Very clean and organized store! Staff was very kind and helpful! Self checkouts are a great addition that allow things to move more smoothly. And I'm sure the employees appreciate it - because in my experience - no one works harder than an Aldi's employee! It's obviously difficult work but it's rewarding and they appear to compensate their employees fairly!☺️🙏💙🕊️✅

Where are all the cashiers.No one wants self check out.This is aldi people don't want.to wait in a self check out with 5 items while someone else chose to get two carts full and that's fine but there are no cashiers,one taking care of a customers is not sufficient.

Just like most Aldis. It was stocked up, and I got everything I needed. Easy access.There was a long queue at the checkout. I wish more than one counter was open. They should add sell checkout counters like many other Aldi's are doing

Product prices are often not listed. Store is disorganized. Products are sold that have past the expiration date. Only one checkout available even though employees can been seen walking around aimlessly. Should be alot better!

I love this Aldi in canandaigua New York. It has good prices. Good food and like I said very good prices for what you get. The store staff is very generous and nice and they help out a lot. If you ask them. The store is small but easy to get around and well lit for people that have visually impairments and it's very easy to get around with a wheelchair in everything. Just just remember to bring your own bags and stuff to the store and you would be good. If not they do have paper bags available for you there too. And they're only $0.05 per bag so that is good. The store is always pretty generally clean and the staff keeps the store shelf stocked

I always get great deals at Aldi I was skeptical with Thanksgiving close but they had plenty left. The only thing I couldn't find was heavy cream but I found it somewhere else so all was good.

Aldi's are amazing stores with the lowest prices, and the best selection of high quality products. The store is consistently clean, well organized, and well maintained. The staff is professional, peasant, and efficient.Aldis has a gourmet selection of cheeses, a huge produce and meat department. They have any kind of milk you could even want. The desserts, and snacks are abundant in selection. Aldi's also focuses heavily on healthy types of food inventories for everything from frozen, to canned, to snack items. Aldi's has a fun value aisle with all kinds of things. There may be gardening, outdoor items, kids items, gift items....you just never know what you will find in this magical aisle of ever changing goods. It's always a wonderful surprise to see what treasure you might find in that aisle! Without a doubt, Aldi's also has the best prices on seasonal items and plants as well. If you have not yet tried Aldi's you are seriously missing out on savings, wide variety and high quality products. It is high time you venture on in to the Aldi's wonderland!

I can't say enough about Aldi's, my go to first stop for groceries! Great fruit and veggie prices, snacks, specialty items, cheese, lunch meat, bread . . and so much more! Great return policy, if something isn't as it should be, bring it back, they'll let you pick out a new one,or refund you're money, no questions asked. We love the huge pizza's, they're great as is, or add some of our own seasonings and toppings and bam, everything you enjoy!

This Aldi is convenient to shop at but the amount of people coming here per register lanes open makes me anxious. I don't wanna sit around Aldis all day during these unsure times. Make a self checkout so I can go on with my day.

If you've never been you should go. The produce is very good and their prices are the best in the area. They definitely don't have the largest selection of things and different specials come and go frequently.Milk is their own brand as is a large selection of other dairy products. They do have a consistent choice of frozen and "take and bake" items (especially pizzas). Some items may appear in different or multiple places so you might need to ask a staff person where something is. They are always busy but never hesitate to help.Lighting is good and aisles are clean and plenty wide. They generally have a large selection of seasonal and "impulse buy" items (like coffee grinders) which are only available until sold out.IMPORTANT: You need to bag your own items in your own bags. Boxes are often available for free or you can purchase bags at the checkout. Carts cost $0.25 to get out but you can get it back when you put it back.08-Jan-2022 update:They keep getting more and more gluten free and carb friendly (keto) foods. They have some keto bread which I usually buy (and freeze) which has net zero carbs. So now I can enjoy toast and sandwiches again.I did use Instacart one time (delivered right to my door) . It worked well but had a couple of mistakes which were credited back to my account right away when I contacted them. If I lived further away or was unable to go for an extended time, I would use them again.

Love this Aldi. Clean, organized, friendly and helpful staff. I come here at least once per week! I love their products and you cant beat the prices. Don't forget to bring your reusable shopping bags and a quarter for your shopping cart deposit. You won't be disappointed.

Aldi is a great place to shop. The prices are fantastic. Selection could be better of course, but the quality is always good for what you can get. My one gripe about this location is that they need a traffic light at the exit. It is on a very busy road and it can take a long time to get out unless you take the back road behind the plaza and go all the way out onto 96.

Aldi is a unique experience. You will not be romanced with free samples, ambience, or a huge selection of name brand foods, BUT prices on their store brands are REALLY low, especially compared to the upstate NY market. Most of their store brands are good. It's definitely no frills, but if you want to save on basic groceries, it's worth a try.

I am always pleasantly surprised with how much I save on groceries equal to or better in quality than the "big" markets. The employees are friendly and helpful. I had to learn to deal with "if you see it, buy it, because it might not be in stock next week" on seasonal items. They are labeled seasonal, so you do get a heads-up. Basic foods are always on hand and plentiful. Aldi Farmington is my favorite grocery store for sure.

Great store. Yes, you need to bring shopping bags to the store, as well as you do in most if not all grocery stores in New York State. Food prices are typically cheaper with the same quality of more expensive grocery stores.

Staff is friendly, store is normally pretty clean, and the produce is usually pretty decent quality. However they do tend to run out of items as the store seems to be getting more popular. But I prefer this store over most of the Aldi's stores.

Aldi is a great place to shop. But I hate putting a quarter in the cart. What is the point if were gonna take the quarter out anyway 🙄....but also sometimes there are cracked eggs but its fine with me but other people might not like it. If you want 5 stars, pls fix it!

My husband and I absolutely love the ALDI'S in Farmington NY, its so nice and the people are vary nice also! Unlike all the other ones around the area. We go out of our way just to go to the one in Farmington because its always a better shopping experience!

I have been shopping here since their first one in Canandaigua, NY. Enjoyed the variety of products, employees are very responsive and cashiers friendly. This European store have giving me the opportunity to trained myself on brigning my own bags and on returning the shopping carts, a lesson many can used.I have never have a problem with this company in the past 10 years, now they open a store in Farmington, close to where I live and could not be happier. Now I can run to the corner to get my milk, eggs and french brioche!! This year with the start of "all organic" has become my one and only grocery store. Hipe this review helps to invite more people in, although I might regret it since I've never had to wait online there before.
