The worker Angel gets 5stars but the store only gets 1 star . I am so grateful for her as she was very helpful while working alone at one point. She did everything within her will power to assist me with my orders, which motivated me to purchase even more. I hope they view her as a great example of how to provide customer service in such as disorganized and understaffed store.

Workers are mentally incompetent. They threw out their scan cards for debit reloads because they don't have the mental capacity to understand that when their systems got upgraded it gave the customers the ability to close the store. Awful selection of products. Workers always look sloppy and have miserable dispositions. 0/10 recommend

Some good deals, but also somethings, you pay more for than you can buy online like Sheba cat food - over $14.00 for a 12 pack. Chewy charges $13.34 if you subscribe, Amazon can be even cheaper, you just have to know your prices.

These ladies do a fantastic job.They work very hard staying in stock and they go non stop all day long.They provide great customer service with a smile always. There are 3 main women and the best testimonial I can give is that I don't know which one is the manager! They all care that much. I am retired from 32 years in retail management myself so I recognize quality individuals in the industry..

Bans people with no proof of anything. Nothing was stolen, wasn’t being disrespectful. Absolutely no reason. When asked for proof of previous ban nothing could be provided by the workers from this store and Harrison address.

I like this company, but this particular store is an absolute disaster! All isles are blocked on one side or the other with stock carts or boxes. There is garbade all over the floor. The floors are new but covered with dirt and stuck on whatever. I had to leave it was impossible to shop in. You need to send a team to clean this store up. The others in the area are good.

This store needs Jesus. The isles are difficult to navigate and cluttered. The stocking carts are left in the way. The lady sticking shelves was observed with her face mask down. The floors need some serious mopping. I will choose another location next time.

I give the store 5 stars because everyone is always absolutely the best and so nice and helpful until a few weeks ago a employee I haven't seen before was so unbelievably rude to me more than one time. I complained to the manager and I know she spoke to her because this employee is now even ruder to me. Other than this person everyone is wonderful!! And the store is always clean and has everything I need!

Easy to shop there. Large parking lot to park my big truck in. Employees are always friendly and I always get what I need at a great price. A reliable place to shop- plus I can always count on them having what I need. Continent hours 9 to 9.

Being remodeled so hopefully will help a lot. Cheap products and easy parking. They also have "Rug Doctors" to rent for a pretty good carpet cleaner for $30 for 24 hours.

3.5 Stars actually. It's Cheap & Cheerful! 😆 Close to home. No need to go to large store & actually pay more. It can take as little as 3 minutes to run in & out for laundry detergent. When our options are limited I am glad the DG is nearby.

I love the DG but you can not possibly be working on 8 projects at once with a staff of 2 or 3. It's overwhelming to shop with everything blocking the isles. Pick a task and finish it.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Always have what I need/looking for, and at a fair price, and can always find a DG Coupon to use! This store is well kept and always stocked.

Found everything I needed quickly and at reasonable prices. The cashier was very nice. So that's five stars. Also, its a neighborhood store. DG often saves me the time and expense of taking the bus out to the Wal-Mart supercenter. Really, DG is indispensable.

Decent place for bargains, but the store is a MESS! Stock is misplaced, aisles are blocked by carts of yet-to-be stocked merchandise. Save some aggravation and go to the DG in Apalachin.

I had good luck with the selection and price for fancy feast cat food. They had non slide material for covering tables. They were used in motor home cabinets.

Got a vanilla gift card and they forgot to activate it so now I’m out 400 dollars I urge you not to get a gift card from this store. In addition, when I called them to sort out this issue they said that they were not at fault even though they did not activate the card.

No markers on the floor to keep 6 feet apart. Line was ridiculously long while cashiers were chatting...left before I even made a purchase. No one enforced masks either.

I like having a Dollar General close to home. Mine is on Watson Blvd. If I need something quick, I'll pop in there. Employees are all nice and very helpful.

Excellent customer service. Easy to find products. Only thing is that sometimes there cooler and freezer section is empty.
