They took great care of our dogs! We have a large aging dog that needed some extra TLC. He doesn’t like to be fussed with, but they brushed him and cut his nails, which were way over due because he doesn’t cooperate well. They were patient and gave him breaks when needed, but in the end, they got them done. They went above and beyond and we appreciate it!

Very nice people and place! My father's dogs escaped and they were brought here where they fed them well and brushed them and took really good care of them while they waited to find the owners they even renamed the two dogs Hansel and Gretel. Beautiful fun facility for dog care and doggie daycare.

I highly recommend Woofs, Wags & Wiggles. Reservations and payments are done through the website which makes drop off and pick up really quick. They send updates while my dog stays there and are very responsive to messages. My dog loves going there and playing with other dogs and always comes back tired!! Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable

My Irish Wolfhound babies LOVE coming to WWW! They have so much play time with their friends throughout the day! Being so big, they are not easy to travel with. As a hockey family, we are on the go, and hotels dont always accommodate large puppies, even super cute trained ones. Tara and her amazing team welcome our 2 cuties, and don't flintch when our schedule changes. We get sweet updates while we are away and we love to see the facebook postsand photos. After an eventful weekend, our puppies come back worn out! We are so thankful to have a great woofs, wags, and wiggles to take care of our babies when we can't. We can't thank their team enough!

We’ve been using this place for a year and love it. When we first brought Luna here it was after several failed attempts at other Doggy daycares. Our fur baby was very timid so when we were referred to Woofs, Wags & Wiggles, the owner, Tara, made sure Luna’s experience went seamlessly. Tara made sure she gave me updates on Luna to set my mind at ease and very quickly Luna was jumping out of the car, eager to get into Daycare here. This place & the owner are lifesavers!!! The staff is always friendly & helpful too.

Was very pleased with services until both dogs came home with kennel cough and once it was diagnosed by my vet, I notified the business. Was expecting transparency with clients via an email, to notify other customers. Instead, I was questioned if it was truly kennel cough. One of my dogs had an extreme case of it. The issue isn’t kennel cough. That’s a given that there is risk when boarding at any kennel or doggie daycare. My issue is the lack of communication to customers about what’s going in behind closed doors so we can make educated decisions concerning the health of our dogs. We haven’t been back. Which is a shame. If they communicated with info concerning things of this nature, they would have received 5 stars from me

Since we have to travel a lot for work, we board our not-so-social, but beloved 10 yr old Bella (Norwegian Buhund) at Woofs, Wags & Wiggles VERY often over the last 2 years. She loves to go there! And even at her age, she has improved in her socialization and general behavior. Tara & her team are to credit for this! Before, suitcases out would bring on an anxiety attack… now, suitcases bring happy anticipation!

Fantastic! We take our pups here regularly and they receive spectacular care and attention. Socialization, excercise and basic training all in one place. Stimulating environment in the common yard for dogs to explore and play. The owner maintains training in animal first aid, etc and is truly loving of and invested in all the pets that visit.

*REAL TESTIMONY FROM A LOYAL CUSTOMER!*I have been taking my Tessa to W3 since August of 2020. Tara and staff have helped a VERY unsocial and untrusting dog learn to let loose and have some fun while interacting with her own kind! Tess is always extremely tired from the days fun and activities which is awesome since I work a lot and therefore don't have a lot of time to tire her out at home. Miss Tara and staff work very hard with all of the dogs as a group and one on one with those extra special cases (ahem..my dog). Also, prices are super fair!

We cannot say enough good things about Woofs Wags and Wiggles. The staff is extremely friendly, accommodating, and cater to each dogs needs. We use them on a regular basis, multiple times a week and highly recommend them to everyone! Our dog is beyond excited every morning to greet his doggy friend and staff members. Everyone is great there!

Our sweet Hank has been spending one day a week at W3 for the last several months. Once Hank got used to having new friends, the owner began training him. When you're nearly 200 pounds and just want to be loving all the time, you have to learn ways to how to manage yourself. Hank has come so far in terms of listening and behaving . I know when I sent him, he is loved and cared for. We just left him for a weekend and he has slept since the moment he came home. He obviously had a great weekend and I know that they love him. I feel comfortable and confident sending my furboy there.

