I wanted to send something special for an upcoming holiday to a beloved aunt who lives at North Shore Towers. I have used other florists in the area and they are fine but I thought I would try Georgewood. They were absolutely amazing. Their website was wonderful and gave me lots of choices. In addition, I was confused about something and called them to confirm things. The person I got was incredibly kind and helpful, these are pictures of the assorted roses and the gourmet chocolates. I just got a call from my aunt and my cousins who are just thrilled. Looking at these, I am too. I have my new Florist for that area and I’m very, very happy.

The staff at Georgewood Florist achieved exactly what my wife was looking for; plus more. Their understanding, thoughtfulness and accommodation to the request couldn't have been fulfilled any more perfect. These were a great centerpiece for our son's communion gathering. THANK YOU!

So I have to say that having a civil wedding dinner during a pandemic is an experience all in itself. I worked with Daniella all online. I never went to Greenwood Florist, I really relied on the fact that this was a referral from a dear friend of mine. Daniella really brought my vision to life. She captured what I wanted within a few short phone calls and email exchanges. Reasonable pricing. Great customer service. The pictures explain it all. I was very happy with how it turned out.

The Lil heavy set young lady with the black hair was dead set on making my experience hell.. I went a second time with apologies, to give this shop a second chance the girl was rude as hell. She wrapped it terribly, didn't listen to instructions, handled my expensive flowers poorly. MY DAUGHTER BIG MOMENT WAS TODAY ONLY.. ITS REALLY SAD..All I wanted was some beautiful flowers and to be treated as a paying customer.. They Should just have a sign that SAYS NO BLACKS .. 165 dollars 1 spent on these flowers and I had to WRAP THEM MYSELF.. SHE RUINED MY DAY AND FLOWERS ON PURPOSE. THE MANAGER NEED TO RUN THE CAMERAS AND SEE HOW POLITE I WAS ALL I WANTED WAS WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR... SHAME ON HER LOUSY SERVICE

Just went in to purchase flowers for a good friend the entire experience was awful .2 girls are in the front trimming flowers a Spanish old man was the only one that came from behind to ask me if I needed help and it was like not asking him at all he just pointed to the flowers and told me these are for women and these are for men. then a young guy came from the back told me the same thing. I also asked how much are the roses and they told me 1 rose was $6.00 dollars so a dozen would be about $79.00 which is ridiculous I ended up going with an arrangement of which I asked if he can make me a fresh one and was told no because they were recently made. So I picked one that was already made and had to ask for a bag to put it in because hello it’s snowing he gave me an ugly black bag that was too small and didn’t fit then he went to the back brought out another black bag that was bigger and all wrinkled. Why a black bag in the first place and all wrinkled I said forget it then they brought a clear bag and told me to choose one. I tried to get a card but everything was Valentine’s Day cards and the ones that weren’t Valentine’s Day were black. The Spanish old man and every single staff no one was friendly at all and when you walk in it does not smell like fresh flowers no one even greets you . I wanted to run out and with my purchase and nothing but a clear bag to cary it on. I even asked if they had a regular cute teddy bear to add to the flower arrangement and they told me no all they had was Valentine’s Day did not at any point tried to recommend anything or upsell. It was horrible from beginning to end.

The BEST one ever online order. It matches 100% the arrangement and the quality of flowers as seen on the website images. Delivery on time with care and the store staff/owner actually contact me to making sure they provide what I am looking for! Great quality 100% fresh and last long and 100% great service!! =)

I received these very beautiful flowers a few days ago. They were arranged with great attention to detail. The delivery person was kind and professional and made the experience that much more special. This was the kind of experience you can only get from a local small business. Beautiful shop, but service was terrible! I asked for a small bag so car won’t get wet, both ladies up front made it seem like I was asking for too much. The bouquet was also ok for $27, it could have been a lot bigger. Def won’t be returning, so many better places with way better customer service.

Absolutely gorgeous job on my great aunt’s funeral arrangement! They go above and beyond and it’s worth the price! I did wish that they were able to put more pink flowers in the arrangement as I had wanted, but since it was Mother’s Day weekend, I totally understand the compromise. Will be using again!

This review is way long over due! I want to thank Georgewood florist once again for doing an amazing job for our wedding day! I was amazed how beautiful all the arrangements came out. My bouquets were just beautiful! The ladies were attentive and glad I chose them as my flower vendors.

Georgewood created the most amazing arrangements/centerpieces for my wedding last week.Everyone on the staff was amazing and helped me when I needed to make some last minute changes.!In addition, their prices are unbeatable! and you will get the same exact product than other florists who will literally charge you twice the price!!! I ( I know this from experience as I used 2 florists for my wedding, because my first florist didn't make good on her promises, which is how I ended up at Georgewood. Wish I would've booked Georgewood from the beginning).I would recommend this florist to all brides!

I really needed to order flowers for my mother to be delivered at her job & the staff at Georgewood were able to deliver it that very same day! My mom was extremely happy receiving the floral arrangement. It's been exactly 10 days since and the flowers are still fresh and blooming! Georgewood is wonderful & I know I can always count on them!

Thank you for delivering a beautiful arrangement of magnificent flowers. They helped to make a special birthday even more special. I rarely write reviews but had to make an exception in this case. I could not be more pleased with the outstanding service that was provided. Starting with placing the order to a perfectly timed delivery made this a wonderful experience and very much appreciated. My husband and I stopped by Georgewood Florist on Mother's Day-Eve. We desired a beautiful arrangement of all my mother-in-laws favorite flowers - a bouquet created with care and detail. Sadly, the experience was very discouraging. The staff was not very helpful, nor were they cheerful. They clearly wanted us to just pick a bouquet from behind the glass cases and didn't offer much imagination when putting our bouquet together

My friend recommended Georgewood florist for my wedding and I can't thank him enough. My wedding flowers, from bouquet, boutonnieres to my centerpieces, they were perfect. Confirmed way in advance all the flowers they were using and explained how the flowers would match perfectly with the bridesmaid dress. I received a lot of compliments with my flowers and I cant thank Georgewood Florist enough for assisting on making my important day perfect.

at this point Theres not a lot of options in Floral Park- Bellerose Area. The prices were about in line with average. Its possible they are better than most at curating the flowers. the roses i got there were interesting & had some color variationsTheses people have a pretty big barrier to minimize the exposure to germs, they wear masks when they approach you- no complaints about COVID safety on my visit. Considering they have no real competition they could easily be a lot worse- so, i guess they have some commitment to quality. Ill be back

The website was terrific & the selection of flowers creative. Our petite selection was ordered on 1/21/16 at 9PM via website and delivered as requested well before 12 noon on 1/22. My friends loved the arrangement, and we were pleased that they did. Everything should be this easy.

I'm sorry, but I'm feel so dissatisfied with a prom corset, I could believe they charge that much money for just two roses and a little be of ribbon. I hope they realize how unhappy that girl is going to be when she wears. Such a ripped off.

Great Service....I ordered the Deluxe Red Roses on Friday morning March 25th for same day delivery and by that afternoon it was delivered as expected.
