The store is well staffed-I don’t remember seeing this many employees in a store in a very long time! I was able to find what I was looking for quickly but was confused by finding several identical products on the shelves with different prices. Same product, same size, same stock number…just different prices. Not sure which was “right” but of course I chose the lower price. Still, somebody at some time is going to pay too much for no good reason. Kinda shady!

I tripped and fell on the sidewalk when entering your store. Tripped on the curbing, I think I broke a rib. Glad I was not hurt worse. The curbing needs to be painted better, but the fall was likely my fault. I like Hobby Lobby for picture framing, and always find other things, artificial flowers are also always nice.

One of my favorite places to go. Could easily spend hours in this store. Best place to go for home decor, Arts, Crafts, etc.Prices are a little high on some stuff. Would recommend to others

It's got a huge variety of goods, plus it's one of the two places in the area that sell Gundam model kits, the other one being Target. However, the prices are sometimes wrong for a variety of reasons, so I'd suggest either caution or doing your reasearch before buying anything here. And, if you don't want to shop here but still need supplies, I would like to note that this isn't the *only* craft store in the area.

Nice clean well lit store, bathrooms are clean no funky bathroom smells, friendly staff, music is not overwhelming loud huge plus for those with noise sensitivity.

There is a solid selection of items in the store, however the "sales" are rather deceptive, often prices on items have been marked up prior to the "sale," which is obviously done to drive in foot traffic.Some stock is clearly old with damaged packaging or stickers from previous pricing left on it which isn't accurate at the register.I would strongly suggest doing a bit of research into the thing you would walk into an art and craft supply store before walking into the store, as you might find more competitive pricing elsewhere.

I'll start with the positives - they have a huge selection of everything from decorations to creative supplies.And now the negatives - the always on sales are a scam, they've had lawsuits over it and it's literally just what the price items are and it's a hugely misleading practice and it's not worth even considering how much "off" something is. I've also never seen a store care less for their employees or a more toxic work environment than this with employees talking bad about each other, management, and even management more than once lacking any trust in their workers and searching them for stolen goods (I've both seen this and heard it from previous workers). If there's someplace else with similar selections that're more honest and care more about their workers, go there, it'll be better for all of us.And in case you wanted product related reviews, I've both bought and received gifts missing instructions and parts from their crafts section which is beyond frustrating as I'm not going through the trouble of multiple returns when you can't quality control your goods, life is busy enough as is.

In and out. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.I had been looking for actual key rings to add to some non-rated carabiners I was going to use as key chains. The associate that helped me knew exactly where I should be looking.I had never been to a Hobby Lobby before. Great selection of pretty much any accessories to decorate whatever you call home.Make it a stop anytime you're in the Elmira area!

I do like this store just a couple of problems, one is there is no Lego's there and two a worker there is rude when you ask her a question. I can't remember her name but she was an older lady with long hair in a ponytail.