This is the best doggy daycare around. The staff is wonderful and truly cares for each animal that comes through the door and do their best to tend too an animals individual needs and comfort levels. The dogs get to play an socialize with one another in large, safe, outside play spaces. The owner as well is amazing, is often on site, has a keen sense of the animals an their feelings and shows so much compassion for each one of them it's simply astonishing. Woofs Wags and Wiggles is the only doggy day care I would take my doggo to.

This place is absolutely amazing and beautiful so many things that our dogs could do. So many options for water while out in the play yard. Staff is super friendly and caring about animals. They also offered grooming as well. Witch made my life easier to get all they need in one spot.I was nervous about leaving my pups here how ever the manager assured me that someone is always here or watching cameras. And In the end my dogs even ended up very happy with many new friends.

My wife and have took our old set of pups and our current gang. We have been using their services ever since we moved into the area for years ago. We have never had any issues, the staff is friendly and professional. We really appreciate the one on one training that Miss Tara has done with our Dogos. The level of excitement with our two pups says it all.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The dogs aren't simply crated all day, they get to play and have fun. The staff has always been totally professional, and every employee treats every dog as if he were their own. I sometimes drive my daughter's great dane to "doggy daycare" and can see how excited dogs arriving are. They love it! They get attention and love in a safe environment. It's perfect!

This was my dogs 1st stay here. I think Rebecca was great with our goldendoodle. He looked like he had a good stay based on some pictures posted on FB. Great service when we dropped him off and picked him up. After that 1st visit it was all down hill from there. Grooming is a joke. Period. My dog needed a bath every time I picked him up, he was filthy from the 'sand box' and he stunk terrible. They never returned food, and when we got home, he ran to his water bowl like he hadn't had a drink all day. One day he came home limping and that was the last straw. Do your homework before leaving your babies here! Google the owners name and read the news articles!

Lincoln is sooo happy to come here. I ask him if he wants to see his friends and he gets so excited. Always a good experience except when I pick him up because he doesn’t want to come home. Highly recommend this place if you want your dog acclimated with other dogs. It takes special people to leave my dog with someone and I couldn’t have picked a better place..

I started taking my dog there three years ago. He had a socialization problem with small dogs. They worked with him and he now can be around a small dogs with no concerns. He loves going. He comes home happy and tired. He spends his days being a dog. Yes, he has come home with scrapes, bumps and dirty. If he didn't I would be concerned that he wasn't spending time out of his kennel. I tend to be overprotective but the staff deals with my concerns about "is it too cold?" " is it to hot?" We discuss then we laugh but at that moment I am being treated as though he is the only dog that is attending. As long as I have my dog, he will continue to attend.

We started sending our oldest dog 3 years ago and woofs, wags and wiggles is hands down his favorite place. And when we got our other 2 dogs they also started at woofs, wags and wiggles too. We send them knowing they are safe, happy and well looked after. The staff is friendly and great dealing with our 3 crazy high energy pups.

I brought my dog here because he has intense anxiety. They helped my dog through his nervousness around other dogs. He now feels the urge to play with any dog he walks past. He enjoys going and by the time I get him home daily he is exhausted and ready for bed with mom. Tara is so open about his days and passes along any concerns she has or all the silly stories of his day! Love it here!

I used to take my dog to the other doggie daycare and they segregated him away from the other dogs because he plays rough. When it got too cold out side and they couldn't play with him with the hose, they had nothing more to do with him. Then I found WWW. Best move ever! He's so happy to play with the other dogs and I'm so happy he comes home tired. Give Tara a call....she'll take good care of your fur babies!!

I would not recommend bringing your dog here. This place has been known to lose animals and people have gotten their animals back with lacerations. They will not show surveillance footage if anything does unfortunately happen to your dog. They will not cover vet bills either when the unfortunate situation is their fault and responsibility. They do not own up to what they say on their website. For the safety of your animal, please do not take them here.

This place was easy to schedule online. Good window for pickup and drop off and it's also close to the airport that we use. Had a little misunderstanding with the food situation. Make sure you bring food for your pets as they don't supply it. Other that that I felt good knowing my dogs were having fun while we were gone. They post photos on Facebook daily!

