak of. He had a slight ear issue a little after coming home but I think it was bc he was getting dirty a lot and needed to be bathed so we might not have dried/cleaned them properly one day. My friends Corgi seems fine as well.I would've given them 5 stars if the man who answered the phone when I was actually inquiring about available puppies for another friend (who fell in love with Odie and wanted one for herself) bc he was rather short and almost rude. I can't comment on the grooming which seems to be the only reason people leave negative feedback bc I groom Odie by myself but puppy-wise, I would go back or take a friend if they were looking for a puppy.

I have been a customer of theirs for years. I have a cocker spaniel that doesn't like being groomed and has had a bad experience in other places but Qpuppies has a unique set of people that really care about dogs. The lady that does my dog's grooming doesn't use muzzles, my dog behaves well with the lady even though she's generally known for not being a friendly dog. The lady never had a problem with her biting or such. The price is regularly 65, mostly because my dog is kinda big for a cocker spaniel and has ALOT of hair. But I don't mind the price because the new fresh clean smell lasts for several months. LOVE 'em and fully trust my dog with them.

I purchased myCorgi puppy here, he's 3 months now . Compared to other pet stores they have a great selection of dogs, the store is clean and they have a good system of handling the pets.My experience with them was pleseant and I believe they care about their puppies and customers.PS, I visisted the AKC store on Lexington and their selection of puppies were not as impressive. I was surprised being they are an AKC store. I would definitely recommend people to come out to Q Puppies and check out their selectio before making a purchase.

The best experience ever- pleasant staff- found it more affordable/ reasonably priced far more then others, our little puppy is a very happy clean and healthy puppy, and a pleasure to have as part of our household. My only regret is that I had wished I could have purchased 2-3 more puppies from Q puppies.

12/24/14...........I normally dont write reviews but I had to write one this place.I decided a wanted to buy a puppy for my girlfriend's birthday. After extensive research, I found Q puppies and decided to give it a try. I went with my girlfriend and the place far surpassed our expectations. The place was clean, it didnt smell bad, and the puppies looked happy and healthy (which is more then I can say for some other places I saw). We were able to spend time with a few puppies in a the play pen area to see which one would be the right fit for us. It was obvious that they cared about the puppies and it wasnt just about making a sale.My girlfriend bonded with one pomeranian in particular and we decided that we we wanted to move forward with getting that one. They were extremely helpful and worked with us on the price, which I'm really grateful for. The puppy was also AKC registered which was great.We're really happy with our experience. They were really professional and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to add a new puppy to their home.

In my opinion I would not get a puppy here. It looks dark and not clean. I know when you have a lot of puppies the store is going to stick. But not as much as this store. The puppies didn't look healthy. They also did not have many breeds.

The dog first of all was 1,900 dollars which is way over market price. When I went to see the dog, I told them I was just looking around and that I would purchase a dog in a month after on overseas trip so the dog would not need to be boarded. They said if I purchase that day they'd watch the dog for free. Fast forward to 4 weeks later, I take the dog to get checked at the vet and he had giardia, a parasite caused from eating other dogs feces. Being that the dog never stepped foot outside of the house except for at their boarding and when he was there as a puppy, he had to have contracted it there. She paid for the meds but refused to pay for the retest to check if the disease went away. I'm sorry, but out of principle, after spending 2,068 dollars on a dog, they should cover all expenses incurred from something that was caused in their establishment. She then said we were really nice already for watching your dog...what a lie! They never would've made the sale if that wasn't a part of the agreement. I'll end this by saying that there are new owners who seem nice, so you can pretty much disregard the negative comments you read thus far.
