A big, clean and tidy place. The staff are nice and welcoming. There are a lot of choices including seafood, fruits and veggies, which are amazing. Their small tomatoes are the only one I found that taste like the one from my granny's garden, finally. We love the sushi station, we get sushi for the next day and it's still fresh. There is also a beautiful flower station too. We never missed the book station, so cool. Now we always stop by the Cafe, for ice cream ($1.59), my fave the berry sundae with real fruits which is not too sweet! The brownie sundae is good too! More choices for kids include the pretzel pizza ($1.89) which is real soft bread that melts in your mouth, also the hot dog is good. It is a kids welcome place, never busy.....

Check the case of beer before purchasing next time. There was a broken glass bottles inside my case but no liquid stain showed on the box and the Box didn’t look wet nor damaged. It probably dried during delivery. But broken glasses came out from the bottom of box and my car trunk is full of broken glass pieces.

If you have a return (especially if it was ordered online) and the two people at the return desk don't seem to understand that you ordered 2 of the item instead of 1 and you even give them both items to return and they STILL can't seem to get it...take it to another Sam's Club. I ordered 2 items online (dried herbs...it's mandatory that you order 2 of them otherwise the system won't put the order through). The quality was poor on both items. I took them in to return them and the 2 women (1 was training, so I understand her) couldn't understand that I ordered 2 and I should be refunded $16.76. They insisted that the refund had to be put on a gift card, but that the gift card would come to my email address. They didn't give me a receipt (my fault, because with their behavior, I should have known that there would be mistakes) either. The gift card did come to my email address...for 1 item returned. I received $8.38 instead. I have no way of proving that I returned both unless they actually want to pull footage of their security tapes...and I'm almost at that point with Sam's Club.

Shout-out to Loretta, Bella and Bryan in the food court. The line was longer than I've ever seen it and they operated quickly, efficiently and with smiles. It's rare to see that these days so I HAVE to say something.

Compared to a Super Market. Their prices are so reasonable if you want to buy bulk. Let's face it, we all use the restroom daily. To get the necessity for a decent price- is a score.

Mariam the manager should be behind a register preferably a self serve one eating a dam Twinkie. No respect for that lady. Egoistic..... fill in the blank. We could have a simple resolution only if you would have listened to my concerns and let your ego I said ego not eggo so don't eat me and be a professional. I did my due diligence to call your store and make sure I was getting a product. Wasted my time but it's ok karma does wonders

John Padilla is a cutie. I saw john up by the entrance. He was standing there and I walked up to him and I asked "Where are your tampons?" and he showed me the tampons. He is very cute

It's disappointing that this store does not open until ten o'clock. Most other stores open at 9 o'clock and earlier without having to pay extra money.

Hi there, No Talleres available, many self checkout units. I spend 40K every year shopping at Sams club for my business and personal use.I suggest that the customers that use the app to pay or self check out should get an extra discount because we are saving the club to pay extra employees and their benefits.Things are not cheap at the club.That is my feedback.Thank you,

Comedy of errors during this visit. Used their app to save time - can't complete the transaction. Go to the food court, informed pizza will be a 10 minute wait after taking my money. Order a lemonade for my daughter, out of mix. Substitute for fruit punch, also out. Ok no problems I'll just enjoy my hot dog - oh wait no ketchup or relish and one poor soul manning the whole food court. Pizza finally arrives, sloppy and soggy but hey this is New York I'll just grab a fork and knife - oh wait no forks! 0/10. Costco please save us!

Great if you have a large family or own a small business! Their customer service can't be beat! However, I am a single woman and I find many good buys here, and I find foods and other items I can't find anywhere else! - yes, I will renew my membership!! The quality of their produce and store-made foods are better than most stores!!! Am on a strict plant-based and I wish Sam's Club had more plant-based choices . . .

Sam’s club employees are more concerned with their breaks and viewing their phones than customers. While there they did not acknowledge me at all and could careless. When a question was asked they said to go ask someone else.

Always clean and well organized. I appreciate being able to do Scan and Go. It makes shopping here very simple. Also, cant go wrong with 5% back on all purchases if you have the Sams card with the top tier membership.

Big store a bit crowded for me. I can get the same deals at BJ's I find it odd youvhave self check out and you can check out on your phone then when you leave you stand on line of 6 or more customers and then they rescan everything in your cart understanding that people steal but it kind of defeats the purpose maybe they should have more then one employee doing this job instead of employees walking around doing nothing from what I saw hmmmm sort of like Walmart

Am a loyal Sam's Club member but this time I had to get out of the snow and sleet for an hour to wait for my bus connection. They were very kind to allow me to buy a soda and wait it out in their cafe. Their associates are incredibly genuinely warm and friendly!

Like shopping at Sams but today left a sour taste in my mouth. Up and out earlier than usual I decided to knock out my shopping. After spending a decent amount of time grabbing the items I needed I get to the register and I was denied at the register because I wasn’t a plus member. I had no clue of different hours for different tiers of membership. Maybe if they posted the hours at the entrance I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Cashier asked their lead but she wouldn’t override this one time. Mind you it was 945 am and regular hours start at 10am. Now they have to put away around $300 in groceries and have pushed me to trying the competition down the road out of principle. To Management….post your hours at the entrance or tell your greeter to vet us lowly common members.

Besides the store always being busy walking around with filled carts is not safe. Each aisle is blocked which prevents you from seeing around the corner so today a lady hit me with cart.On top of that they do not take apple pay, so don’t go here if you don’t have a card or full cash ready

Don’t use the AT&T company in Sam’s club Fishkill, they are scamming people. I’ve had so many challenges it’s unbelievable. The worst customer experience ever. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I come here often. Usually when I go to walmart. I have always been able to get in and out. I use the scan and go feature so I don’t have to wait online or speak to anyone. Believe it or not they actually get really beautiful flowers at a decent price. Every so often I come here just to pick up some roses for the lady. She always loves them.

To the tire dept. manager, I had a set of new tires installed at your store last evening. The experience was amazing. I dealt with Santina and I have to tell you that you need to do whatever you can to make sure you don't loose her. She is unbelievable. It has been a long time since I have seen a young person hustle and work as smart as this young women. If someone wants to see how to do a job, she is the one to watch. I have never written a review before but this young lady impressed me so much that I just had to do it. Thanks for a great experience, Paul Hobbs
