I don't normally share my expierence since this is my normal Walmart I go to. Today I went to get a new phone cord and there was only one person in technology and when I asked if I could get the glass door unlocked he was very rude and told me he dosen’t have the keys and walked away. I understood but just thought he didn't approach that nicely. He was also on his phone talking to someone very loudly and cussing loudly where everyone in the technology section could hear him. I did not appreciate his attitude or how he approached the situation. I tried looking for another employee to help me get the charger but there wasn't anyone around. I cannot remember the employee's name but he was very rude and he should not be in customer service by the way he was acting. Again, I am not one to normally complain but I didn't want to stand by and just watch that happen without saying something.

I went to the Deli counter to have some meat sliced. The worker was cleaning a machine and said it would be just a few minutes - I waited 12 minutes while he went on to clean a second slicing machine. I finally said I'd do some more shopping and would come back. 15 or 20 minutes later I can back and he was still cleaning! Another lady was sweeping. I said, couldn’t he just use a clean slicer, wouldn’t that be more customer friendly? The woman spoke up and asked rudely if I had a problem. I said, I just think maybe one slicer should be used so a customer wouldn’t have to wait so long. She said they all have to be cleaned at once to which I replied that another time I wouldn’t bother waiting, by this time responding to her rudeness. Her answer was, “I don’t care if you don’t” and held out her name tag which said “Tia” on it and said “you can make a complaint. Do you think you can remember this?” I hadn’t thought of doing that, but will now be doing so. BTW guess they didn’t have to clean the scale because it was dirty. I was glad there was paper under my meat.

Everything was disorganized and half the things we went to buy where in the store but negative meaning stolen not in the right place or miscalculated. Not to mention all lines with cashiers backed a mile long and then you have to pay for the bags after spending over 500 dollars. This is pure ridiculousness and absord. Then to go to the bathroom and see two workers coming out and one tells me don't this stall because the door don't lock. Walmart should just close every store considering workers don't want to work or do there job and they are letting 19/Ai take over. Not to mention wal mart fema concentration camps and martial Law coming during world War 3 and martial Law FEMA CONCENTRATION CAMPS. May God be with all

My experience at this Walmart is always friendly, quick, and simple. They are good at staying stocked up, having what you need, and they have plenty of self checkout as well as cashier options. They are clean and super easy to navigate.

The store itself is very organized, they don't have many cashiers so it's mostly self check out which I personally prefer not having to scan my own items but that's just me.

I liked this Walmart at first but honestly the customer service is starting to get bad. The people in bakery seem to be lazy to do their damn job or they hate their job. Can’t do a simple task as to write happy birthday on a cake. Three times I was turned away because they couldn’t do it… on different days… anyway i would advise you to go elsewhere for a cake!

Getting tires put on they had a lift not working so it was 1.5 hr before they got my car in (after appointment time), then when I had an issue with a tire 12 days later, no one answered (2 hrs before auto center closed) and none of the people who picked up knew where anyone in auto was, transferred me to customer service where nobody answered (listened to the phone ring for 27 minutes before I finally gave up). Terrible customer service all around.

Very unorganized store,you can physically see the way walmart trains there people to trick the buyer into seeing products over and over in different areas of the store.They literally tried to sell me 6 different utility razors priced extremely different for the same item,only placed in different locations. #1 razor $14.50 #2 razor $19.99 supposed kit #3$12.50The one I bought was$2.58 centsAll the same item!!!!Hey Wal-Mart you just got caught,don't trust anyone in this greedy world and watch your wallet, especially here.Time for change, get walmart out,we want a replacement, we are tired,and we no longer trust you

Ms. Elizebeth was working in mens wear. I just asked if there were othercsizes possibly in the Canadiana sweat pants. She went in back for a bit and came out with muliple boxes. We looked through multiple boxes and found everything I had hoped to find. She really went above and beyond. My sons will be thrilked to receive their jogging pants and sweaters for Christmas. Thank you from the bottom of my heat Elizabeth

The electronic section was busy so we ordered what we needed online,picked up what we needed and got out smoothly and went to the nearest Chinese restaurant.

Better bring your own bag. I visited from Michigan, and they still bag your items where I'm from, without having to buy a bag from them. .... Self checkout, bring your own bag... what next, stock the shelf while I'm there? But I will say, the sporting desk person was great, and friendly when my kids and I were buying fishing licenses! And the greeter at the front door, in the garden center was also very friendly. So, there's that. :-)

The employees are as helpful as they can be. But the fact that there is rarely more than one cashier operated line open at a time. I don't like the whole donut yourself check out. I remember when Walmart had greeters and not people checking your receipt after making customers do the job we never asked to do

yeah i just want to complain about a worker she works as a cashier her name is kendra whatever her name is. She is so rude and awful, she is so disrespectful to her co workers, and apparently she slept with someone on the job. shes dirty, rude and nasty. someone get her fired. I can’t stand the way she treats people, i had an awful encounter with her. She was so rude and i can’t believe what i witnessed, i feel so sorry for her co workers and the one she screamed at knowing she was in the wrong.

Good Walmart is very close to Ft Drum. They have really cleaned up this location after a few years. Good selection of goods, especially automotive goods. Good store layout and helpful staff. Always good selections on groceries and home goods.

This place is usually a get in and out. I have used the auto area before they are cool at least the last person that helped me was. The manager or supervisor in the front was rude when her worker told her hey this machine is not working she threw her hands up and shrugged her shoulders. So the customer just walked off and left the stuff there.

I’m deeply upset that my sister was treated so horribly by one of your cashiers yesterday. She is on disability for knee and back issues and while trying to bag her groceries her back spasmed and her legs gave out. She practically begged the young male cashier for help. He refused and got mouthy with her. She was nearly in tears!! Since when is it ok to treat anyone, let alone senior citizens that way? I doubt I will be shopping in the Evans Mills Walmart again.

One of the best Walmarts I've been in, by far. The store was well stocked, clean and the personnel appeared to enjoy working there. The staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful.

I really enjoy shopping at the Evans Mills Walmart. I know most of the store associates by name, and they know me. I do most of my shopping here to support the local business. For the most part, the store staff and associates are friendly and ready to assist you in any way they can. For the most part, the associates are polite and professional. They make you feel welcomed and treat you with the utmost they treat you as a valued customer and NOT just a number.Would I recommend Evans Mills Walmart? Yes, I would highly recommend this store for those who have moved here from another state.

If I could I would not give them one...the hand printed sign 11 x 10 saying garden center locked can not be read from the parking space foe handicapped, which then we had to walk to next entrance...to top off this terrible shopping experience the day manager offered no advice or even tried to understand the problem. A larger more legable sign would help. What happens if there is a fire, do the firemen break the doors in. Oh for customer service. The employees in pet was helpful and Linda at register was also.
