Customer service was excellent, however for anyone wondering about the effects of truck driver shortages etc. I feel for the staff ( 2 working at the time). Their truck just came in or within the last week, not sure about their employee retention.Please be mindful they are doing the best they can with limited staff & hours to do stocking.

Love Dollar General! Most of the staff is great and very helpful. Even when I come in last minute b4 they flose, they help ke out and are very nice to me. Pretty good variety of items here also

The store was busy, and the layout is very cramped quarters. Last upgrade of the store, they never fixed the store layout issue. They had what i needed, though, so I'm happy with that. Also, there were alot of people checking out on one register for awhile, until another employee opened another up. Somewhat frustating, since I am unable to stand up for very long.

Always friendly... no wait..at least I havent had that issue...and hey so etines it gets busy. Gotta just unferstand and be patient. They do an awesome job. So well just be kind to your cashiers! 😊❤

The Southport DG is kind of dingy. It's always had that dirty, cluttered up, kind of feel. It's a cluster F as soon as you walk in the door. Also anytime I have asked for help here, they seem like it's the last thing they want to be doing. Even saying thank you hasn't ever got me a, "you're welcome". They just walk about like you were never there, especially the older woman manager.

Great place to start with your party. ok price for the job and hand. ok all the best prices for Sall thing for Sall party and big party's.they. have what you need need.Al you have to do is look for what you need and take your time and you can get some good stuff.they all so other good deal you can get it you just look just take your time and you will find what I need

Depends on which one you go to, some are in bad neighborhoods. They are not clean in the parking lot or the inside. Found a dead bedbug at one of the stores. Gross I took off out of there so fast

Honestly I really used to love this place but since they got rid of clothes and changed everything (like what they do and don't sell) I have no purpose to spend my money there.

They need a larger space. It's so cramped in there I feel claustrophobic. They do have some beautiful Christmas decor.

Terrible. The cashier was just throwing the stuff into the bag like it was no big deal and it didn't matter and the line was Terrible it was all the way back passed the clothes and people stood there for longer than 5 minutes
