Quality of food dropped big time.And as far as the food court, never had such a small looking burger for 10 dollars.I do not recommend shopping there anymore.Costco has better quality and choice.

This one of the biggest Wegmans around this area. We absolutely love it, just because we get to have so many options. We can eat, buy groceries, celebration accessories, dessert and dispensary.We love the idea of this place and convenient. They also have self checkout which is again super fast if you have couple of stuff you can just checkout in few seconds. Which we did many times.Never had issues with fruits and meat. So love it, we have not tried their food yet inside. Will definitely get subs next time.

This store is awesome! Anything you'll ever need for food is here. My family loves the fresh food restaurants here as well. Often we will skip other restaurants to come to Wegmans. The sushi is top quality.

Biggest Wegmans I've ever seen! Clean and well organized, wish the Ithaca Wegmans was this large. More sushi options that I haven't seen at other locations as well!

I stopped Sunday April 21st , bought celery,carrots & onions to make soup,the celery was dry no good,got 3 stalks out of the bunch,onions no good they were old,the carrots I got to use 3 out of a package the rest were the size of my pinky finger!What is going on Wegmans! Gave this store benefit of the doubt because it happened at Fairmount too!!!!!

I've started shopping at Wegmans more and more for a few reasons; They have a large selection of organic foods, both fresh and packaged, The prices are less expensive than the local supermarket, and the checkout lines seem to move very fast. Once you get used to the store layout, you can get in and out pretty quick.

We have been shopping here for a year now. Today we went there for our shopping and also we needed to refill helium in our baby’s balloon that we have bought from Wegmans. The manager (bald guy, I do not know his name) refused to do this saying that if I do this I will charge you the whole price for the balloon! :DBefore other costumer assistants here had done this for us. I did not mind even paying for it but the guy was very rude. Come on man, I do not this this is the main source of income for Wegmans :D

I’ve recently been introduced to the Wegman’s chain and I wish I had known about it before.Every store is clean, and nicely laid out. Produce looks fantastic, and the bakery section is awesome.Tried the Food To Go section and I loved the subs, sushi, and pizza. Tried “Danny’s favourite” sub and it was delicious. Generously packed and the bread was super fresh. The sushi (cooked salmon teriyaki) was surprisingly good, and so was the pizza.I’ll definitely be looking for Wegman’s stores every time I’m in the US!

This was the 2nd Wegmans I've been to in the area and this one was the best! The produce section was the best I've seen in the area with an amazing selection. I haven't seen this broad selection of fruits and veggies ever.. it was impressive! And the aisles of gluten free food offerings was great. People always say Wegmans is like Whole Foods, and I found it better. I could do my staples + more here. One stop shopping!

I don't want your customer service. You guys do nothing anyway to fix problems. You have completely declined and lost integrity as a store and a brand. Your meat department is abysmal. Rude workers and staff that don't satisfy customers. Rancid meat has been purchased twice in a row. When asking a worker to unpack and check the meat, one is met with attitude and they refuse. Not real butchers.Certain items are always out of stock and now you can't get mortadella with pistachios sliced for you like a real deli because probably some idiot complained. I wonder how every other deli in the world slices it and has no problems?In addition, something I thought was decent was the sushi but even today when I purchased it, one of the packs had a very nasty smell to it. When investigating, since it was only fish and rice, the fish had clearly gone sour.The produce selection has also declined. You have no fresh lettuce anymore, no mushroom selection no artichokes, etc. It's the same condensed garbage. No variety like before. Same goes for the fish department. I remember when an employee named Doug ran the fish department years ago. Very knowledgeable and nice guy who always used to talk to guests and help them. Used to always say what was fresh and a good deal. Big shock, because of that, I went back and bought more stuff.... Basic businessHonestly Tops and other local specialty shops are better. Their prices are cheaper, the quality of product is higher, and selection is better.The only reason I even come here anymore is for the pharmacy...I definitely won't waste my time and money here anymore and neither will more and more people once they become aware of everything I have said.

I think this is the biggest Wegmans in the Syracuse area. I could be wrong but either way it’s really big. The one closer to my house is probably half the size Wegmans in general is always amazing.

This is the best Wegmans I've been to hands down!! I've never seen bad produce. They have many options for precooked food you can take home, like pizzas, Italian dishes, Chinese dishes, sushi and other rolls, salads, etc. The sub shop is always stocked with veggies and breads. They have a huge salad bar and other fresh hot foods. They always have about 2-3 soups cooked. Their vegan and gluten free section is huge! The biggest I've seen which is a huge bonus to me because I am vegan. They offer a range of delicious vegan pastries as well as non vegan. They have ample parking, it is easy to find. Very clean and the staff is super nice. They even have a bulk food section. They are also pretty cheap or well priced.

Known locally as the fanciest (in a good way) of the many Wegmans n the area. Huge eating area with lots of options including burgers, beer, sushi, subs, and buffet. Lots of seating in the food area. I used to set up shop here after working in summer school half days to work on wedding planning and it was a fantastic work area.

If people say racism doesn’t exist they lied, every time I’m in this store they watch me like a hawk and I make more money than every employee in the store by far 🤦‍♂️. Furthermore everything has to be done via wegmans app the customer service is subpar at best. Disappointing!

Ohh Wegmans. Fun. Nice beer selection as always. Prices seemed to have gone way up. They have ice. Something I used to buy for 4$ was 8$! But that was years ago, I get it I guess. The one Staff I talked to was very helpful and friendly.

They are slowly replacing brand name products with low bid, low quality Wegmans brand products to maximize profits. For example they recently dropped Heinz white vinegar. Now your only choice is the store brand white vinegar. UPDATE-1: The trend of narrowing your choice of products continues. There's no stopping them until they dumb down everyone's taste so that their shoppers will accept low-bid store brand items regardless of the quality.

One of the original Wegmans that i have been going to since high school and always visit when back in the area. It has transformed into what many of the new stores look like but is additionally bigger. Unfortunately some of the stations that I adored about this particular store in the last decade like the Caesar salad station are gone. Also from what my parents report not as much of the social items that they used to have. Nonetheless a good store and can't wait for the branch that will be opening in my town in the next couple of years.

A fine flagship for the regional chain. Lots of fresh and prepared food options as well as a long list of made to order counter service foods. Large selection of teas are a big plus for me.I enjoy the shopping experience in person, but the app for curbside works well too. The in-store app based self checkout is a nice feature.

They didn't replace an expired product they sold using the information on Shoppers Card and without a receipt, a departure from their earlier practices. It's sad to see they are loosing their edge against less expensive competition.

Hands down the absolute best grocery establishment I have ever seen! I have never been before until recently, and it is immaculate. Wonderful displays, plentiful variety, smiling faces everywhere. Huge store and properly stocked! My wife and I walked around for an hour, jaws on the floor, in awe of such a well-kept, fun, shopping experience! We live 6 hours away but will definitely be back. 10/10

One of the BIG outlets that includes the Burger Bar. Normal Wegmans excellence on a big scale. BTW: locals call this the DeWitt store although it is located in Fayetteville.
