Employees sitting on the ground smoking in the covered loading area. Makes it hard to use the area, especially due to the smoke. They don't even dispose of the butts properly, in the container provided. Cafe food quality has diminished lately, as well as cleanliness of tables and eating area. Bring your own wipes if you want a clean, non-greasy table/seat! Too many employees sit looking at their phones, making it difficult for people to find an available table to eat at during peak hours. Also, some employees park in the best spots making regular customers walk greater distances. Greeters usually very nice, as well as most of samplers, the sushi guy, the pizza guy out in the middle, and Jennifer at the desk. Forget the eye center if you want friendly staff though. Rude every time we've been there.

I have mixed feelings about Sam's Club because anytime you are asked to pay for a discount you're not getting as much of a discount. The subscription to Sam's Club was only half price when I signed up and I was getting a good deep discount on the few items that I was planning on buying which basically paid for itself when I got the items. That is the only reason I took the subscription price and became a member. If you're not going to spend enough to save $40 or $80 in the first half of the year then it's not going to be worth it become a member of Sam's Club. It's true they have large bulk volume discounts on some things but others are literally priced the same per unit or per pound as Walmart. Some of the greatest instant discounts will be found in the fresh food section such as meats & produce. I have included photos with this review which includes $300 in two carts of groceries. This was volume buying to cover the holidays and a lot of big items for home. I saved about $100 on things in total so it made my membership worth the price but for an average person I would not recommend it at all. On top of this their automotive tire and battery section selections are the worst prices locally for any tire shop that you could pick. Why Sam's Club doesn't carry a lower-priced brand of tire rather than only Goodyear and Pirelli I have no idea. They're bigger ticket items like sofas and reclining chairs are no special offer either. The washer and dryer combos they have are the most basic sense that you could buy at Lowe's for around an average price of $500 of machine and they're selling them for $650 so they're making up the cost losses on their items using these big ticket machines. Their computers laptops and televisions are nothing special as far as the price goes comparative to Walmart where you'll get a much better deal. The jewelry counter has some decent prices on real silver and gold jewelry however the actual pieces of jewelry or not something that most people care to buy or wear. The fact that they only carry crosses and crucifixes in their religious jewelry is terrible and speaks for itself at the limits that this company has on jewelry and it's inclusiveness towards other religions than Christianity. I can't really say anything about the clothing area because it set up to look like a low-grade flea market and I wasn't about to sort through table piles of clothing to find what I was looking for. All-in-all there's good deals on certain things and if you're not buying them then you're not getting a deal in the membership is not worth the cost.

First time visited the store while I was driving back from NY upstate to NJ, and its amazing 👏 store. I had to get some stuff along with rotisserie, and it was different with smells great. And then some cloths which usually tough to get the size at Jersey City or Secaucus store, we got them their easily. Overall nice and very organized store.

My family and I have been shopping at this location for quite some time. Though you have to pay for a membership, it is (if buying enough) worth the cost. It is very well kept and makes shopping a little more "fun" with the samples and extremely large variety of items. The sushi was surprisingly very good... It seems to always be quite clean as well, which must be difficult to manage given the stores size.

Bought clothes today. My husband was more successful than me. I got 2 dresses with pockets. No decent capri's, too many boots shorts, nope I don't wear that type of inappropriate clothing at 61! So, only a semi decent shopping experience. My husband got a new membership, and as a member for years, I would be paying over 118.00 to renew mine, which I let expire because I rarely use it anymore. He got the premium cards for us for 1/2 the cost! Nice thing , loyalty doesn't mean a thing anymore, just saying! Sadly true!

Everytime I get something I really enjoy from here, they discontinue it. Great place for seasonal items or really common items but not specialty. I order meat in bulk from here. The meat is usually always decent priced and good quality. It's always packed. The only time you can get in and out is early morning or late night.

Sam's Club offers a variety of products, from furniture to milk at affordable prices. The return policy is excellent. The food court has pizza, hot dog, sundae, fountain drinks. They also sell a variety of salads

