I found out about this place through a family member who has a seasonal site at the campground. The owners are fantastic, treating everyone great, and on top of any arising issue immediately. They really take care of their guests here. I liked the place so much I bought a seasonal unit for myself last week! Hoping to spend lots of time here. I love the woods and the lake. It's always so cool and comfortable among the trees when it's in the 90's back home in Central PA. Definitely check this place out when the weather gets hot. They have regular activities for the kids like hayrides, and weekends with fishing tournaments, Halloween in July and more! Highly recommended!Nearby activities: Plenty of beautiful Findley Lake for boating & fishing, and shopping & dining at the north end of the lake. Not far from Peek'n Peak resort.Walkability: Two walkable roads go around the lake. I'd suggest Shadyside Drive as the more scenic and shaded route. Walk or bicycle to the shopping and dining district at the north end of the lake.

Our RV site was huge, tons of trees, hills, beautiful spot for sure. The owners were so kind and helpful. The permanent/seasonal RV residents were also helpful, personable, and we had a great time with them. Fishing was great, they also have a nice pool, putt putt and they do hay rides for the kids. Definitely a wonderful campground, we hated to leave. We will be returning 😃💗

The people were very friendly. The lake was right there. They had a camp store and some activities. It had a swimming pool. Boat docks. There were a lot of permanent sites. Some sites were close but others weren't. But we had a great weekend there. We had a pull through site which was really nice.

Being a tent camper bathhouses are very important to me. The bathhouse was spotless, you could smell the pine-sol before you even enteted the building. Showers were spotless and great water pressure! The owners drove by and asked us if we had everything we needed before they closed up for the night. Took advantage of the canoe rental and got some amazing photos. It took a few days to connect to make the reservation but it was worth not giving up! Great small town feel!

We stayed mid-week so I don't know what the weekend atmosphere is like, but we really enjoyed our stay.Very Quiet, peaceful location.The staff was exceeding welcoming and friendly. From helping us with our needs, to checking in with us before they closed shop, we couldn't be more pleased.The sites are nice, though some seem to be right next to one another, the area is hilly so you don't feel like you are crowded.The pool is heated at 80 and clean. Maybe small on busy weekends with a full campground but with a beautiful beach doesn't seem to be much of a bother.Central bathrooms are decent with other facilities around.Great playground, game room, mini-golf and other amenities around for kids.All in all we really liked this location and will make an effort to stay there again.

We had an awesome time we got to go swimming, play games in the arcade room, we also rented a pontoon boat and had an awesome te out on the lake. There is alot of things there for a family to do the also have a beach, playground, putt putt golf and other type of boats to rent. The prices are very reasonable and the people running it are friendly and helpful. We have already booked another weekend!

Been going here for years! Such a great get away place. Pool, activities, beach and the lake for water adventures! Cabins are showing their age but signs say they are being updated. Dates full up fast so we reserve a year in advance!

1st. The owners. 2nd the up keep. 3rd the view, sites, heated pool. Miniature golf. They supply., And have PIG ROAST AND LUAU'S. The beach. Such nice people all around. Many laughs. Great pictures. It's amazing. Meet great friends. Definitely worth going back. Can't wait

The first time I came here I was expecting to have a good time, instead, I had a GREAT time The lake is very clean/safe and the canoes/kayaks are really nice and roomy. The store is conveniently located and has everything you’d need at a campground. The locals are very courteous and helpful, 11/10 would recommend spending your next free weekend here!

Great campground. The owner/operators are very accommodating. Facilities were very clean... Not an easy task over a busy Memorial Day weekend. Can’t wait to take the grandkids back so they can enjoy the pool, mini-golf, beach, fishing......

Small quiet campground with shady camp sites. Dedicated helpful owners live on site. Arcade has the classics, including Ms. Pac man and Space Invaders. Playground is more for smaller kids. We rented the pontoon boat for the day and our tweens and teens loved jumping off the boat and swimming in the lake. They're all off swimming in the pool now and then we'll play some mini golf. They had a pig roast on the day we arrived and a Luau by the lake that evening.

This was are first time there. It was a great weekend . It is a family owned camp ground..there is tons of stuff to do. Very clean camp ground . Met lots of friendly people. Its a short walk to the water.. You are not to fare from erie for shopping. Or other attractions. If your looking for a quiet little camp ground. This is your place.. The family was really great to deal with. We will be going back again.

Paradise seems to have escaped this park. Check-in process needs much help. No campground map was provided, nor a list of events or park instructions. In fact, check-in desk was surrounded by young kids playing, no adult supervision. We asked for assistance on completing our check-in process and the young kid tried to help, but didn’t understand what needed to be done. We waited until an adult was able to assist us. We also had no idea how to get rid of our trash, until we walked around the whole park and a fellow camper told us to place by the road for pickup. Many campers were long term, and these RV’s appeared really rough, which presented a negative look on the park. Almost 40% of the park is long term owners. Some travel trailers belong to the park which they rent out. Pool was beyond full, which is no surprise, since it’s a small pool for a large campground. Campground had no Wi-Fi available. Verizon phones got strong 4g. Campground is about 10min from a major highway. Roads are narrow and not big rig friendly. In fact, the campsite provided for our 34ft 5th wheel was TIGHT… with the truck connected, it was difficult to disconnect. The narrow road, campers across the road and tree created a hard time from maneuvering into our spot and disconnect. Campsite only included “grey” water dumping, electric and water. DirecTV was not an option, due to the many trees within the park. We found this campground needs much TLC. For such a nice area, this park was a disappointment. Those campers next to us shared the same concerns about the park as stated above.

Went kayaking here with a few friends and had a blast! Cheap kayak rentals and a lovely helpful staff. Findley Lake is beautiful and peaceful. 💯 will come back!!
