I just had a wonderful, friendly and quick experience. I literally moved here last night and awoke to pains that sent me to Urgent Care. When I went to pick up my meds, I ran into a problem because I didn't have my new insurance card on hand. The pharmacist was incredibly helpful, took the time to call my insurance and get the information she needed. I am so relieved and looking forward to feeling better. Thank you!

What a horrible Pharmacy and Pharmacist !! This is the second time I have waited in line for 20 minutes to be asked to come back in 15 minutes. I wait again and then I was told to come back in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Really does it take that long to count pills to put into a bottle while the label is printing. It is one thing to be busy and another to be rude and arrogant. Next trip to the doctors I will make sure I change my pharmacy to someone who is considerate and wants to help their customers,not a tired girl who can't manage her time well enough to help the customer.They received to much business when Tops gave them their pharmacy customers and now they are unable to handle that much business.Save time and aggravation as well as multiple trips to get your medication , switch now.

The pharmacists are extremely supportive and review patients' medications to try to recognize and avoid conflicting medications. They are always willing to answer questions regarding medication, etc. My wife and I have found this to be the case for the last seven years we have lived in Fayetteville.

Slowest pharmacy in the FM area. Can never get through on the phone either. "We're sorry, our staff is busy answering other calls" every 10 seconds for 10+ min before giving up trying to talk to someone in the pharmacy. Friendly pharmacists don't matter when everyone there is slower than molasses.