This place is the absolute worst. Sam Walton would be infuriated at what he created and what it's become. I get accosted by kids selling me cellphones I get accosted when I'm leaving after I paid for my stuff oh and they NEVER HAVE LANES OPEN EVER only ONE LANE OPEN LAST NIGHT but they always have 2 or 3 workers in green at the front talking to each other. At least at Wegmans sometimes those people open a small lane for you if you only have a few things. This isn't an option here. GET A BETTER SYSTEM because ITS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! ONE LANE OPEN and 3 people standing at the front talking to each other watching over the people waiting in line. Give me a break.I went to a machine to get a free bag of nuts and what came out was literally a little plastic thing with 5 nuts in it. no joke. 5 nuts after I signed up my email . They no longer have carrot juice. That have stupid sales where you save $5 if you scan it with the app. great job JUST MAKE IT CHEAPER so I don't have to download an app.Yogurt is a little bit cheaper that's literally about it. Long lines, still have to use self-check out but this time with an even worse upc gun than Walmart and now i have salesman trying to sell me Apple cards and laptops when I come in! Almost every single time. Like I would pay to NOT HAVE THOSE THINGS like as in EVERY OTHER STORE IN THE WORLD!Added bonus I have to scan my sams club card and also show my receipt and get my items canned every time I leave!!! Because of course I'm a special member but why would you trust me not to steal? Items also seem to be near expiration dates.Oh and their can return is at the EXIT????? But why though.They also don't have water refills to refill your 5 gallon water jugs. Great job!Edit:I went there with cash to the other day to buy 2 things. 2 things. How stupid I was to forgoet their long line of self checkouts don't take cash and that they would only have TWO LANES OPEN!!!! It took me twenty-five minutes of standing there to buy TWO ITEMS! Then I was accosted at the exit and had to wait for the lady to scan my receipt and my items when all I Wanted to do was LEAVE THE STORE after waiting for twenty-five minutes in LINE FOR THE LOVE GOD!.Why don't you take the useless person at the exit who scans stuff and makes everyone feel like a thief and PUT THEM AT A REGISTER or how about the guy in green at the front who goes from self checkout to self checkout why don't you put him AT A REGISTER! For the love of God I am never going into your store again. I LITERALLY PAY EXTRA TO BE A MEMBER HERE AND DON'T FEEL LIKE A MEMBER AT ALL!

I’ve always had a great experience at Sam’s Club! It is clean and bright and so well organized! The staff are friendly and there are sample tables set up everywhere. The bathrooms weren’t very clean but the rest of the store makes up for it. Checkout was quick and efficient, even on a busy Saturday.

I shop for my husband's work lunches and for my daycare snacks and ALWAYS get a better deal than other stores in the area. The quality and pricing on their meat, however, is what keeps me going back. I can fill our freezer for so much less than leading grocery stores. The staff is always helpful and friendly and I never feel like I can't find something. There's never an empty shelf.

There's been a fair share of problems here - moldy refrigeration units, food gone bad before expirations on the label, but they're always quick to jump in to fix a problem when it's reported and that's greatly appreciated. It's not always easy to catch it before a customer and your reaction speaks volumes when it's kind, caring, and immediate.Some of their clothing items that I've gotten are of questionable quality and I've had some bulk rice with A LOT of rocks in it but other than that it's a go-to place for a lot of my grocery needs and their hot food (pizza, hotdogs, pretzels, and everything else) is substantially better than some of the other options around here that cost 3 times as much and supposedly specialize in it.

I like going there because everything is always in its place and neat an Clean. What I don't like is 10 or 12 check outs and only 1 person checking your stuff to get out the door. I only had 6 items and 15 people ahead of me some with full baskets waiting in line.

We have been members of Sams Club for about 30 years. During this period we belonged to 3 different stores in 3 different geographic locations. Our experience has been 4-stars generally over time. We go there for basically the same type products each visit and find that we do save money in the long run.We have never had an issue with customer service and we have never had to return a product. The only issue that I have ever had is with the K-cups. They come packaged in boxes of 80 or 100 and one has no idea what the coffee tastes like until you open the package. If you like the coffee…..great. If not, you’re stuck with it. Sam’s samples many foods. I’d suggest that they sample coffees as well so that the consumer can make an informed choice.

You can save a fair amount of money here if you don't mind buying in bulk. I'm fussy about paper products, and I think their "cheap" Members Mark brand is a good as the best "name brand" in tissues, toilet paper & paper towels.

Called today to see if they had something in stock that I havent seen there in a while. Was told “yep”. I said so if I come in today, the item is actually there? Received a HUGE sigh in response followed by a “if you can give me a minute, I’ll look it up” (not exactly polite either). The person came back on the phone to tell me none is in stock “at this time” but they “should be getting more soon”. Sorry I inconvenienced someone by having to do part of their job. Glad Im paying for a business membership.

Love the deals. Great way to stock up on everything. Great price on toliet paper and paper towels. Love the deal you can get on clothes. Had a cake made hear and it was delicious. Great meat selection. Also love the furniture's and cool stuff for the holidays. Also can get appliances and also books.

Store is well keep and clean/ I love shopping here but this store has a MAJOR customer service issue. When you have someone ask you for help to move something that is 190lbs at customer service // it takes them 30 min to get someone to help you, then after you FINALLY get someone to help they load into the cart and walk away. But thankfully there are good employees out collecting Cart that saw someone struggling and helped out. even he was appalled that the first set of people didn't help out at all. Managers!! Used the pick up service only to be told I have to have there app for a pickup. First of all you offered the check in with txt. I did exactly what it said to to upon arrival. Sitting waiting finally a worker come out and ask if I’m waiting for a pick up said yes and that I have applied A three times. Was told by her well that doesn’t work and hasn’t for bout 2 years. Excuse me but if it is no longer a choice then maybe Sams need to do something about it. Take it down or whatever but don’t come out and tell me I have to have your app nasty for a pick up.

It has been over ten years since I've been here but I was not disappointed. Great prices for bulk items. Very friendly, helpful staff. With Covid-19 going on....all the people I saw in the store were wearing masks, doing their best to stay 6 ft away and if they couldn't, they were polite and said excuse me and thank you. Overall, great experience and hope to continue to shop here when I can.