New to town and getting established and made an appointment for my dog the evening before and because of a computer issue she wasn't in the system and they don't take walk-ins so I drove 30 minutes to drop her off and they would not accept her. So I'm late for work because their system screwed up and we were punished for it. I will pay extra for rover instead of bringing my dog here. Such a bad business ethic to run. Shame on you, Woof's, wags and wiggles!Edited to add (after response): my pets records had been verified, she had been to this daycare a few days already so this wasn't her first day, with appointments made within 24 hours. I've taken her to many daycares and I've never known one to not allow walk-ins, what on earth needs to be prepared?! Your website shouldn't allow for scheduling if you do not accept them before a certain time. And there's a little thing called grace when something like this happens for the first time, you should learn about it.

We boarded our pup here in June, and again in August. When we picked her up after her short stay in June, she was actively bleeding. We inquired and it was waved off, with the staff member basically saying that these things happen. And sure, these things can happen, but I should have been notified in advance, not when I picked up my pup. Because of a lack of options, we decided to give them another shot this month when we went on a family trip. When we picked her up, she had visibly lost weight (which I get that sometimes dogs don't eat if they're anxious or something, but again, no communication), she had wounds on her head, scabs on her nose, and when she got home, she drank three bowls of water. She acted like she hadn't had water in days. She also was incredibly skittish and slunk away when we weretalking with out hands, acting like she has been hit or something. Again, willing to give the benefit of the doubt here, and I'm not saying they hit her, but she's a friendly outgoing girl and this isn't her norm. I've never raised a hand to my dog, and that behavior is incredibly out of character for her. I'm not sure what happened during her stay, but we will not be returning. I can be flexible and understanding, bu there is a need for it and we received no communication. If I picked my child up from daycare like this without recieving news, I would be furious. 0/10

I booked my dog there for my vacation to move my daughter to Florida. Day 2, I emailed asking if everything was going well. There response was no news is good news. Enjoy your vacation. Basically shutting down all communication.Day 5, I wake to an 8am email, NOT A PHONE CALL, stating my dog is vomiting and there was blood. I called 25 times in 40 minutes and 2 emails with no answer, they finally called they said he seemed ok and they were giving him air, I then asked them to take him out of the crate and outside to check his behavior and that was like pulling teeth. At this point i am finding someone back home to pick him up.They said ok. Then a manager called back was super rude. Said if I was worried about my dog I should come back from my little vacation. I was irrate. Call ended. Emailed stated my friend was coming to get him at 12:15 to take him to the vet. There response was no human interaction until 3:45-5:00 he could be picked up then. I called the police, in the meantime they agreed to release my dog. From the first email to my friend picking up my dog they were unable to answer the phone, except for a call from the Managar being very rude. They kept his food...snacks and charged me for the whole 8 days. Never once apologized, experience was a nightmare. Number one red flag is there is zero phone communication even when booking. Not one care in the world about my pup.

I am reviewing the daycare not the training. Based on what I saw the first time I came to pick up my dogs, I wouldnt trust this place EVER. I never came back. She claims expertise with dogs. Well, uh, why exactly was she BLASTING music at volume from 8-10? The dogs were going nuts barking, but highly stressed, nonstop, frantic barking and nonstop leaping all over their kennels---- ALL of them. Expertise? Right volume for music for dogs is where it is getting just a little uncomfortably low volume for a person with normal hearing to hear it. Doing what she did to dogs is like putting a person 2 feet away from the speaker at a rock concert and making them stay there for however many hours. Think you might be shaking at your cage door and leaping around screaming if someone stuck you in there without your consent? She said she did it because she was saving up for a great sound system but only had a little radio so the dogs in the back coukd hear. Are you kidding me? I take my dogs someplace closeby. Has 2 acres with grass, shade trees... they have doggie cams in all the different playards, too. I can watch from home to see what my happy guys are up to. I want to cry when I drive by Woofs Wags and Wiggles for all the pet owners who are loving but have no idea of what quality care is, who based their high rating on the dogs having enough water to drink. and poor baby dog whose mom gave this dump a 5 star rating because "it has a badass bus" .0/10.
