Stopped to get bark on sale and the only carts in that area are flower carts. We had to fit our bark and dirt on the 2 plant carts we found. This isnt a onetime incident.

It's usually like a 20-30 min stint in this store even if I go in for 1 thing. I never have any idea where to find what I am looking for, but other than that, I always seem to find it eventually. The store employees can be helpful.

Found the Cedar Shakes we needed to use as shims for a home project. Very helpful, friendly people at the Lowe's in Sayre, PA.Glad to see that the Veteran's discount is still in effect.However, you could use more cashiers for people who don't like the "do it yourself" approach to shopping.We'll probably be back to this store.3 out of 4 👍👍👍

No one knows anything at this store anymore. Management is a joke. Employee morale is at an all time low. Turn over is really high.

If you're going to open your door for business then you need to make sure that you have sufficient staff to support that business. I had a question regarding the plumbing department and looked around forever in order to find somebody to help me. They in fact were from a completely different department and weren't sure if they could help me. However they were not going to be deterred and provided me with an excellent standard of service.We go to the checkout. It is not my job to scan my items and process my purchases that is your job that is your purpose as part of being in business. You have nobody there to do it except for one poor chap who was trying to man the self checkout line as well as look after customers like myself that expect and require you check me out.So my interactions with staff were very positive when I cannot find them. There availability, terrible management needs to engage and find solutions to the problem. Including it would appear making sure that sufficient staff are scheduled for each day something which according to one member staff was part of the problem.

Pro service customer experience was excellent. My order was prepared in advance and ready for pickup. The young gentleman who helped me load lumber in my truck and trailer combo was very helpful, polite, and friendly. Hard worker!

I entered the store almost a half hour ago. Asked for help at customer service for an oven cord. She called over the walkie thing twice about electrical with the only person who is scheduled is on do not disturb. I came to isle 5 as she called for customer assistance in isle 5 and here I still stand waiting for help with no one in sight and no luck attempting this on my own. I understand it's Saturday but customer service should be a priority. Very disappointed every time I come to Lowe's it is the same thing. One time I ended up climbing shelves and using thier reach tools to get something after multiple employees walked by and ignored me when I spoke to them.

We've had some issues with orders that come directly from the suppliers but the store always makes it right, and when we've had issues with deliveries they've also made it right then. I've even gotten support on out of warranty devices, just have to call at the right time to catch the person running the department that'd know about it. It's a bit hard to catch the right department head at the right time on the right day, I'm not sure if that's just how they staff or if they're short of staff, but other than that I've been fairly satisfied with purchases and our lowes card.

Our refrigerator is about to die so my wife and I went shopping for a new one. Found one we like and purchased it. Can't be delivered until next week because of backup of deliveries due to bad weather. The manager was very helpful and the price was good. Lowe's is very handy and prices are what they claim to be, low.

Tried to order a new door but apparently there is only one guy who works in this department and no one else can be of assistance when he is not working. Told he was going to be there today. Must have called off. There goes that 2500 dollar sale. Tried to buy asphalt patch, out of stock. Tried to buy a 8” tamper. Out of stock. This place is a clown show. Headed to Home Depot so I can complete what I set out to do.

I was only a few days late on my return. It was still in perfect condition. I asked the manager if I could get store credit and he said no. I asked "so if I didn't show you proof of sale, then I would get store credit" I was told, "pretty much" ..... No thanks. I'll drive extra to go to HD from now on. We've been remodeling, you're loss.

If you want to go in person and see if they have something, you'll be fine.. but DONT order something online as a present and expect you will be able to pick it up.. their inventory management is seemingly as bad as their ability to track an order, or to be able to call you back and give you updates when you're promised they will... hopefully my dad isn't too upset about still waiting for his birthday present now a week and a half later with seemingly no end in sightOh, and if you call the 800 number, be prepared to wait for 30 minutes for someone to take your call and then tell you that they can't even see much on your order, so they'll have an expert call you back, and then they won't

We make it a whole day every year to go on a flower shopping spree. We decided to go to Lowes what a terrible time consuming experience. We found the clearance flowers and were told everything was half off, most of the stuff was not marked, I was told from three employees on the floor that everything on those carts was marked down. Got up to the register the register guy didn't believe us, nothing rang up even though he was told to mark them down by floor staff. He marked everything half off but the three most expensive plants. Even though he was told everyhing in my cart was clearance items. His name was Brazil he was very rude, sneezing, and blowing his nose all over didn't use hand sanitizer and touched all of my stuff so, nasty. Then we had to stand in the customer service line for over half hour to get my money back. I have never been so nerve driven and upset. I will never shop in gardening there again.

They don't care to keep business because they will always have it anyways. I tried returning an unopened, perfect craftsman box that I lost my receipt on. Online it states that I'm eligible for store credit without it. The girl at the service desk damaged the box to open it then wouldn't return it without the receipt. The manager agreed with her when I called. I wasn't trying to complain about anybody, I just wanted store credit for what I purchased there. I will never shop there again and it is only a $40 item. I can't believe it! It makes me wonder if that was really a manager I had spoken with! I'm in the middle of a remodel and this is a shame. There are other places fortunately that I can buy from.

Can definitely get most of anything you need for your home, yard, garden ect..The BIggest problem here is most associates have no clue about the products on the shelves... So do your research before shopping... I do have to say they do take most returns without an issue..

Always have what I'm looking for. Great discounts customer service is usually great and if you go all the way to the far end I always get right to the register chip n nick is usually priced awesome. Easy returns. Never had any issues. Fully recommended

Recently purchased a dryer at Lowe's and was told a 3rd party would deliver. 3rd party delivery men showed up with the dryer several days later and refused to take it to my basement. Dryer was left in my living room. The cashier that happily took my money did not discuss this part of the delivery. Called Lowes appliance dept to find out why the dryer could not be taken to my basement by the 3 delivery men and was eventually hung up on by the the Lowe's associate. Called back to speak with the store manager and was forced to leave my name and number for a call back within 45 minutes. It's been 2 hours and I am still waiting. When purchasing an appliance that goes in the basement, be sure to ask if it will be dropped off in your living room instead. Very disappointing. Is there any store that offers customer service anymore? I will be happy to shop there instead.
