Nice store customer service is good.Wait time is excellent they get you right out the door.And what I like most as you can shop and your own pace without having people hovering over you like top flight security 😐..But if you're getting prescription sometimes it could be away I would recommend going as early as possible to pick up your prescriptions.Other than that the women and men that work there are very respectful and helpful when needed.

I made an appointment online for covid testing (for employer documentation) and received several email confirmations, only to show up and be told that they no longer provide the service. This needs to be fixed.

The pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every time i go i have to wait 30 plus minutes in line for a prescription thats already ready. I dont understand what takes them so long. This is unacceptable. More than 3x now i have had to go back a different day to get my meds cause it took so long. Took up my whole lunch period one day.

The people in the pharmacy are absolutely amazing! i had a need for time sensitive prescriptions, and my local one was closed. They were able to transfer my script and fill it so very quickly. i appreciate the amazing customer service so much! thank you!

Lazy workers!! They kick you out after five, when they close at 6. The old lady who works here is always a nightmare, and when I try to ask when they will be restocking certain items they TOTALLY ignore me. Don’t waste your time coming here, I only go for prescriptions because it’s the closest pharmacy.

Alam, the pharmacist is a wonderful man! He sincerely cares about you as a person! He is VERY patient and always kind, no matter how his day has been going. We need more people like this in the world!!!!

Uncompassionate pharmacist, Michael. Taylor did her best to help me through insurance process. Many phone calls later between ,insurance company and Walgreens, Endicott...pharmacist, Michael said they would not hold my spot for Covid vaccination and my insurance pays for it!!! He was unwilling to work with them; inflexible, intolerant. Needless to say, I won't be doing any business with Walgreens in the future because of his representation of their stores

One star is way too much .So far 4 hours and counting to fill my prescription!!! Come back in 25 min . I come back ... give us another 25 . This is not the first time .I have pneumonia and I need to start my medication !!!! I am sure other people have experience this . .

Always clean ,Friendly staff willing to help you if needed. Have a fairly good food section for being a drug store, even have a small section for local school oriented clothes to support local school system, nice to see that touch...

I get a call saying my meds are ready for pick up. So I go to Walgreens and they’re not ready. They said they will be ready soon so I left. Came back two hours later they still weren’t done. This has happen multiple times. Worst Walgreens ever!!!!

Usually this Walgreens is not crowded & is very clean. A couple staff members can do better at wearing masks properly but over all good.

This is the worst drive through in the triple cities !!! The take so long to help you I have sat in the drive up for almost an hour!! It gross always filled with spiders and garbage and the gutters are falling off no pride taken in this store at all!! Rude staff last time I am coming here
