My experience here was awesome! The groomer named Jessica was very attentive to my dog champ who is a Pomeranian he's a bit feisty and for the first time I brought him into a groomer with a muzzle for fear he could potentially bite someone. When I returned later to pick up Champ she had given him an awesome haircut exactly as we requested furthermore, added blue bandana giving him the superhero dog look!!! To my pleasant surprise champ was no longer wearing the muzzle either and she had figured out some of the things that were triggering him such as the noise of the buzzer Etc and worked with him to give my dog a pleasant experience thank you so much this is an awesome place.

I’ve been bringing my dog here since they opened, Jessica is always so accommodating and helpful! If it wasn’t for her we would not have noticed my dogs tumor. She goes above and beyond! This is 2 weeks after his bath 😍

I never write reviews but this is long overdue because master pups is the best! I’ve been taking my Pomeranian here since he was a baby and he’s 5 now. I do not trust anyone else with my pup but Jessica is AMAZING. He looks perfect every single time he leaves masterpups. I’ve even brought my aunts dog for her first haircut here and she looked adorable! Jessica is so sweet and gentle with them and you can truly tell she loves what she does. 10/10 recommend, best place ever!

We've been with Jessica since Molly was a puppy, and Molly will be turning 4 this yr. She's amazing, her staff is wonderful, and we wouldn't trust our dog with anyone else. Molly always comes back beautifully groomed, and when we pick her up after boarding for a short vacation, Molly is her usual perky self. We've just had a wonderful experience with Master Pups.

The best experience a pet owner can have!!Lets talk background - I have a chi mix and she is fiesty when it comes to her paws/nails (she had a bad experience prior, they cut too far that she bled and after that hated grooming)When we first got recommended to Jessica, she was extremely friendly on the phone and we booked the appointmentNow the moment we got in, Jessica attended us right away and all her attention was on Mia (my pup). I can tell Mia was an extreme priority at that moment, which made me feel comfortable. Jessica took her time getting to know Mia, talking directly to her, making her feel at ease, going with Mia’s boundaries and soon enough (20 min. In) Mia got comfortable with Jessica.Jessica took such great care of her, groomed her to our liking, even cut her nails down (since it was tough to find a groomer that would take a feisty one) and most of all, made Mia feel safe - I really appreciate that!!If I can give more stars, I would !! The best place you can bring your pet, you will not regret it.Also, the pricing was great as well !!

They did such a great job on my Gorgie. They are very professional and fast. Only took 2 hours. In other places I went to I had to wait 4 hours. I highly recommend them if you are looking for fast service, professional, and reliable groomer 👍🏻

We took my puppy to a different place before and were able to tell that my puppy was not normal afterwards and the haircut wasn't even great! After reading very good reviews about Jessica at Master Pups we decided to give it a try. After filling out a form, they did ask for proof of vaccinations which was a good sign. We were very glad after seeing my one-year old Bichon’s new look, just as we expected! and the puppy was still happy and active after being at Master Pups. Jessica was a really wonderful groomer, she is attentive and accommodating. She also informed me of her observations with my puppy and gave me advice on how to maintain my dog’s health. Not to mention The price is also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

We had such a good experience at master pups! You need to get an appointment but once you had one it’s smooth sailing. They were very professional, took care of my pupper so well! And she came back looking so clean and the cut was fresh! I would highly recommend them. To top it off she added a cute pink bandana to make my puppy look even cuter!

My boy Barricade has been going here since they opened. He gets his wash, ear cleaned and when we go on a vaction he boards here until we are back. Great staff and Barricade loves the place

I’ve been bringing my dog here for years. You can tell Jessica truly love dogs and wouldn’t ever hurt them. My dog hates going to the groomers just like any other dog but she loves jessica and I know she makes her feel as comfortable as she could during this experience. I feel safe leaving my baby here. I tried other groomers and didn’t get the trusting feeling from them that I feel with Jessica. My dog always looks great after coming here.

When my pup was about 6 months, we took him to a different place and we were able to tell that my puppy was not ok afterwards. The haircut wasn't even great!We then decided to bring him to Jessica at Master Pups. The bond that my dog has with her is great! She's so friendly and cares for our dog, asking how he's doing whenever we pass by or call. Highly recommend!

First time bringing my dog there. I was welcomed the minute I walk in .I fill out the form. The groomers came and asked how I want my dog groomed.All my expectations were met.Love it. Will be my permanent groomer.Thank you so much .Update after been so happy there. The last time I was there this is how my dog looked. I was very angry because they absolutely denied that the cut my dog during the grooming . After a phone call they agreed to paid for the medications. But, never again will bring my dog there. If they will admit that an accident happened prior for me find out maybe I still wi be there. I’m happy in my new groomer.

We have been taking my Brussel/shitzu Oscar for 2 years now to Master Pups, Jessica is great with him. He doesn't get along well with other dogs but she knows that and is very patient with him. She also does a great job grooming him. We moved out of Flushing to Long Island 6 months ago. Yet we still travel to Queens to groom him there. We won't go anywhere else. My Oscar knows her and is comfortable with her.
