I asked where a certain product was and was told where to look. However, item not there, which I told manager. I was told we'll that's what we have. I found a few mixed in with something else. And did not find what I needed where the manager directed me. He was rude and nor helpful. There were boxes in rhe aisles and I was not able to get to many items. Too many carysand boxes blocking aisles. Also, they ate always out of one thing or another. The milk is over priced (more expensive here then anywhere else) & ice cream is way overpriced. No deals at DG. It's a cluttered mess

Good service when the short lazy chunky guy at nights ain't working,I think his name starts with a j, and the really rude short haired older general manager lady isn't there, she needs to go forsure, shes nasty to staff and customers,it's a good place to shop if the mike guy and the one younger woman with the longer hair is there,there so helpful and pleasant. 5 stars when there working

Hands down the best Dollar General on the East Coast. The employees are always helpful and friendly. The store is always organized and clean. The atmosphere is conducive to a positive shopping experience. Please fix the parking lot.... my little civic takes a beating.

Great and easy place to shop but when the line is so long that it takes 15 mins to cash out and the other workers are just talking instead of helping the 1 cashier that is working...why? Open more than 1 lane. Stop working your 1 cashier so hard and stressing her/him out.

Right this minute the manager is personally scolding every customer not wearing a mask. She's jumping back and forth between registers loving every minute of it.It's beyond manager duty, she's lighting these people up pretty viciously bordering illegal

The employees are always kind and patient. The store is clean and well organized. The absolute best place to buy sweets. Only downfall is their parking lot has crater like holes so be careful.

Dollar General carries just about anything you can find in other stores at a more convenient price than most other big name stores. They also carry many big name brands of products that you know. I would recommend this store for all your basic needs including food.

For a quick stop the Dollar General has just what I need, from grocery items to health and beauty and pet needs. The prices on brand name items can't be beat and I usually visit the store a couple times per week.The seasonal area always has cute and unique items that end up in my shopping cart. I buy all my paper goods and picnic items here.

It's a big Dollar General. It felt like they had a much larger inventory than any other I've visited. They staff was friendly. My only complaint is the employee begging the counter couldn't tell me where the Excedrin was when I walked in. I found it on my own, but I read hoping to be pointed in the right direction was all as I was on a time crunch.

The workers at the Falconer Dollar General are friendly, helpful and courteous. I like shopping there. I go often.However with that being said I'm very concerned and dismayed at the condition of the parking lot and the Dollar General entrance. For well over a year there are immense craters in the entry way as well as the parking lot. This is a huge for damaging cars and trucks. These craters are not just a small pot hole they are deep and immense. Deep and Immense!!! Dollar General should be ashamed at the condition of their property. They really need to correct this issue.

We almost always have friendly and fast service, though the arm length receipts are wasteful. They carry a broad variety of assorted stock; everything from pharmacy basics to dog food.

Long wait in line. Idiot customer holding up the line using a debit card that's doesn't work. Cashier cant seem to operate cash register. Other employees oblivious to long lines and long wait times. .this store reakaks

Its an ok place. Living in WNY with the winters being aggressive one would think that the individual stores would have access to adjusting the heat/air when it's 10 degrees outside and 40 degrees inside.

Typical Dollar General...limited food choices, clothing, household necessities n decor items...but everything you might need to get by. Staff is pleasant n knowledgeable.

Great place, mostly friendly staff! Please use caution! Their parking lot is full of HUGE POTHOLES AND WILL DESTROY YOUR CAR. Has been bad for over a year!
