Whether I want to make pasta dinners or platters, homemade ramen or a Thanksgiving dinner. The workers are friendly and happy to answer questions. You can buy great products at a reasonable price.

For the most part, this store is alright but they can never keep their produce fresh and clean.... And the seafood department is always closing early or no one is there to take my order.

In short, I only go here because Weis is just a bit too far away. This store always has product beyond the date (if they have it at all) on the shelves and they never have enough cashiers. Self checkout should have an item limit. In long, every time I go here, I have to check the expiration date on everything in order to make sure that I am not buying spoiled products. I notice this specifically with the packaged ham-steaks on the back wall. I can find an outdated one every time I go. It's not just by a couple days either. We're talking a couple of weeks. I went to get milk today 1/24/24 and they've got a gallon in the front row marked best by 1/17/24. Why is this still on the shelf? I've had several gallons of milk go bad way before the best buy date. Milk from other stores goes to the same place in my fridge at home, and they never go bad before the date on the jug. They've gotten rid of several name brand products in favor of the store brand. It's more of a corporate decision I suppose, but still annoying. The self checkouts really should have an item limit on them. It's difficult to have patience when the line stretches halfway up the freezer isle and I only have one item. Meanwhile, people have full carts and don't know how to use the machines. I took a chance on the express lane today and they actually had someone quick on there instead of the usual slowest cashier. There is always a wait at any of the registers regardless. If you don't want to staff your store then add more self checkouts. See photo for old milk. Again, it is 7 days past the best by date and it probably went bad before then....

Terrible lines are always long they only have one cashier then the rest are self check out always pass the ice cream section the really put the cashiers back to work seams the lines worked faster

I try to not be much of a complainer...but this place is getting worse. You guys need to hire more people for register. The last 5 times I've been here,People have been absolutely miserable because the lines have been so long. There has only been been 2 registers open. This is something that continuously happens, I have a fear that because people are so upset fights are going to start to happen..props to you employees that stay and deal with the customers and their terrible attitudes. I know your job isn't easy and I respect your ability to stay with an even temperament

I like price chopper products. The bakery butcher and fish counter are all great as well. The only thing that stops me from going there first is their pricing. I find myself going to Aldies and then going to price chopper for whatever I couldn't get at aldies in order to save because food costs are just so high right not. When I was solely going to price chopper my groceries just weren't lasting as long before we needed to make a return trip. That said.... the employee's at this store are friendly and helpful. The products are well looked over and restocked. I would recommend going but maybe grab a sale aid before you dive into the store.

I thought this was a nice store but it's really not.. everything is way too overpriced.The ASM nate was less than helpful and did not ever respond to me..left me hanging 2 times.Totally unprofessional and strange with how he did treat me.. I will take my money to walmart at least I don't leave there totally disappointed every time I encounter the place. Seriously 100% not a good place to shop and I will be avoiding from now on.

This was our favorite supermarket in the area, but after several years of declining customer service, today I give up.This morning I arrived at 9:30am to do the weekly shopping, keep in mind they opened at 6am. I stoped by the fish market to buy the haddock that's on sale. Only one package of pre-packaged fried haddock in the case so I asked the guy if he can fry me some more. Nope, can't start the fryer until 10am he says. In the past, they would say sure, but it will take a half hour for the fryer to warm up, which would be no problem, since I still had to do all the shopping. Is it really a hassle to turn on the fryer 1/2 hour early?Later, I go to the meat case to buy the ground beef that's on sale, none there, so I ask the butcher if there is any more. His response: "Nah, I'd have to grind more". I expected his next statement to be something along the lines that it will take him five minutes or so to grind it up. But nope, he totally ignored me and went back to what he was doing. I went back to the meat case to look for the lamb chops that were on sale. There was one small package that wouldn't even feed one person. I knew better than to ask the butcher for that.If this was the only time this happened, I'd understand, but it seems to happen almost weekly; sale items not stocked, surly staff, products on the shelf are out of date, etc.Lately I've started shopping at other local grocery stores and found similar prices, and staff that's much more helpful. So, sorry to say Price Chopper but you lost a loyal customer.

Looks like a nice well-stocked store. No baskets or small carts available for a quick shop so I limited my grocery list. I ended up leaving my items and going to Aldi's because service was not quick, there were several long lines, and I was in a hurry. This was 5/23/23 around 5:25pm. Will probably avoid this specific Price Chopper.

Clean friendly store that I find much more affordable than Weiss with a larger selection of meats. Not a very good variety however of other items. Wegmans is the very best for that!

