I'm afab so going into tool places is usually a headache for me. I didn't get any runaround or condescending nature from the two workers I interacted with, they were helpful, informative, and quick to help me locate exactly what I needed. They didn't try to up sale me or get me to buy things I didn't need, and they didn't hover when it came time to pick exactly which version of the tool I wanted. Excellent at reading the room. Will definitely be going back for any tool purchases I need in the future.

Love the place, quality is getting better all the time.We bought a cheapo battery charger for house use 🤔 well it didn't last but two uses. Hoping the replacement lasts longer 🤕The hand tool quality is very good.The toolbox we bought is not as good as snap-on but it was a fraction of the price.

John, Michael, Bryant and the whole management team really care about the customer being happy, ordered a toolbox and called to see when it was going to be in because my receipt didn’t say anything about it, they stated the cashier had done it wrong and to stop back down. As soon as I walked in they made a bad experience into a great one and I even got a year of their inside track included.

Poor customer service.....no staff on the floor to help. Talked to a manager about a tool and she had no idea what I was talking about. Instead of helping me find the tool she pointed me in the direction it might be. I ended up leaving and buying the tool on Amazon. That was my second expierence. My first experience was taking a tag up to purchase a lift to find out they were sold out. I was told my options were to drive an hour away to the nearest store or to come back in a few days and they might have it in. Thanks but no thanks. Was excited to see the store come into our area and now I'm over it.....I'll just keep to my Amazon shopping.

Look, contractors are harder on tools than most home owners that purchase tools for fixer upper projects around the house. Thats why this store is so awesome for me as a contractor. I can purchase for less, get the same results as more expensive tools and if it dose break, I'm not out a ton of money! Thanks Harbor Freight!!

Stopped in to the local HF to buy a CoverPro Portable shed. After waiting 10 minutes in line, the cashier told me they didn’t have those in stock. When I asked if I could pay for it and have it sent to the store. “Uh, we don’t do anything like that here”. Seriously? You do know it’s 2020, right?

I was shopping with my father who is older and gets confused easily, he decided to buy a product based on the price on the signage. When he took it to the register it didn't ring up right my dad got confused the cashier (his name tag said Carl) started belittling my dad and he and another employee (I believe her name was Caitlyn) were rolling their eyes at him and generally speaking down. I was in line behind another customer and didn't like this at all.

My fiancé had gotten a green cabinet for his tool box in November. They sad It would be here before Christmas if we paid for it before a certain date. Christmas came and left still not here. Here is is March now. They keep saying it would come finally got tried of speaking to John in the Elmira store because he wasn’t helpful at all. Till I talked to the store manager Laura she was very helpful even sent someone to the cortland store to get our cabinet we had been waiting for. Got it set it up and there a huge dent it the side we are very disappointed in this sale.

Live the same distance from three different stores. I am tax exempt at one of the stores but not at the others. Why isn't this in your system for all of the stores. I never know which one I will be near. Its a pain to have to set this up at each store. Two stars is against the system not the store. ADDED TO PREVIOUS REVIEW > Now no stars if possible. So Sunday the 8th of Dec. at about 4:30 pm I took my black friday coupons to use. at Big flats store. I had at least $300 plus in items. Went to check out, one clerk at register, line with a minimum of 12 carts and people but think it was more and not another employee in site. Waited for a few minutes in line gave up and left everything and walked out of the store.Probably won't go back needed the daytona jack at $179 but just didn't have the time to waste.

Call to ask a question about product price and availability and the lady that answers the phone hangs up on me twice without even responding. Just excellent, exceptional, service. From such superior and Quality Staff. Lol. Over Priced_ single use tools,(cuz they break or burn up) and such great customer service just can't be beat🤣🤣🤣

This is a new store to this complex. It is always clean, neat, well stock, and has a wide range of selections. I Always stop in to check out the lasted deals. The staff at this store is ways busy helping customers.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a 7000 dollar tool box and can't get it delivered. Every time I speak with the store they just say there trying to figure it out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
