The level of service is excellent. Extremely competitive pricing and every employee is knowledgeable in the products they carry. Their ACE hardware products are also competitively priced to the big box stores without having to walk a mile to find something then wait online for 15 minutes to get checked out. Plus they offer FREE delivery so when we have larger orders we can call and the material is delivered right to me! A+ Family Run Business which is very hard to find these days.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Fallsburg Lumber. I went in to buy some lumber for a project I was working on, and the staff was very unhelpful. They didn't seem to know what they were talking about, and they were very rude. I ended up leaving without buying anything.I would not recommend Fallsburg Lumber to anyone. The staff is rude, the prices are high, and the selection is limited. There are much better hardware stores in the area."

Very pleased. Excellent service. Good selection. Old time lumbar yard that still has bins full of different size screws, nails, etc that you weigh, buy by the pound and put in paper bags. Great staff

Fallsburg beats everyone else on price and delivers on quality--Don't waste your time with Home Depot or other local supply yards.. I'm incredibly happy to have built my home using them with on time and consistent customer support. Remember to Always Shop local and know your businesses. This lumber yard suffers from disorganization and apathy. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful, while most are simply incapable of basic customer service. An occasional smile would be nice, but it's not forthcoming.

If you need Lumber - Don't go when it rains! Mud everywhere! You have to go through a maze to just get few pieces. The first employee just was rude and told me "what I'm looking at?". A whole hour waited just to get few pieces of wood.

Drove here to buy lumber on sunday. Note on door closed sunday until april. Tried calling first no answer. Wasted my time. How about updating your google listing. Changed my rating from 1 star to 3 got here when it was opened. Good selection but very disorganized staff and store. Steve however was very helpful.

Delivered lumber here. Tough for a tractor trailer to get into, but they were quick and very friendly getting me unloaded. I'll bet they are easily the same way inside for the customers.
