Very nice and professional owners however I am unhappy with the outcome: my dog came home quite damp ( more than just a “spot on her back”) with fur flying everywhere. When I made the appointment I specifically told them that she was blowing her coat and no mention was made that after grooming it would continue to blow as a natural process: I had expected the bulk of her undercoat to be removed and large patches of fur were coming off even in the car ride home. I understand they worked on her to the best of their ability, perhaps a warning of the after affect would have been helpful beforehand. They did offer to give her another bath free of charge.

My Bichon passed at 15 , but she always looked beautiful because of her groomers! Now I have a Yorkshire Terrier, and we will making his appointment soon! Best care for your fur babies!!💕

Updated: 02-01-19 - Did a super job, still pleased. Karen and Deb are truly animal ppl first. I will not take my dog to any other groomer. Any groom big or small I 100% trust Karen to do what's best for my dog and I always leave happy. Thank you Karen and Deb!Always does and excellent job and goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. Karen and Debra are very caring animal lovers and I know my dog is in good hands when I drop her off.

. I got a free groom from her because i adopted stella. She asked me if i adopted her i said yes she said well i do a free first groom for adopted pets!! She was so nice she could of not told me and i would have paid. But to go out of your way to tell me i can get a free grooming is great!! She was soo good with her too. So i tipped her $20 and bought the sweater from her.

Just had my dog groomed here after previous groomer didn't re-open do to Covid. I was blown away on the quality of the grooming and the fair price. Owner and assistant are very nice.

Had a lovely experience! Dropped my dog off and they had him ready in just over an hour! They did an amazing job, and the price was good as well!

These women are wonderful! I couldnt find anyone to clip my rabbit's nails. But they lovingly take care of her. I am so glad i found them!

If this says your open till 5 then you should be open to 5. Sorry but that's poor bisniss. I shouldn't have to call and ask if your open. Holidays are a understanding. But I won't be going back

they are VERY unprofessional. I was just flipped off and screamed at by one of their drivers. I wouldn't want my dog anywhere near someone with that short of a temper. STAY AWAY.
