So far so good. My last experience with this Shoprite store in Fishkill ny was a bad experience. I was retail racially profiled by a Shoprite self check employee. Shoprite corporate office called me and apologized and gave me a $20 gift card. I let my Lawyer know that I was not going to sue. Since then I've noticed the positive change in this Shoprite store. So I have no complaints.

I'm a hardcore fan of ShopRite and I love my local store at Carmel NY. That being said, this location needs some real remodelling in and out. I spotted too much produce on the floor...there's only one restroom for each gender for the entire building! Many things need improving here.

Shop from home never again. I ask for my receipt. I was in told my bag. I was ask charge for 10 bags that could have been easily put in 5 bags.I was told where to park next time. There will not.be a next time. I'm going back to my other store

I will give 5 stars for now only because I have not had any recent issues but I will say that the reviews from other customers are all true because I have witnessed and experienced them. I visit this ShopRite weekly and they have improved their customer service . Is it perfect ? No . But they are trying . Bakery , produce , and prepared meals are good at this location .

My review's for the deli counter. Every time that I've ordered Boars Head cold cuts this summer and ask that they're sliced very thinly, I get a nasty attitude from the recently hired person (sorry that she doesn't feel like she should have to work during her summer) there and the cold cuts are always sliced thickly. I order about 6 to 8lbs of cold cuts each time I go. That's a lot of money spent to have it done wrong and to get attitude with it. Whoever's managing this area, needs to be on-site more often. I'll go to Adam's instead. They're deli area's far cleaner anyway.

We ordered a beach themed cake and cupcakes for our daughter's 1st Birthday party. The baker (Kathy) was so amazing and her customer service was definetly on point. She did a wonderful job! The cake and cupcakes were perfection. We will be ordering again in the future!

I have been trying to register for the last two days I have used my password and to no avail, it keeps sending me to forgot your password and that doesn't work I even tried the chat site all that does is asking me one question after that it just doesn't work, I mean if you are that rich that you don't need another customer then just say so, thank you for any assistance that you can provide me with.

ShopRite says they support your local farmers but doesn’t support your local recyclers. If you go there make sure not to bring more than 240 bottles to return because that’s all they allow per day. Also make sure not to bring bottles from other stores even though they say 5 cent return on them because they won’t take them. Also not to mention when we were returning the glass bottles the bin became full and we went to an associate to change the bin we waited for 10 minutes and no one came so we left and went to Walmart and came back and the bin still wasn’t changed.

I always enjoy shopping here. Prices are very good, staff are friendly, and most importantly, the finest sales of them all. I had to drop a star since I had a couple of minor issues with this location. Everyone has their opinion for sure, but one of my experiences was using the deli app as my order, that took me 10 to 15 minutes late to my scheduled pick-up. I'm sure that the staffing at the deli department looked like they're short on staff. But after all they were able to get my deli order. Overall, great store.

The deli department is awful. You stand in line to get waited on and there are about 6 employees working. Not one acknowledges you standing there. Your waiting for at least 7 to 9 minutes and finally someone says can I help who is next. That is only after 6 other people join the line. Poor customer service. I never have this problem at anyone other Shop Rite except this one. I did complain to the manager previously, but today I was in a hurry. It looks like this is not going to change so I will let corporate know.

I absolutely/ positively LOVE LOVE going to Fishkill ShopRite. I’m at this location for work 2-5 times a day. I always leave this store happy and in a good mood. The staff here is so personable/knowledgeable/ friendly. I’m talking from the cart guys to the deli guys and everyone in between. You can tell this location has great management because the same people have worked here for the two years I’ve been coming. The staff definitely go out of their way/ above and beyond. Three days ago I left a great review for stop and shop and unfortunately things went back to being horrible there. Keep up the great work fishkill.

I found this Shoprite to have a substantially lower quality and variety available of produce than my local store (in Lagrange - just 25 minutes away). I should have taken pictures. The store seemed to have mostly the same variety of items available in dry/frozen categories. The prices may be slightly lower, but not enough to make up for the issues in the produce department. I did not even look at fresh meats this trip, and will update my post after doing so on my next trip to that location.

Good store, not the nicest looking place but they do have a good selection of groceries. Staff are proven reliable and attentive, nice modern recycling machines make it easy to recycle and get some gas money. The cheese area is a really strong oder that can be overwhelming at times. But then again thats the way cheese is. But good store overall.

Great medium-sized grocery store, good selection - especially of organic, gluten-free etc. - and prices are reasonable. Go after 6.30PM and there are a few manager's specials (yellow stickers) reducing price of bread, vegetables. Staff are always friendly. Usually very little wait time and checkout.

Honestly, its a supermarket. From my experience, the staff had no personality or warmth to them despite it being the holiday season. Well stocked with different varieties of specific items compared to other stores that stock only the basic ones. Prices were ok and not over priced like tops or acme. Though clean, it feels aged inside.

Like any other ShopRite location, the store is clean and organized, featuring the same items you'd find at any other location. Never a bad bet to find standard items you need and a place to get some groceries. Prices are absurdly low but aren't outrageously high. It's convenient and doesn't break the bank.

The store is clean twice a day. And the employees are friendly as well. And the veggies or fruit products are fresh at night after the restock them. So i always buy my meals or meal prep during the night at least twice a week.

This is specific to my visit on 12/16/18, really close to Christmas. The staff was amazing today. Not only were the shelves fully stocked this Sunday, but the cashier lines were unbelievably short and service at the cash register, as usual, was with a smile. I was expecting a mad house and had the best experience shopping there to date. Somebody is really organizing and training thetstaff beautifully. Of course everyone on staff today gets the real credit for keeping things running smoothly this holiday season. Thanks!

I know this is a small store, but is often needlessly out of stock on items. The staff is almost always very nice. ShopRite seems to always have confusion among customers about coupons and backups at registers over coupons are common. ShopRite needs to look at this issue to see of there is a better way of putting things on sale. Consideration should be given two doing away with coupons and replacing this system with sale prices for all customers.

A pretty good super market as long as you don't go near the Deli counter. You can be the only one in line with 3 to 4 people behind the counter and no one waits on you. They look at you and keep on doing whatever they're doing. I've walked away from the counter many times when I'm the only one on line after waiting more than 5 minutes I rarely purchase deli meets here anymore and make separate shopping trips to get them. Solution: Round up your Deli workers and take a field trip to Hazlet, New Jersey's ShopRite. It's a bigger ShopRite and they know how to work a Deli counter.

Good produce. Has a great assortment in the meat department. Has a lot of non-grocery things (socks, pajamas, sheets, outdoor furniture, etc...). Waiting times on line aren't too bad. Avoid Sundays if possible. It's bedlam! I wish they had self checkout as it would be so much faster when you only have a few items.

I really do appreciate the people who work here. I needed help finding a product that wasn't on the shelf. She went in the back looked and came out with an answer. Very helpful! But truthfully the people I appreciate the most are the hardworking guys out gathering the wagons. In all kinds of weather pouring rain summer heat and freezing winter days, they're out there doing their jobs and it seems, always with a smile.

I asked the meat worker of the meat department for some ox tails. He said that he just came In it would take up to half an hour. He had to set up the machine and all. I said I would wait. He came back sometime later with 5 packs of ox tails, while he stood there I popped the plastic and smelled the meat, because it looked brown instead of red. The meat was so spoiled you could smell it through the package. I asked to speak to the manager and he stated that he was the manager. 6 a m in the morning and I am very offended and hurt by his actions. I asked if he would feed this to his own family.... No reply. I can't help but to think, because I am a black female that this is what I was given.May God be with him.
