Really nice, clean store. They've really made it look great. People are nice. Sometimes it's hard to find someone to help in the furniture department, and many times they don't have certain furnishings/sofas/mattresses in stock.

The salesman was very informative and worked to get us the pieces of furniture we wanted to buy! Prices were affordable and quality was commensurate with the quality of the mattress, bed frame, and two seat recliner loveseat!!

Service was great. We bought a sofa off the floor..I had to call them back a few days later and let them know that they better set Mouse traps in the store!!!..we have never had mice in our house...we set traps and caught 3..they must of been inside the couch..we didn't notice any damage to the bottom of couch except a small hole..they must of gotten in through there!!!!

Out dated and over priced. Plain and simple.Trying to get better but struggling. If they'd drop the prices down they'd move the furniture. But you can't sell that furniture at those prices when there is so much more to offer and will be brought to your doorstep. Either up the game and value or move out of the way.

The new expansion has made this more accessible for one stop shop. Furniture purchase here is most ideal for a complete home makeover. Pricing is fair on some items but health products a bit over priced. They can get u on that $5 and $10 ticket price much like a dollar store. Price comparison should always be utilized Dr. Teals products are priced best here.

Went today as they were having a sale on patio furniture. There was no information regarding price. I went to the front of the store and asked for assistance with the patio furniture. The male asked me very rudely why I wanted help with and I explained prices. He then had to go back to the register to get the scanner, acting as if I was really a bother. He yelled back from the register the price. I left the furniture there. If I had been greeted and helped as if my purchase mattered I may have bought the furniture. Now Lowe's is getting my business.

It is busy (of course its holiday time)Workers from the furniture department grab a few of us customers from long lines to cash us out as long as the items were small in numbers. These two workers were friendly and helpful! Great job!

I did a receipt review about a week ago and me tioned how dirty the store was but a week later when I went in the store was all cleaned up so for Google I am leaving a 4 star review this time. The cashiers are always pleasent too.

I went in to inquire about a bed for are spare room. They didn't have the one we wanted. The employee helped as much as possible, even on the phone. They do not do inter store transfers, so you have to go to another store. (Big Lots Store)🤷‍♂️Big Lots listen up! You need Wi-Fi in your stores, it's a must have !!

Big lots was horrible shelves were empty merchandise thrown everywhere employees wandering around talking to each other instead of cleaning the place and taking care of things two people working up front 12 people in line it was disgusting .would not recommend. Haven't been there in about a year I used to shop there a lot and it was much nicer place it's still a nice store it's just an empty store with nobody doing anything in it
