Pretty good store overall.Me and one of my close friends went to pick up some beauty essentials and bracelets and the lady who checked us out was pretty kind.The only thing that bothered me was that she seemed like she couldn’t speak english and when i asked her for the price she aggressively tapped the cost on the register.But the trip was overall very easy and I will be going back.

Be mindful of what you pick up and the price. I went for paper plates marked $3.99 of course what I picked up didn't have a price tag on it. There were two women behind the counter, one asking the other what is the price, the other woman said just give it $5.99. I went back and picked up the one with the tag and brought it back to the front. Customer service is not what it used to be. I've had similar situations with the same person on countless other occasions and this is is I'm writing this review now. Check inventory and prices, be on the sales floor I it's more than 1 person behind the counter.

This as got to be the worst 99 cent store ever. Today I asked for four balloons, red and blue because I’m buying it for a boy and a girl gives me whatever color she wants to give me not only that the customer service is horrible there not only that no one can speak English that either I mean, let’s be serious not everybody speak Spanish go to my stick it will be a lot easier if you hired at least one person who spoke English so that the English speaking people would be able to communicate better with a person who spoke their own language I definitely will be finding another Nelnet supposed to go to and I definitely won’t be coming back now and tell them who the customer service I need a customer service is absolutely horrible. Literally the Spanish of Linda‘s there and her boyfriend her husband did the rudest ever and I will not be returning to the 99 Cents store.

What an odd store. Went in to check it out but was constantly shadowed by workers as if I was going to steal something. They act like they're perusing but when it's all Indian guys standing right next to where your looking- in a big empty store- it's pretty obvious. Didn't get to thoroughly explore the store as I would have liked with these guys breathing down my neck so I finally checked out with a few items. Upon check out the cashier there is more dull and lifeless than an ATM. At least the ATM greets me says bye and thanks! Also she was guessing the price on items and naturally it was higher than shelf price! So I left feeling worst than before I walked in. A few days later I saw the items I bought here at another discount store for significantly less -_-

This is one of those 99 cent stores, that seem to be good to be true. But it's not!! They have a nice mixed selection of quality products. Two growth area they should work in is just keeping the place tidy, and keeping the shelves stocked. Because a stocked shelf is a happy customer and a happy owner $$Cha-ching$$

BEWARE!!!! This store sells broken and damaged items. They will place items on the shelves for sale that they know is damaged. Once you purchase they will refuse to give you back your money. Find another 99cent deals to purchase from. This location sells damaged items. Shop here only if you want to lose out on your money. Items look good on the shelf, but as soon as you take it home and try to use it you’ll discover that it’s damaged! STAY AWAY from this store. RIP OFF!

Eye sore to the community. Nobody wanted this here. There was supposed to be an IHOP here at one point in 2012. Would've been better. And by the looks of it the reviews speak for the the type of establishment it is. There are enough 99 cents stores around, and there is Dollar Tree close by. Hope it closes soon.

I went in to the 99 Cent & Up Deal store recently to buy home decor.I asked a middle aged staff woman for help.I was honestly taken aback when she responded to me with a look of disgusted annoyance.She told me she was " busy" turned her back and added that the store did not carry the item I wanted anyway.I found the item I wanted, paid and promptly exited the premises.Is the Rude and Dismissive disposition towards customers a "Cultural Thing"?Nope!! Rude is Rude no matter what part of the world you come from.
