My heart is absolutely shattered. My dad has taken our dog Asher here for years and two weeks ago he brought her in to be looked at because we were all very concerned for her, the doctors brushed it off and said she just had arthritis. However last night she wasn't doing good at all she was rush to buffalo where the doctors there told us it was impossible for her to have arthritis and that she had cancer and one of the tumors burst and she had blood in her stomach! I am absolutely disgusted with this place and the treatment our our family dog!! Do not bring your pets here! We will be contacting our lawyer!

I had to give one star to be able to post this. Why advertise on the radio all day and tell me they will not take any new animals? If you are going to run adds take care of the people that call.

The only vet I could find within a 30 40 mile radius to see my potbelly pig for emergency care. They got her in the next day and the bill was more than affordable. It is a small vet, the waiting room is very small and often crowded however; it is worth the wait good care excellent price. They see all kinds of animals not just dogs and cats. They will also do house calls.

The staff is amazing. They really care for the animals. They are moderately priced so if your furbaby is sick you don't have to skip paying some bills to pay for a vet visit.Update: I can never say how great this office is. The staff is so wonderful and Amanda has always been so good with my dog who can be a handful at best of times and she has loved him. Dr. Mary is so great. I love them all so much here and am so grateful for the care for all animals even after they have passed.

I have been lucky to have a healthy dog and only needed her shots in the past. Today, however, I needed to talk to Dr Mary about a problem. I was not told she was not there. I was told that renovating was being done and that my dog would be going in the back without me. I can only assume she got her shots and was then brought back out. I was very disappointed. I really needed help with what is going on with my dog. Because of this I will now have to make another appointment when she will be there or find another vet. At this point I could not recommend this clinic except the prices are great if you just need shots☹️

Local and firmly established. We've been taking our pets to the Fales family for so many years. They treat pets like they're their own. They have convenient hours and are up to date on treatments and care. Their rates are very reasonable, too.Plenty of parking areas and a lawn to walk pets in.

In my honest opinion I find the staff to be friendly and the service to be kind. The waiting room is so very small considering everyone there is coming in with pets. They really need to expand with as much business as they get in there .

I used to come here with one of my three dogs. I recently switched her over to Russell vet for a few reasons. Although this place is the cheapest I’ve found, their wait times are normally very long (30 minutes+) and their customer service isn’t great. It’s hard to get a hold of them sometimes and then won’t get a call back for awhile, if ever. The last time I brought her in was when I made my decision to not come back, as she was given a shot I didn’t ask for and didn’t have the money to pay for (they did finally refund me the shot after my mom also called to complain to them). She also held her upside down for “cutting her nails” and for about a minute before she actually started was casually talking to the nurse about something while my dog was freaking out because she doesn’t like being force held that way. I also have a friend who never received her (paid for) paw print from them for her dog who was put down there. After everything I will not be returning.

We have been going to Dr. Mary Fales for over 15 years and have had only great experiences. She is professional, caring and reasonably priced. I paid around $600 for a C-section and antibiotics for my female dachshund. Anywhere else would have changed you for an office call and way more for the surgery.

My cat had a lot of blood in her stool so I got her to the vet as soon as I got a call back. I didn’t get a call back until around 1pm. They decided to close at 2pm, I was able to make it there at 1:49pm because it’s a long drive. The woman neglected to ask for a urine sample before I arrived so now my poor kitty has to stay overnight and she has severe separation anxiety. It’s cruel but necessary to get her better and there really should be a better way.

After 4wk appt. Arrived on time...waited 35min.before being waited on. Take our small dogs in for a dis.shot ea. And annual ck-up... we were then told no vet was present, so no ck-up, and an assistant took each dog in back for shot. Not pleased ...travel from Warren, they could of contacted us prior (many ways) to allow us to reschedule .we WILL NOT RETURN . A poor way to operate.

First, thank you so much for taking care of our cat, Yung Man (orange and white) and the abcess on his front leg. We are also thankful he got to come home before the 3 days was up. My only complaint is that, on his meds and all his paperwork, they put STRAY for patient name.

