Chelsie was so very pleasant and helpful. She went out of her way to help me choose a smoking cessation product and made me feel welcome to make my own informed decision. The entire process was comfortable I will be recommending CVS and this associate to my friends and family.

This used to be a decent pharmacy. I can’t believe they now close for lunch. I tried the drive-through yesterday to pick up a prescription, but the sign said staffing issues, please come inside. I went inside and there must’ve been 20 to 25 people waiting in a long line. I went back today and found the same sign on the drive-through window, but I didn’t bother going in to wait in a long line. A few months back, my doctor messed up and prescribed me penicillin which I’m allergic to, and the pharmacist missed it also, and filled my prescription. Also, I have in my chart that I need non-childproof pill containers. However, I sometimes end up with child proof which are difficult for me to open. It’s time for a new pharmacy ….

Poor customer service! So rude! Pharmacy actually hung up on me twice! I work in customer service and have been going there for years! I was super disappointed and not impressed. No one apologized, spoke to me like I was a nuisance. I actually heard them pick up, then hang up! After 40 mins of trying to get through I finally spoke with a very reluctant team member who said they were “having issues with their phones” hard to believe. I will no longer be going there. Sad really, bc I never leave bad reviews, I felt I had to say something in this case. Really left a bad taste in my mouth.

I have waited 20 minutes in line to find out they just closed when I got to the window. Today I was turned away during my second trip to pick up a prescription d/t a motor vehicle accident. It still was not billed correctly and it was suggested I either come in or come back in through the drive through in 15 minutes. I cannot walk d/t an injury, told them so. When I arrived home I called to speak to a pharmacist who stated " It is here now waiting for you" Very rude response from the pharmacist. They are not helpful at all in clarifying what you need to do to avoid this in the future. Definitely could use some customer service skills training.

Mindy G should seriously consider going back to school for people skills. Incredibly rude in person & on the phone.Not exactly friendly to colleagues either. VERY unpleasant person!

I tried to call this store to check xmas eve specific hours for a patient that would have to pick up meds and spent 10 minutes trying to get an actual human being to ask but wasnt able to even though the store was open.

Waiting for them to pick up for over 20 minutes and counting. I can understand that you're busy, but it takes 5 seconds to say your phone call is important just to make the customer acknowledged. Sometimes, I feel like customer service is non-existing at this location. You have 5 people at this location, but there is no delegation and no order.

4 cars in pharmacy drive through all waiting to get helped, finally my turn after 15 minutes of waiting, and they flip a sign saying closed for lunch. Refused to help the cars that have been waiting in line. Horrible customer experience. Needs to have a better policy around pharmacy hours and how they handle drive through customers.

Total disaster @CVS, Farmington! New med ordered 6 days ago…still haven’t received. Told med ready x 2. Went to get not available. Now told it was ready 5 days ago. Phone message had wrong drug. Somehow CVS needs to increase employees??? Reliable help. Phone system needs overhaul!!!

CVS is always well organized, clean, and well stocked with every medical item you could wish for, to personal, home care, food items to stock your shelves, fridge, or freezer with, as well as gifts and cards. Everyone loves CVS, and I do too.

I will increase my CVS Farmington, NY pharmacy review if corporate increases the help in their pharmacy. As of December 1, 2022 the overworked pharmacy employees cannot keep up with the needs of the local people. It is making us consider switching pharmacies. More employees are immediately needed!!

Prescription sent in July 1st and it is now August 6th and tried saying Canandaigua Medical Group is lying and never sent it over. Got there 3 min before they closed and wouldn’t give me my prescription. Will never be getting a prescription form here again and all of the employees are useless and have the worst attitudes. How can you be in that line of business and not care your going to mess up someone’s body over getting out 3 minutes early… unreal especially as someone with a nurse as a mom.

