Wait forever for someone to open the lock box and another million years to check out.Literally 30 mins in and out…Why don’t Walgreen just put some self checkout machines instead of some retarded people at cashier…

This place is awful. The cashiers are rude and disrespectful to the hard of hearing they don't look at you and speak slowly and clearly when you ask them to nicely they also are lazy and rude when it comes to getting packages from the mail their they don't look and many times they claim they don't see it when they don't even check the whole area and they keep looking at the tracking information and it's clear it's their they play stupid alot and a lot them pick and choose who they are nice to most them are lazy and disorganized to be blunt and forward they are poorly trained and very disorganized.

Lines are extremely unnecessarily long and the staff here is so unfriendly and not helpful. Honestly, they should either get more cashiers or change to the self checkout machines. Also, the service here just screams that everyone needs to be retrained.

The pharmacy and workers are totally dandy and great. It’s a fine Walgreens but I’ll be damned - those cashier lines are cray. Every time, that line runs the full length of the front of the store and then down one aisle.I’d ask Walgreens to give these employees some help and staff this location better. Please.

I don't understand why they don't train the people at the cash registers to have good customer service. I had a bad experience with a new girl, she scanned all the products and asked me if I wanted to use the points I had and I said yes, then she told me the total amount and before paying I gave her a coupon that I had She got annoyed, rolled her eyes up and very rudely told me, you had to give me that before and I answered and how am I going to know that? And even so, how difficult is it to cancel the transaction and do it again? We are already much more advanced in technology and everything is now easier and it's not like she had to write an invoice, her reaction seemed very silly to me. But the most important thing they should do is have good customer service.

They need at least 2 people at the register at minimum at all times. The lines are ridiculous even in the morning, partly due to how popular the location is and partly due to cashiers taking their sweet time to have a conversation while an elderly lady has about 30 items to purchase.

My review is regarding Walgreens live chat personnel. After visiting my neighborhood store and realizing I forgot to bring my tablet to scan a $3 rewards for $10 coupon and was told by another cashier that digital coupons could be viewed at the register. Yet that same coupon was not available?It took super sleuth Amanda performing as Walgreens chat assistant 5 minutes to discover I had two accounts and conveniently merged them into one. How about helping find my keys or the winning Powerball numbers Amanda?

Walgreens are closing earlier than there a schedule time this is ridiculous if you’re supposed to be open until 11 you’re supposed to stay open until 11 not close the doors at 10:45. This is bad business

Customer service here is a hit or a miss. Employees have to learn how to talk with customers and not show their aggravation when asked questions. Just because you work there and something is common knowledge to you doesn't mean that everyone knows it.

Unfortunately, since Walgreens merged with Duane Reade, their overall quality as a well-rounded convenience store has deteriorated. At this particular branch, the shelves are always disheveled and the variety, the quality of goods and the re-stocking of products is abysmal. This particular branch of Walgreens also has a pungent odor upon entry that consistently smells like either a very damp basement or a backed-up toilet that has been left unattended. This branch's pharmacy used to be excellent, but they rely too much these days on trainees and interns, sacrificing quality. The few regular pharmacists they do have are knowledgeable and helpful enough, but the constant turnover of other pharmacy employees is quite annoying.

On Dec 4, went in looking for 2 things and the tall heavy set black girl, Tasha, was very rude to me. Like I was bothering her. It's your job, to help and assist if you dont like your job you shouldn't be working there. Cuz of her I will never go back, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid that store. I bad apple can make things very unpleasant. I'm sure I not the only one complaining about her either. Not a very nice experience at all.

Service is really bad here. It was Monday evening. I bought some stuff and forgot to it with me when I left the store, so I came back to the store to get them 10-15 later but my stuff was not there.I asked the cashier and manager to take a look at the camera to see where my stuff went but they said we were not allowed to see it.The cashier who originally handled my purchase told me that it is my fault that I didn't bring my stuff with me when I left the store.I felt so bad about losing my merchandise and the way he treated me.

Don’t use fedex dropoff. I dropped off an urgent package on Saturday morning to be picked up the next business day (Monday). 9 days later my package was still not picked up. Called fedex and they weren’t any help. So i finally had time to go back to check thhe walgreens and it was sitting right in the front Where I left it. The manager’s excuse was that fedex hadnt stopped by. Not sure why she would say FedEx didn’t stop by in the 9 days i had dropped it off.

