Staff was amazing from start to finish. First one returning carts stopped what he was doing to run over and open the door for me, then asked me to let him know if I needed help finding anything. Next, a pleasant staff member stopped what he was doing to assist me in bedding. Then, after a radio call from a very friendly cashier, staff from several departments assisted me in locating items throughout the store for my granddaughter who loves Stitch! I love this store in general, but tonight I was blown away.

I was having trouble with my Kohl’s cash and the young lady in customer service went above and beyond to help me straighten this out. She was kind and patient. The folks in the customer service department are wonderful.

Excellent experience due solely to the assistance of store associate Chris! She provided service above and beyond. First of all, as we were just getting started with what I needed, another customer came over and sought to interrupt and get her attention from me and to himself. She very politely advised him that she would be happy to assist when she was done assisting me. As a person who has experienced the disrespect of having my questions placed on hold for another customer who interrupted, I appreciated her willingness to politely reinforce me as her present priority. She further helped me find garments that I did not find when I originally looked for them. This was huge as I was in town for one day only, outfitting someone for a wedding and it would have been terribly inconvenient to have to look elsewhere for my items. While I didn’t find the items, she assured me that the records indicated that the item and sizes I wanted were in store and she would be sure to locate them for me. And she did! She is the reason for the sale that day because if I had needed to go elsewhere, I probably would have left everything in favor of finding everything in one location. She was energetic, respectful and friendly and she made your store look great. Hope she gets a bonus and a raise! I am delayed in this feedback because my trip was extensive, driving up from Texas and further on to the Catskills area for the wedding and back again. Please let her know how fabulous the suit and other clothing worked out and how grateful I am to her. Good day.

I ordered a gift card via online Kohls. They never sent it . Sent me someone else’s gift cards with her address insert . My name and address was on the outside of the envelope . Her receipt and merchandise was on the inside of envelope. Contacted Kohls and UP S neither was helpful . Charged fifty dollars and no gift card . Reordered and paid for both . One needs to be refunded.

The young man that was working the Amazon return center yesterday was extremely rude to everyone in line in…just my opinion maybe. However he was extremely short with people and had no customer service skills whatsoever! I understand holiday time is crazy and overwhelming but the least he could have done was pretend he cared about his job. Not to mention, try to not complain about the line of people to his coworker. I’ll be sure to do my Amazon return else where since this young man seemed to be bothered by everyone needing assistance. Tis the season! Try being the reason someone smiles instead of being miserable! There’s enough going on in this world…just try and be pleasant.

Making a return and a purchase via the self-check out was both VERY easy and SUPER FAST. I love Kohl's...almost all my clothes come from Kohls.. but for the longest time now, the store... men's department at least... is a total mess! Display shelves are terribly messed up with unfolded clothes and stuff seemingly thrown onto them. The men's jeans department is also a complete mess... almost impossible to dig through unfolded and tossed jeans to find sizes and fit. Different brand and fit jeans are just piled together. I gave up trying to find anything!

Like to shop in a hurry, I pop in and say hi to the cashier see what the deals are she usually tells me what's good. I try to look at multiple outfits at once and I go upfront and cash out. The staff is always super nice and smiles. Discounts are pretty good overall I usually have a good experience here.

Cashier Deb was the most helpful of anyone yet and I shop there frequently. I fumbled for my Kohl's card at the checkout and she waited patiently for me to find it. The item I bought was on sale as I went into the store for two weeks waiting to see it on sale anf I knew it would eventually. I gave her my 30% off card and she scanned it and gave it back. I almost forgot I had Kohls Cash card and went to tell her after everything was was done and she said that she had already taken it off. She had checked on the register and found it was available. I was out the door having saved $21.97. Kohl's is the only place I shop.🙂

Went to Kohls in Fayetteville last week with my 30% off coupon. Bought 8 items. Spent a lot of money, hardly any of it on sale. Checking out….. ALL 8 ITEMS WERE EXCLUDED FROM COUPONSReally Kohls?????? If you continue to operate like this, you will be the next set of stores to close. Thats just bad business.

I went to Khol's to get a pair of shoes with a definite arch or a shoe where you could remove the insole and add your own orthotics and was surprised to find quite a few pairs. I also wanted to find a pair of capri's and was able to find both items. It was a clean and nonmessy store. Everything was in its place. Will return often. Dressing rooms not open yet but returns are easy. UPDATE 4/16/2024. Wow.....have prices ever gone up in every department. Merchandise is not worth the money they are asking even with a coupon.

Has gone downhill a lot in the past few years. Shelves and racks are a mess. Clothes are on the floor and it is difficult to find sizes. It is a huge store front but one whole side is not open to come into or to check out at. Registers are always busy and the line can be 20 minutes sometimes. Online order pickup means a long walk to the back of the store. I only go here to make Amazon returns.

I am not a complainer by any means, but i will not be returning to this location.The last 5 times I have needed the customer service area, the women are down right rude. I have always walked in there with a smile on my face and polite. They couldn’t be more nasty.I’ve always had all of my items ready to return or exchange I’ve never created a a lengthy stay at the desk. And they treat you as an Inconvenience. If you ask me, don’t be in customer service if you don’t want to deal with customers.

Okay. Kind of shallow in stock for sizes and colors etc. I imagine they're getting dinged just like everyone else with shipping and supply issues. Store is clean but crazy disorganized. Needs a good straightening up. I needed pants and had to move piles of random clothes off of every single fixture I needed to get at. Staff is pleasant.

Kohls can be a great place to shop if you're looking primarily for clothes and accessories. They also have surprisingly good deals.
