We brought in our puppy for his first grooming experience, and it was amazing. He went from looking like a shaggy rag doll to a beautiful, fluffy teddy bear. The staff was very patient and really listened to my preferences. The place is very clean and fun and the other dogs in the daycare looked very happy. Can’t wait for his next appointment. Definitely our place from now on. Thank you so much for giving us such a great experience.

The service is excellent, whether it's boarding or grooming. Every time, the staff are very diligent and responsible, asking me many questions regarding my pet, providing timely updates on their condition, and even offering extra meals and snacks for free. It feels like they treat my pet as their own child, with a lot of love and patience.Whenever I encounter any unclear issues, I always ask them first because they respond promptly and seriously, even at four or five in the morning, saving me a lot of extra costs. This really touches me.The recent customized grooming service was really great. My pet’s fur is very soft and fragrant after using it, and the scent lasts a long time. It's really conscientious.Highly Recommend!

I just got my boy nova(Doberman) yesterday and didn’t know what shampoos I needed but Katherine was able to find the perfect product for him @ pethome. She had excellent customer service and also gave my boy a to go treat 😁. I recommend this shop to anyone living in flushing looking for pet supplies or grooming.

They did great job for golden doodle. I tried other place at Long Island but I think this place did the best job and take care of my dog. I always drive 1hrs from London island. 100 percent recommend this place!
