The new deli lady on Covert Ave is awesome!!! Cuts all my meat very thin and perfectly! She’s the best!! Very nice woman !! God bless her. Key-food is lucky to have her! …….The guys working there do lousy job slicing the meat. Like they don’t care .

Little more expensive than most, but the managers and staff are very nice and will help with anything you need to find. Clean, and packaged meat in small quantities for small families. Andre great help in meat dept and Mike a great help in deli.

It is convenient with plenty of parking, but the store has gone downhill in the past year. Shelves are not very well stocked and we often go to Associated (C-Town) on Tulip Avenue for what we need. That store is family run and always well stocked!!!

Very nice store. The produce is honestly a little pricey when compared to other places, but it is always fresh and beautiful. They have a huge selection of all types of items, so you will probably find what you're looking for. The workers are all very nice and the cashiers do a very good job. Nice place!

Our King Kullen is closing after 50 years, so we went to have a look. We've shopped here before, but only for quick in and out items. We were impressed with the depth and variety of things, especially with the international foods. We'll be back for sure.

A lot of memories are with this supermarket semicolon thank God for them. I wish I can John Deere franchise and own at least one of them more as long as God gave my family life and generation and generation and generation can take it over and make comfortably living. Some of them are privately owned and for one of them that I know they are in such a what we might consider top notch neighborhood but their prices are still so reasonable not that I can afford it but just speaking from comparing them to the other supermarket is so deli is ETC around in the same area

Well stock for holiday needs. Clear aisle and quick check out. Cashier stock grocery did not ask if need bag. Told too late to charge. I did not get the chance to decline. Don't forget your bag or ask for one.

This is a medium-sized supermarket with a decent selection and average prices for the area. You can occasionally find good deals on sale items, which helps keep my grocery bill reasonable.

Very friendly. Went for butter because it was on sale and 4x I went znd no butter. Last time I got a raincheck. People are very nice.

Deli department refused to provide us with service even though they were still open. All 3 employees asked eachother and all decided to not service us but decided to service other people… cool

During the pandemic this supermarket was raising prices. They are expensive to begin with. The place is clean and shelves are neatly kept but they hardly have sales and meats aren’t always fresh. It’s good for something quick if you need but I rather shop somewhere else.

I've been going to this Key Food for about 9 years (since I moved into the neighborhood) and I have to say that the people who work there are very polite, friendly and helpful. I only know one of their names but I feel like I know most of them because I see them so often.In many supermarkets, the people who work there don't even acknowledge your existence, they just want you to buy stuff and leave. But this Key Food isn't like that at all. I can think of a number of times just recently when I needed help finding something or whatever and someone helped me without my even asking. They really seem to have a policy of making sure their customers have a good experience shopping there.The produce is fresh, the store is always clean, they even pay attention to how many people are online at the checkout because very often when a line has more than 3 or 4 people on it, they immediately have someone open a new register and call you over.And the people who work there must be happy with their jobs because a good number of the young people who a saw start what must have been their first paying job there, I'm still seeing those same faces years later.I got nothing but nice things to say about this store, not one complaint. :)(no, nobody paid me to write this and I'm not related to anyone who works there)

I recently used the delivery service. I ordered late on Sat PM. I found the order site easy to use. FYI there is a small charge for what I assume is picking the order but none for delivery. The man working was very helpful and responsive as he was picking out my groceries. The order was delivered 3 hours later and on time. I will use them again.

It's just about what you would expect from a supermarket. It's well stocked, and laid out in a reasonably straightforward way. Checkout is a mixed bag, with 4 self-checkout registers that aren't always all available, cashier lanes that become fairly crowded with extra baskets and racks set up between aisles, and the manager and/or some employees very obviously watching customers for anything suspicious.

I frequent this location because of how close it is to home. The deli is the best I've been to within a grocery store. The produce section is okay. In terms of overall shopping experience it generally has what you need in stock however beware of outdated products as I have come across them time to time.

I used to come here because it was easy to get to but it’s not worth it because I can’t even shop normally without being racially discriminated against and followed by the workers each time.👍 One of the workers followed me around the whole time and got annoyed when I had to pay in coins at the self checkout (when it was still around). Another saw I had no bag or backpack but still had the nerve to say, “you know I’m watching you so don’t you steal anything because I know you are thinking about it”. Also I have seen other people try to tell their experiences only to be told their comments counted as “spam” in an effort to hide the stores mistakes…

I grew up in NYC so I what a key food is. I have moved out and have not been in one for years. I went to get steak and vegetables to have for dinner. It was good shoppingMan, steak has gotten expensive! I found everything I wanted. Thank you.

5/1/2020. So early this morning I witnessed an employee purchasing two 20 packs of Scott bath tissue. This employee was being checked out by the manager of the store. I approached this manager and asked where I could find the Scott bath tissue and he told me "what ever is on the shelf is what we have". So I went to the so-called shelf where this toilet tissue is normally and there was NONE. I then approached another manager that was in that isle and explained to him what just occurred. He explained to me that there is NO Scott bath tissue in the store. I showed him the employee purchasing it and he was very disturbed. Apparently the front end manager knows where the tissue is and is holding it for employees only.So if you plan on shopping at this store location, please know they are not doing right by their community.

What a great supermarket. Their stock boys are very helpful and welcoming, they really go out of their way to help you. The only flaw in this store is that the aisle three sign says "vinegar" but the vinegar is actually in aisle one. Very deceiving. My whole family shops here, even my kids after football practice. The difference is Key!

went to the deli asked for cold cuts sliced thin and I saw him he started with like a 1/4 of an inch thick. so.i told him and I got a huff. than I said the amount and he gave me a whole lot more I said no that jk oy what I asked forand he said I asked you and I said to him I told you and repeated it. . Will never go.back.he had attitude with other employees also.
