Doctor called in a script and 45 minutes later we went to pick it up but it wasn’t ready. Okay I get that but we went back two hours later and found it still wasn’t ready. I saw folks in the back just showing pictures and not working and no one was waiting but me. Another gentleman came in after me and his wasn’t ready either. After another 15 minute wait I finally got theMedication. You people need to do the work and less playing around. This is why I don’t do my business with CVS.

Whet to CVS Farmington NY to pick up a prescription was told they were working on it come back through drive thru in fifteen minutes , 15 minutes later got in line behind 2 other vehicles reached the window at 5:59 after the car infrastructure of me continued to laugh and chat 1 minute after retrieving there prescription out of the drawer . The widow was closed on me at 5:59 . Went inside and was told come back tomorrow they closed at 6:00 . Terrible customer service.
