NY state inspections found "caked fecal matter, dirt, hair, and/or urine." on their dogs. Stop supporting backyard breeders. Businesses like this do not care about animals and see them as a profit to be made. Do yourself a favor, save some $ and get yourself a rescue dog.

I love this place. We bought our Buddy, a Maltipoo there 14 years ago and it was wonderful then and we just got a new Havanese puppy and we are so thrilled. They are such nice people and the atmosphere is very nice.

It would be great to transition your business to rescue dogs and cats from the shelter and featuring them in your business so people can adopt, rather than your current business model of selling puppies from so called reputable breeders. I get you’re a small business but these are living creatures. Adopting and rescuing from the humane society and local shelters is the new model. Please considering transitioning to a current business model where you are saving animals instead of selling animals at very high rates for profit! It’s 2021, let’s clear the shelters and find homes for deserving animals instead of profiting off “breeding”. Wether it’s humane or not ie: sickening puppy mills, there are far too many dogs and cats that need homes! There is no need to breed puppies at this time. I would fully support a rescue pet shop! I encourage you to look into it for the welfare of the thousands of animals that need homes! I wish your business nothing but the best, but profiting off breeding, it’s unethical at this moment. Every sold puppy, kills a shelter animal. :(...

As an owner of a small business, I’m surprised at how the owner of this company can just ‘blow off’ potential customers. They can’t be reached by phone and refuse to respond to emails. Instead, they tell you to fill out a form and that if they feel like it they’ll contact you. I’ll be finding another source for a dog.
