They're okay. Everything useful is locked up, employees are nice enough. I just don't understand why they bother posting their store hours when I go at 10:20 and they are closed when it says they close at 11. Are you kidding me? And once they are out of stock of items it takes a decade to restock. They haven't had Essie nail polish in like three months.

MOST, and I mean 90%, of the staff working at this location are incredibly rude. As someone who has been in the store multiple times in the past few months, it is very easy to see how unpleasant the workers are. My friend and I went to the store to grab a prescription for her diabetes (obviously very important medication) and they were laughing at us saying she had to be 21 to buy the medication (she showed her drivers license and we are 22/23). It always seems like they look down on the customers and they do not want to be bothered with questions or help people in any way. I’ve heard too many stories and experienced too many situations in person for this to go unnoticed.

I absolutely love the customer service here. Lizelle G is an amazing and gentle soul when ever she is in that store it is always the best service. If anyone deserves an employee of the month award. No question it is her❤️♥️♥️thank for making my shopping experience at Duane Reade great .

Disorganized and rude, untrained, unprofessional staff from the front desk associate to the so-called manager which roams the store aimlessly. Avoid spending your time waiting on line and getting subzero attention.

I love this pharmacy! They care about patients. Unfortunately, I just has a terrible experience with Karen in the pharmacy and I will report her to headquarters. She is at work but appears not to want to be bothered. Not a good combination. She literally put me on hold twice and hung up. Totally unprofessional!

Pharmacist was great!! My health insurance didn’t cover all of my prescription costs & she told me about other programs that would supplement. I really appreciated the assistance since my funds were low.

Is it Duane Reade or Walgreens? Next to the 911 Memorial. Pharmacy inside with all your needs. Refrigerated section for milk drinks and frozen food. All types of candy greeting cards vitamins and a lot more. There's usually a line. Employees are helpful. It's a little over priced but you're paying for convenience especially with the parking lot. A rarity in Rockaway.

Customer service is so terrible that the employees are literally watching videos on their phones while customer is on line. Also if you go here at 10:45pm the doors are closed ( google shows close at 11:00pm)

Don't use this store for store pickup! They sent the items back before the date of order expiration. I was receiving emails to come pick up my order when the store had already returned it to sender! I wasted my time going out to the store and I now have no way to get those orders replaced. Very frustrating!
