It's not a great business practice to close 40 min before you are supposed to and immediately run to the door to lock it when you see customers pull into a parking spot and yell out that y'all are closed. Like I get it, I've worked retail too, but the two ladies who worked there last night, it appeared to be a manager and a cashier, that seems to be breaking company policy because me and my husband pulled in at 9:20 pm on 1/5/2024, just to have the employees inside rush to the door to lock it and to yell out they are closed. Just figured y'all should know what your closing team were doing.

Had to wait while cashier was talking in asle then when asked about paper to wrap my glassware she threw brown paper towels and said here. Then instead of her wrapping them I did it. I don't get paid to do it she does so explaining customer service to the employee might help her

Poor lady at the cash register was all by herself bc a worker went home with the flu. She said a lady had come in upset about having to wait in a long line. I think its very sad that some people are rude to others like that. This employee was friendly & smiling and just doing her job to the best of her ability.So rating: great staff & common items. I will go back.

The experience was great. The cashier was really friendly, I simply have one complain and I might get heat for this, but if you hear me speaking in another language, ask me if I speak English, don't assume, I do not. Outside of that, great store, great service from one employee.

They have a good selection of stuff and the store is clean and maintained well. That is the main reason I gave two stars. I have been to this store a few times but after the events that happened I will no longer be a customer, I normally don't share bad reviews because I work in the retail industry and I understand how it is. I purchased around $80 worth of products, first apartment essentials lol. Not long after I left I looked at my account and I was charged twice, originally I was assuming it would be a temporary processing fee or something like that but I called my bank to be on the safe side. The manager I spoke to told me that it looks like it wasn't a processing fee, but she was confused about it as well. I went back to the store while I was still on the phone with my bank to see what the manager on duty had to say and ask for assistance in what steps I had to take to resolve the issue. Immediately when I explained the issue to the original cashier who helped me she was really defensive and thought I was blaming her for what happened, I wasn't I understand that stuff happens and I don't care who was at fault as long as I got the money back. When she had her manager come over she was also defensive, she didn't try to resolve anything or help answer any questions the only answer I got was "call the 1800 number" and that it can't be their system that did it, they even fought with the lady from the bank. I called the 1800 number and that was also a bust, I had to leave multiple messages and received no call back. The only one in this situation that actually helped was my bank, they called me multiple times personally letting me know of the step by step actions they were doing and thankfully I got my money back and it was something temporary that was caused by a glitch on the stores end.

Thier staff is always very nice and professional. Everything is a dollar or less. It's organized and has a bunch of good deals. Dish soap, kitchen utensils, body wash, seasoning, paper plates etc that's the type of stuff I get here.

I said hello to the cashier and she completely ignored me, but laughed at my husband's comment about candy. Then afterwards said, "hope you have a nice night". Customers should be treated with respect no matter what kind of day employees are having.

Love the quality and varieties of the merchandises they hold from school supplies, frozen section, canned goods, DIY supplies land much more.Special thank you to the kind and friendly associates like Mary and others I can't recall their names. I love the fact that everytime my special need children needs to use the restroom in these passed , we were never refused to use that unlike other places. So glad to have an opportunity to fix a simple mishap in their bathroom as a "thank you very much" and was glad they appreciate it. As my mother loves to say, "t's a world of give and take".

Twice I've been to this store and they're selling out of date items...people be careful if u don't want to get sick...even told an employee but nothing was done about IT!!!! That's truly SAD!!!
