The garden center is absolutely beautiful, they have plenty of choices and today they have $5 off hanging plants which are already priced well! I love going there just to get my spring fix, but I'll definitely be back for some perennials!

I had placed 2 orders for potting soil & compost in the last month. They were delivered free as the website states. I placed a third order 5/11/2023, order stated free delivery again. Today I get a phone call telling me that there is no free delivery. Hasn't been free since covid. I attempted to explain to the owner (so she stated) that why would I pay $25 for something that JUST 7 DAYS AGO was free? "Mistakes were made and no free delivery." Too bad, I liked that store, but I will never shop there again.

This Agway is a certified Echo dealer and they carry a good selection of Echo equipment. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I was there looking for a top handle Arborist saw, the Echo 2511. They had it in stock. Thank you!

Because of issues trying to clear up the cloudy water in our pool, we've brought our water sample four times to Agway. We have gotten good advice without pushing us to purchase chemicals that weren't needed. The employees are very helpful, take the time to help.

This place offers refreshingly good service when you shop there. They are very helpful in finding what you went in to purchase. They also went out of their way to load the heavy bag of pet-friendly ice melt we purchased into our car.

Great shopping experience, had everything I needed and more! Excellent selection of pet supplies. A woman at the checkout was extremely helpful getting me set up with the gardening supplies Ineeded, and was very knowledgable about the seed stock and various suppliers. The girl that crashed me out was also very helpful and friendly.

I am so pleased with helpfulness that I received this morning at Agway West Endicott! Had issues with water yesterday they led me in the direction of iron out .I soaked in cold water for five minutes they have never been brighter or whiter.I highly recommend especially if you have water issues with stained clothing whites! 🙏💐🙏👍

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Pets are welcome. Unlike Home Depot and Lowe's, you present your mulch receipt purchase and they load your vehicle. This is a great perk for woman and older people. If they don't have it they will get it for you.

A couple of months ago I went to buy some pants for my vegetable garden, the people were friendly and all I can say is that what they sold me is thriving now. It was a little difficult to find what I needed without asking an employee for help, a little chaotic in there, however, when I did, they were very nice to me and we're even able to give me some suggestions. Very reasonable prices!

This is where you want to shop for your pet. The staff and Todd were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Stocked with the best quality food, treats, toys and their food guarantee and frequent buyers club it's the only local place I'll go for my dog. I cannot believe this actually happened but I will describe this for everyone. I walked into the store and asked where a certain product was. The girl at the counter directed me to the correct aisle as the store manager repeated what she had said. I walk to the aisle and started perusing the products to see which one I wanted to buy. Apparently the store manager thought that because of the way I looked or the way I told her that I didn't need any help oh, she assumed that I must be there to steal something. As I stood for maybe three minutes I looked over the different products that I wanted to buy she stood maybe 10 feet for me pretending to inventory products in the aisle. She followed me back to the register as I paid and walked out. I was actually profiled by this woman thinking that I was going to steal something from the store. I was extremely offended and I will never spend another dime in Agway ever again. I decided to keep my mouth shut in the store and not cause a scene, but everyone should know the way people are treated in the Endicott Agway.
