Smaller inside that it looks from the parking lot. The produce department is not much bigger than that at the smaller Camillus Tops where we often shop. Nice variety of national brand items. For example, you have four choices for sour cream. At Wegmans, you're lucky if there's one choice besides the store brand. Many items are on sale, but you need a member card for the discount. This can be obtained at customer service.

Went there for St Patrick's day specials not one of the prices in the store matched the ad. Went to my car to check ad and I was correct. Not the first time. Will be the last time.

Very nice inside. Highly recommend. Top is generally more expensive than Wegmans and all Aldi but it was a very nice location and it’s very nice. Has everything that you would need.

I’m in the area on Thursday mornings at 6 AM and enjoy finding the specials and deals they have there. I’m always on the lookout for the yellow stickers and there always seems to be an abundance of them if you shop early at this location. I often do self check out, but everyone’s always been very friendly there. I always seem to be finding plenty of things for my pantry.

Early morning visit. New to this store. Staff was busy prepping for the day. They were all welcoming, cordial and helpful.The store was clean.The parking lot could use a pick up. With trash cans by the store entrance door, why leave fast food wrappers, diapers and trash in parking lot? Sorry TOPs.

I really like Tops- fresh produce, nice bakery and deli, and decent prices. They have some great sales (buy 2 get 3 more free) at times- great if you have Pantry space. Typical gas-points program helps too. Some of their stores are smaller, making a quick trip easier.

Pretty upset about this.. I went in to order 2 breakfast pizzas for our office for pickup the next morning. The girl at the counter was super nice, took my order and said she would prep it and when her coworker comes in the next morning it would be ready by 8:15am. My boss goes in the next morning and the pizza was not ready. So she agreed to come back an hour later. She was 30mins late coming back to pick them up and was told the pizzas were thrown away. They told her it would be "a couple hours" to make new pizzas. Granted we were late, however, if they left the pizza out couldn't they have been put in the fridge, then heated up when we came back? If they leave pizza out all day for slices why would they have thrown them out? I'm glad we didn't pay for them upfront!

Not very happy with the Deli service. I asked them to please not give a me the end small cuts of ham at $9.99, he opened a new one. When I servered it to my family he had cut and placed the end cuts in the middle of my meat. I mentioned this to him he got upset and said they can't just cut into the middle. I GUESS the customer doesn't get what they pay for and are wrong!

Joe the manager in Manlius is not only unprofessional but also poor decsion maker. He needs a refreshment on how to treat customers. It's not what you say but how you say it. He puts toiletpaper cakes in the empty toilet paper isles. Probably a bad choice at time when so many are In Need elders etc. Not to mention would probably sell more in the bake good area or front door instead he got defensive about his bad idea.. his comment back to me that it was his decision and thought it was funny and that's my opinion he says to me. Tops give this guy some customer service training. No issues with any other employee but this manager is rude and shouldn't be working with the public...

Everybody in the store is friendly and helpful and the folks that work the service desk are top notch but the only problem is the service desk closes at 7:00 on regular days and it seems like the hours is getting shorter each year.

I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. However, today was my last day at Tops. The store is convenient, clean, well organized and well stocked, but their check-out personnel are just impossible. They are slow, chatty, unable to memorize stock and don't seem to have been trained in proper bagging or customer relations. Today when I corrected a bagger for putting meat products in with fresh vegetables he rudely told me that he didn't like to be corrected. This decision has been a long time coming. I understand that they have had trouble staffing and have therefore had to retain checkers/baggers who were not up to the job. Up until today, I have been patient. I have attempted to use self-checkout but that system is no less exasperating.

Bought a pound of their store brand bacon and this is what I got. Came apart in pieces due to it being almost all fat. I realize bacon has a lot of fat, but this was ridiculous. Was only able to use about half of it.

Poor produce.You HAVE to check the dates on anything you buy that might go bad.Their milk is terrible, goes bad way before expiration.The Deli Traditions cold cuts are good but it's hit or miss getting cut as you ask. Don't understand why "Very Thin, almost Shaved" = normal thickness?!?

It's bigger than the one in DeWitt and Manlius, so there's more stuff. I just wish they had a better fruit selection. They also scattered their gluten free options all over the store so I don't know where anything is anymore. It doesn't really make sense to do do this, we can't have 90% of the items at the store, it would just be easier to keep everything in one area.

Three stars because one of the items that I specifically came in for from the Sunday ad was out of stock on Monday and then an “ecoupon” advertised didn’t work and none of the cashiers knew how to use it so they said to just overpay and go to customer service to get the discount so I just had them take the items off my order. I won’t bother with anything that’s advertised as an E coupon again, it’s too much of a hassle.

Very nice Tops location with well stocked shelves and friendly staff. Store was very well cleaned. They have a very nice area of the store where you could grab some lunch or dinner, hot or cold selections aplenty. Tops bakery is really really good as well. I'll always take a star away from Tops due to their prices being on the higher side for many things they carry

Great place. Have never had the most friendliness folks ever. Every tops I been to I get treated foul and I get watched the whole time and followed here folks were so nice. Even asked if I wanted to try what I was ordering. Now that's great customer service. All the rest of New York tops needs new training

Great meat selections at good prices. Frozen foods are pricier than most and not very well updated, hard to find many gluten free frozen items. They do have some great gluten free meatballs.

Have shopped here often. Store is usually clean and most of the employees are friendly, doing their best. Products in general are average grocery store quality with many above average prices, although with TOPS card there are some good deals. Problem is that if you check your receipt afterwards there is something like a 1 in 4 chance that some item you saw as member sale priced you actually paid full price on. Today I got to my car my and when I checked there were 4 items posted as on sale that I had been charged full price. Went back in, saw a manager and told him what happened and he did not seem surprised, merely told me the employee he was talking to would check into it at customer service. After multiple employees got involved in checking prices they eventually agreed I had been overcharged. Only the person who seemed to be involved in product pricing actually apologized. They then put a refund for the overcharge to my credit card and that was it. Since their prices change on Sunday and this was a Monday I'm certain a lot of customers were impacted. I will do most of my shopping elsewhere in the future.