Store is okay. Good selection of cold coffees this gets the store the 1 extra star in the review. Idk about chopped prices they seem on the high side. Cashier I give zero stars to go with her lack of everything absolutely shouldn’t be in customer service not one bit of personality or joy in this person’s life. Lasting impression of the store not one employee greeted me, I miss the days of customer service. Won’t be going back..Bathrooms are gross for being so early in the morning, felt like I should’ve had a hazmat suit on.

Clean well stocked. Worth it if some products cost a bit more than other store's because you are just more likely to find what your looking for all in the same place. Nowhere you go for groceries will be responsibly priced for quality name brand items.Most importantly the store's all stay looking clean compared to Weiss especially, which never seam to be very clean for a place im buying my food!

Called the bakery with a little odd cake request and spoke to a very nice lady on the phone. Who may I add nailed everything I asked for! Very great customer service! My son is obsessed with traffic signs and we decided to have a traffic/ construction themed birthday party these where the results (cake toppers from Amazon) but my son was so excited for his cake it was a hit! Thank you price chopper for making my kiddos day and your prices can’t be beat! I paid 22.00 for this 8 in cake which they even made into the shape of a stop sign and a dozen cupcakes after being quoted 50-70.00 from other stores. Everyone loved them! We couldn’t be happier.

The staff is friendly and the selection of produce, meats, poultry and fish are wonderful. Prices are fair and overall I can almost always walk out of the store with the items I went there looking for. In the current world situation that is a rarity. Overall you should have a positive experience in this Price Chopper!

Some thing are a little pricey but they do have for the most part they have some really great discounts provided you have a membership card and if not you can always ask the cashier to use the store card.

They have really good salee, but run out often and have to ask the check the back and they usually say "no, there's none left". In my opinion, if you're going to have a big sale you should be stocked up for it,but other than that no complaints. They have good sales often. Edit 2 years later. Prices have gone up dramatically but so has everything else. Always stocked and the employees are very nice

Very bare shelves. Not kept on top of the restocking. Pallets waiting to be unwrapped, unloaded, & put on shelves, just sitting in middle of a few aisles.No closing announcements.Nobody out taking care of & collecting/bringing carts in from parking lot. A few carts were left scattered in parking lot in front of store.Not 1 employee ever even greeted, let alone said anything whatsoever, while we were looking around.Not very busy, so employees should have been more than able to take care of this, with no problem(s) or excuse(s).I, (myself), have been working in retail for over since October of 2010, & I have family that has been working in retail since before I was born.This is completely & utterly, unacceptable, inconsiderate, irresponsible, careless, unprofessional, etc., & this store, management, & entire company & corporation, overall, should be ashamed & humiliated! They are a complete & total embarrassment to the entire world of retail!!This would never be allowed to ever even come close to happening in the retail business(es) where I, (&/or any of my family), work & have worked, no matter what, even if/when we may find ourselves short staffed, we would still work with what we have & make sure to stay on top of these priorities, common courtesies, etc., & still, go above & beyond, provide the best customer service possible, regardless of everything else!!!COME ON, GET YOUR ACTS TOGETHER!!!!

OMG. The florist was great! I believe her name was Hope. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I spent almost $60.00🤷🏾‍♀️.The pharmacist & staff members were amazing. My mom frequents this location and it was very reassuring that the pharmacist could spot the resemblance of my eyes to my mother. I was reassured that she is in good hands with her medications and such. Thank you guys for being an awesome store with awesome staff members!

High prices#! I tried to buy PC brands on sale. OM bacon for !9.99 c'mon PC bacon is all fat!! I think I'll stick to Vegetarian meals. PC produce was well stocked & fresh. But $2.99 for a head of lettuce is ridiculous.

Some staff seem to be nice well others arent always so nice and helpful. The store doesn't seem to be super "up kept" / super clean. Wish they would keep better stock of supplies. But all around not a bad place to shop.

I love the staff in the pharmacy. They're always helpful and friendly. However a FEW of the other staff are rude (even mean), slow and downright unpleasant. The quality of the products and the overall atmosphere of the store is very exceptional.

Great Store, But I sense a great deal of people not wanting to work there.Maybe it's not getting enough hours (yep, because I talked to them) If you loose the Employees happiness to work there you loose quality in the store. Plus they will move on and Re-training new people gets costly. People talk. One persons bad account turns into 10 people and it mushrooms.PC needs to treat their people better.

Selections are few. Produce isn't as fresh and doesn't last long. More expensive than Wegmans and Weis. Very very poor selection of items. Overpriced. Cashiers are not very helpful or friendly. I'd rather go the extra 3 or 4 miles to Wegmans and avoid this Endicott store all together. It's definitely worth the extra drive to Wegans!