WORST WALGREENS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO... They should just close this Walgreens down. Literally waited 15 minutes for someone to unlock the shelf for a machine razor and no one was available to help. Asked the lady to help and she said everyone is busy with their lines and can not help... Her argument was everyone is busy with the register... They probably expected me to wait there until the store got less busy to just get a machine razor off the shelf.. Ended up leaving the store and walking to the one couple blocks away. This is the service this Walgreens provides. I recommend no one to ever walk here and this my local Walgreens I have been going to for 20+ years and they always have bad service and long lines. Don’t even bother clicking on the customer service button.. It works perfectly fine but their employees don’t work. Their job consists of only being at the register. Management is very very poor. They are better off hiring a homeless person off the streets for their manager, they would probably work wonders on organizing this Walgreens. DO NOT STEP FOOT IN HERE! Go to the one couple blocks away.. Way better service and they only have about 3-4 workers.. This crappy Walgreens had 5 workers and it wasn’t even that busy.

This place deserves negative 10 stars, the new cashier is very rude, don't waste your time talking to him. He sold me a used bottle of hand sanitizer. Avoid this place if necessary, the worst customer support ever, teach your cashiers how to talk. Treat customers with respect you baboons.

I was there for photo printing on Monday night (9/23/19). When I finished sending the photo to the printing machine, i was lining up to the register(waiting almost 30 mins). Finally, when my turn comes, the staff(the guy who I believe was chief manager) said that I have to wait again (which he didnt even care and at least walk to the printing station to see if it's ready to be print out (by the way I saw on the printing machine that my order is ready to be print out), he claimed that there were people waiting to print photos ahead of me, but in facts there was no one waiting). I know it was busy time but he gave me an attitude and he didn't feel sorry at all. I only have 1 photo to be print out which it doesn't take a lot of effort to print it out instead of letting me waiting almost 30 mins for 1 pic. I just create this account just to give a review and i hope that he can improve his service mind in the future.

Staff here don’t know how to do their job. I order a item online for pick up. I have to still wait for cashier line for something I already paid for. Reason for pick up is suppose to expedite the check out process. Terrible

I had the most wonderful experinece with a cashier by the name of Tanasha Jackson. The line went fast and she greeted me with a smile, as soon as i approach the register. Walgreens need to invest more money into there employees. I've have been going to this Walgreens over three years and she have always gave me good customer service.

Great pharmacy. Great big wide selection. Pharmacists are very informative. Nice and clean. Never had an issue here. They have great quality products and discounts.

I came to Walgreens and printed 6 pictures my order said to be ready in 30 minutes so I came back and checked and I asked one of the cashiers and he said we should get an email for when our order is ready for pick up so we waited for another 30 minutes and nothing so we asked if they can check if our order is ready and said it is but no one worked on it. Then a man named Daniel (shift lead) helped us out and we had stood with him for another 45 minutes and printed out 4 of our pictures and said that’s it and we still had two 8x10 pictures and he said they didn’t come in and told us we had to resend twice so the manager was standing in front and finally came to help and she said to just scroll down... and there were our 8x10 pictures Daniel didn’t know how to scroll down and he’s a lead worker.

NEEDS MORE STAFF MEMBERS!! I went to pick up photos at around 5pm and there was one chinese guy in the register, he was checking out, bagging, running back and forth to get the pictures, he was really nice to customers greeting them, felt sad for him doing all that work by himself, and us having to wait because the store is heavily understaffed.

Pharmacy is trash, new works all the time who are not tech savvy and take too long to refill your prescription. It shouldn’t take 45 minutes. Horrible corporation.

Went for sinus medicine (around 4:30pm on 09/14) & didnt see any on the floor so i went to the pharmacy & saw some behind the counter. I asked the pharm tech for a pack & he asked for ID (since i lost my license recently i only had an expired military ID) they didnt accept it so i asked if i could use my info they have stored in the system since im a frequent shopper & have had ALL my prescriptions sent there for over 5yrs now he & the manager denied my request & gave me a hard time. THATS NOT EVEN THE ISSUE THOUGH. As i was walking out i finally found OTC sinus meds. These jackasses were so worried about stopping meth makers that they couldnt even point me into the direction of medicine i can buy without an ID. You guys arent cops, you work in customer service. A simple "sorry miss we cant sell this to you but around the corner there are OTC meds that you can purchase" wouldve sufficed. Obviously not worried about helping customers.

Happy people work there. They get busy answering dumb questions from argumentative customers. I've only seen staff get rude when dumphucks hold up the line or try to argue with the pharmacist.

Always long lines and the staff are never helpful. I don't go there anymore. I find all my things somehwere else. Dont know why there is 2 walgreens on the same neighborhood. They both same long lines and expensive.

I made a mistake & took soda cans back on a weekend when they dont give soda can refunds The lady with the DIRTY LONG PONY TAIL HAD A FIT ..i told her its hard 4 me to walk the 3 blocks from home to walgreens because iam full of CANCER SHE SAID come back during the soda can return time ..VERY NASTY ..I HOPE ONE DAY SHES IN MY SHOES .
