I went to look for a snow blower. I knew I wanted an ego but didn't know which model. On their website , I found they had a variety in stock. Not like the big box stores, they had to be ordered. Sue worked with me and told me pros and cons of different models. They even had some set up and I could get the feel of the machine. After purchasing a 2405, the staff helped put it in my suv. The one young man offered to go with me to my home to take it out. What a fantastic person. All in all, it was a great experience. Highly recommend this store.

This place is exactly what a small town hardware store should be. Friendly knowledgeable staff, good prices, a wide selection of just about everything from Carhartt to Yeti. A great place to find any gift for any person you know. If they don't have it, you don't need it.

The staff were incredibly helpful and exchanged it for me at no charge. They provided homely and personal service that made me feel like a valued customer. very disappointing visit to werners today. Wanted a log carrier their site said was in stock. The older guy down stairs said we didnt have would not even look for it so my 45 min drive was a waist. I talked to the young girl at the counter and she found it in 2 minutes. The older fellow was very disappointing

We absolutely love Werner's! Everything from paint, tools, gifts, clothing, you name it, you can find it! Staff has always been so helpful finding what you need. We appreciate the kind & caring environment of this local store!

Great group of supportive people working here. I had an issue with a chain saw and they could not have been nicer, above and beyond. Similar to past experiences there. Highly recommend them. They also have some nice clothes that are prices right.

Fantastic old school hardware store - folks there are always happy to help you. They also keep the place well stocked with everything you need and their prices on work clothing and work boots are as good as Amazon. Highly recommended.

I am nearly 8 months pregnant and live next door to Werner's the one time I park in their parking lot after their store closed and moved it at 8 am the owner is outside threatening to tow my car. Meanwhile I bought something in their store 3x this week and multiple times in the last month. It is a shame that their employees treat people better than they do, I will definitely not purchase anything from them again.

My go general hardware store! I love shopping and supporting local business. But what makes Werners stand out to me is the customer service you get at the counter. They always spend the time to male sure you find what you need! 5 stars

I can't say enough about werners. They literally have everything you would ever need it's not just tools and hardware and paint they have local business items they have a whole department for apparel they have toys for kids they have something for everybody plus you can pretty much get whatever you need for Home Improvement working outside and Landscaping installing pretty much anything or fixing pretty much anything this really is a fantastic staple of Florida New York and I hope they never change plus the window and decorations for the holidays is comparable to some of the nicer stores in Manhattan and that is really saying something

Pros were : convenient parking, big selection of a wide variety of items and a the few items on sale were priced well.Cons: store was super hot ( it was August), took a while to find an employee available to help me find items, once I got pointed in the right direction of items I needed I was on my own. I literally had to grab a broom to reach something I needed on a high shelf. There's an upstairs and downstairs to the store and I had to lug several bulky, heavy items downstairs without any staff offering help. No shopping carts anywhere to be found on the day I was there.I've only shopped there once. Will update if my next experience is better.

A special shout out to Donna. My son and I were there this past Sunday to buy a smoker. Donna was very helpful, pleasant and engaged. She recommended the smoker we needed within our budget and gave us a background on all the other smoker related products in the store. We never felt rushed and enjoyed the experience, Donna even called to let us know they had one in a box that was ready for pick up at any time.

A large, well-stocked store we've been going to for years, with a friendly and helpful staff. But today they outdid themselves. We bought a fishing rod for our son, and couldn't get the reel to work. None of us had fished before. We brought it back to Werner's looking for help, and two of the friendliest, most helpful people I've ever dealt with examined the reel, tried to fix it, and then happily gave us a new rod and reel. And showed us how to use it. They even took the hook we'd bought off the old reel, and put it on the new one. Six stars, if I could give them. What a fine store.

I really love this place. Reasonable prices and lots of inventory that you definitely cannot get from a Lowe's or Home Depot. You can literally find everything you need for outdoor living year round. Great paint selection too and great gift items for your friends and family

Great place to shop for your local hardware store Last week I bought my masterbuilt smoker/ grill. The sales team and the owner were very helpful They walked me through the entire step explain me everything as well the delivery service. Highly recommended this place.

Went specifically for Benjamin Moore paint to paint my shed, but was told they didn't carry Ben Moore exterior paint. Ace website shows they did. Still love this store though. They seem to almost have anything you want at a fair and oftentimes the best price around.

Great Selection & Service! Something you'd expect to find at a big box store, but no luck, something you'd expect to find at a plumbing supply house, but no luck... Come to my nearby True Value and they have it... of course! Unless you want True Value paint, looks like they only carry Benja7n Moore which is too expensive for my pocketbook.

They have everything that I have ever gone there for , except a fishing license, and the employees are the best! There are 2 floors. The main entrance is the upper floor. It has paint, gardening supplies house hold items. The rear entry is more the hardware, sports items and much more. Both levels have handicap access, but the isles aren't very wide, if you are in a wheelchair. There is no elevator just a staircase between the floors.So pick the floor you need and you are good.