I take all of my dogs here just to see Mary. She really is so good with any animal that you bring into her. She is someone who is not only good at her job but she really loves her job too. The only negative thing I have to say about the clinic is that the people who work at the desk and check people and their pets in as they come in, well they're not always as friendly and pleasant with the customers. I understand that everyone has a bad day but on multiple occasions they were just not very friendly and cheerful. I will always recommend this place because Mary is so great but just beware that some of her workers might not be as friendly.

While vacationing in the area, our dog suddenly couldn't walk or stand. Dr Mary was wonderful and despite not being a patient, she fit us into her schedule that afternoon. Cannot say enough good things about her and the staff there.

Tanner and I were treated with much compassion. I have yet to stop crying I miss my fur buddy ever so much.Almost 13 years together my heart hurts terrible. Everyone was wonderful to us. I only with I could have brought him home. We both knew different though.

Have been taking my cats here for over 30 years and they are the best. Just found a sick cat in my yard yesterday and not one vet would look at it until I called here. It’s a 45 minute drive but is well worth it as you can trust them to do their best. Don’t know how that found sick cat is yet but know they will do what they think is right. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you for being there to take care of our pets.

Love this vet! Mary and her crew love the animals that they care for. They are not a large hospital. You don't feel overwhelmed for your basic pet needs. I've been with them for many years now and always choose this place for my pets needs. She keeps her prices reasonable and even went above and beyond on a Sunday when one of our dogs that she'd been treating for a long time needed to be put to sleep. She was very gentle and caring. They also have a crematorium on site now. And offer a pet print keepsake of your animal to take home. Also they've never failed to send a signed sympathy card to us. They keep a line of top notch dog food and have special need foods available on hand. And they have a selection of flea/tick and wormers for pick up. They aren't always available to answer the phone as they have customers to take care of, but leave a message and your phone number and they will get back with you shortly. When I need a script put up and they can't answer I leave my info and what I need and it's always ready pretty quick for pick up. They have an attached kennel with a fenced in yard. The place is always spotless. And when her mom Patricia who's also a vet comes in it's always a treat! This is a second generation vet practice. I highly recommend.

I have an angora rabbit whose undercoat had been dreadfully matted to an extent that I couldn't help him. I called at least dozen vets until Falconer took my information and passed on to the vet the distressing condition he was in and she graciously agreed to see him the next morning. I'm so grateful for the wonderful care he received - he was sedated, shaved down, got a much needed nail trim and given back to me a whole new bunny with a long happy life to look forward to!I will gladly drive the 45 minutes to get such compassionate care..

Brought my two barn cats in.. One got a broken leg from being stepped on by my draft horses for had to have his leg amputated as well as the other cat had a hot spot on its side and licking the fur off of it. I was about to drive and help my son and daughter-in-law move to their new apartment and was going to be out of the area when all of this happened.The vet and staff were VERY kind and nice and kept the two cats together in the same cage so they wouldn’t stress being apart and did the first 10 days of wound care for me while I was helping my son out.The bill was reasonable and I would highly recommend going here ❤️

I agree that the staff is rude. The doctor was nice buy didn't talk to my puppy or touch him. When she gave him his shots, she pulled the last one out quickly as if something went wrong but said nothing. Pricing is high. I was charged more granulated on phone. I guess I expected the doctor and staff to be friendly towards my pup. They don't even smile.

Fantastic staff. I had to put down my dog Harley who was 14 and clearly suffering. Dr. Fales and staff were so kind and gentle with him. They let us stay with him after he was gone until we were ready to leave...no rush to get us out . I am so greatful I went to them. Now, whenever I have an animal that I absolutely have to go in with, because some of these vets nowadays don't allow you to go in with them due to the virus, I will take the hour drive out to falconer from Eden.

Had to rush in here under unfortunate circumstances. I was working in Falconer from Allegany, NY and my dog got a stick lodged in her throat. Thank God for Google Maps and Falconer Vet Clinic. I called ahead to see if they would help and the girl on the phone had me bring her right over. Vet met me at the door and within minutes they had my dog in their care and the stick dislodged. I was blown away by how inexpensive my bill was for everything and the care was absolutely top notch. Thank you to everyone at Falconer Veterinary Clinic!!!