Time for you all to get rid of the automated phones.. and start answering them... was told by machiene script would be ready at 333 pm went there at 430... and was told a whole different story ... also called first and was disconnected... no customer service at RX. Was offered to get the things I needed but had to pay for it... someone makes mistake .. I have to suffer financially for it.... where is customer service... here... they don't deserve the 1 star i was required to give..... go somewhere else for your RX

Every month I have had an issue with an important seizure medication that I take. Either they miscount it or they have some reason why they couldn’t refill it and decide not to notify me so I can find a different way of getting it. Not only is this my seizure med, but it’s a controlled substance. You can’t just stop taking a medication like this. So month after month I have had to suffer side effects because of the pharmacy failing to do their job and failing to notify me when I needed to take an alternative route. It’s been a little over a year that I’ve been using this CVS and I’m officially done. This last time they have absolutely zero cares in the world that they didn’t get in touch with me and that I wouldn’t have my prescription. It’s so inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I went over to purchase 2 items at CVS. When I came up to the cashier to be checked out the employee stated "If your in a hurry you know you can check yourself out?"I pleasantly told the employee I was in no hurry. The way it came across to me is that I was a bother because they were doing something else. So since this CVS seems that want you to check yourself out I will not bother coming here again. I try to support local stores, but if I feel iam a bother to them and not receiving customer service well I have my favorite back up. "Amazon.!"

Some of the nicest and most pleasant staff. Thinking I lost my cap in the parking lot, I called to inquire if anyone turned it in. The person I talked to went out in the lot and walked around both sides of the building to try and find it. Earlier in the day, as I was traveling a distance for a hard to find item, I was assured that one would be there when I arrived, and it was with my name on it. Above and beyond and a breath of fresh air in these chaotic times. Thanks

Multiple bad experiences. Rude staff. They do not let you know when a prescription is out of stock until you show up to pick it up. Do not fill prescriptions when they are sent over. Do not use this pharmacy

I received email discounts that I couldn’t use and an offer of free home COVID test that I couldn’t pick up because my insurance was not partnered with CVS. In the past I received my COVID vaccine and buster from CVS, I have the same insurance as I did then!

Quite literally the worst pharmacy in the whole world. I had to call 6 times to get a rescue inhaler and when I went to pick it up because they said it was ready they still hadn’t filled it. I had to persistently call everyday for a week and continue to ask over and over again for my prescription to be refilled bc I was going away in a trip and STILL NOTHING.

Service use to be excellent, but it has digressed to the point we may travel to another site. They give you inaccurate information. For example your prescription that keeps you alive will take over a week to be filled and its a common drug or it will be ready in 2 hrs and 6 hrs later it's still not ready. Poor performance. They need new mgt.

As of this writing I have spent over nineteen minutes on hold with this store, and it isn't the first time. The staff appears unable to answer phone calls. I'll be transferring my prescriptions.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR TRAVEL TESTING: Downright terrible COVID test processing for travel. They say 1-2 day test processing, and yet my results did not return in the 72 hour window thats required to have your negative result for crossing the border or taking a flight. Can't believe they advertise this service and cannot be reliable. Please find somewhere else to get a test since CVS clearly doesn't care about getting timely results back to people who need it for health or travel reasons.

If I could give a zero, I would!! Scheduled a COVID test and everything went through, had a confirmation number and e still couldn't get it done because they said I didn't upload a picture of my insurance card. Was sitting there with my card and my husband's card went through which is the same as mine and was still told after over an HOUR they couldn't do my test. They turned an already stressful situation into a nightmare. There absolutely had to be something they could do!!

Needed pictures for passports. This took one of the cashiers off the line. She did not know how to do it so it took a while. We were sent back to the line to pay. Now 16 people have back up on the remaining check out line. Then they said the computers were acting up. POS computers work or the are down. There is no hit and miss. Will not be back.

They never answer the phone. Very frustrating when you're waiting for medicine for your 4 year old who has an ear infection. Does the line not work or do they just not answer?
