The worst Walgreens. Their theft prevention announcement is a nuisance to the entire neighborhood. 4 times an hour, 24 hours a day is INSANE. I've stopped shopping from Walgreens completely because of the way they treat their customers who live in the area

Rishi Sharma when asked about bathroom and he said to go to back and wait, I asked if there was someone else who could instead after he was finished counting. Rishi Sharma instead of asking someone else again says to wait at least 2-3x.I ask someone else andAlba instead of providing a different bathroom available for customer use just says it's flooded. I'm in the middle of needing to use the bathroom urgently and Alba just repeats herself that it's flooded. As I start to walk away annoyed Alba keeps repeating it more than 3x even after I've mentioned I did not want to speak to her more than 2-4x as the front asked me to wait in the back. Alba continues to follow me past 3 aisles.Customer had been staring me down when I was waiting for the bathroom asking if I've got a problem further exacerbating and escalating it. Do not come here. Horrible experience there's a reason why there's 2 stars

Pharmacy staff is incompetent. Pharmacists (Justin) here put inaccurate count of pills in bottles and then refuse to take accountability - BEWARE !!!! Pharmacy manager OKs this behavior saying providing medication in UNSEALED bottles is ok !!! 🖕🏼🖕🏾🖕🏿🖕🏻🖕🏼🖕

Justin the pharmacist is supplying unsealed medication in bottles with inaccurate count of pills. PLEASE DO NOT submit your prescriptions here. Pharmacists like him do not take accountability and put customers health at risk. This store in general needs to be shut down. Overall problematic staff.

Bad experience here with a pharmacist, a white lady who just answered with a BAD MOOD. I went there just to ask some questions about my prescription that a day before I picked up . So today I arrived and I asked in a good way, and she answered but she wasn't nice, she wasn't polite. I was calm, maybe she just need some rest, or she is tired, but is not customers fault.

Went to get eyedrops was told insurance did not cover and could pay for it ($32) . Tried elsewhere to see if my insurance could get it for free but to no avail. Cane back later to buy for $32 . Inflation hit the ceiling in about a few hours since now the same eyedrop was $48 . I tried to reason the price and told them it was $32 a few hours ago. After a long silence and awkward moments they said the price $32 is ok but now they don't have the eyedrops. Very convenient but a long day without medication for me . Poor poor service

horrible customer service. Came to drop off a Fedex package and they wouldn't take it. They claimed it was too big. Walgreen states on their site that packages must be smaller than 48"x25"x25". My package was well under the limit. The cashier watched me stand in line just to tell me he wouldn't take it. There was a similar sized box right behind him. When I brought this up he refused to acknowledge it. When I asked what would be an acceptable size he refused to give me any answers and dismissed me for the next customer. I legit went to another Walgreens and they took my package without issue.

The worst Walgreens experience consistently, I’m normally not the type of person to write a review at all but this happens often. Frequently has only 1 register open. I was there to get some Tylenol for my uncle and it took 15 minutes for someone to get over to the shelf to open it. It wasn’t only me, there were several people waiting for the same thing. Extremely under staffed. Would not recommend or come back here unless I absolutely have to.

Joanna, this one is for her. she was very sweet and provided all around great customer service. She took an extra effort to help out which is a super PLUS. I came in to get a passport photo. It was a smooth & easy process. Completed within 10 mins. Definitely recommend her. 5 ⭐️’s only!

Worst Walgreen! I tried to drop off my Fedex package there. The Asian lady who works there said they can’t do it with only QR code.(other Walgreens can do it). She said they need label on the package. I told her I have the label on the other side. She didn’t check anything just kept saying “we can’t do it “. And then “next on line “. It’s really rude! Unprofessional! No any training for those guys how to drop off! I dropped off the package in other Walgreen store. They do it in 2 minutes. That’s the differences!

The employees do not compromise and they have little knowledge about products. They scan your item 2 or 3 times when you only got 1and insist that they did it right. Also the lines are long and they have 4 registers but usually only 1 is open.

The cashier looks like I went to another Walgreens and they took my package without issue. I think either fedex or walgreen should bring this up.

They have serious need to replace and train staff. Spent over half hr. to pick up a prescription. Three employees at the pharmacy section and neither of them had any proffesionalism or customer curtesy. No consideration towards customer time. The lady preparing the prescription was very obnoxious and rude. She was texting while on the job, meanwhile I was left waiting. Don’t understand how can they have such an attitude towards a customer. Thanks to customer business is why the employer is able to pay for their salary. Walgreens needs to take proper actions to make the right decision when hiring their staff. This pharmacy was great many years ago. It’s a shame to travel out of my area to come to this pharmacy expecting to get the proper customer service and be disappointed.

If you are not taking fedex pickup then please remove your listing from the list so we are aware of it. We do not want to waste driving time and coming with a box to your place, staying line.. you guys need to update rather than not taking fedex drop off.. this is the first store i saw for the first time not taking dropoff..

Yes the lines May be long but they’re servicing a big population in a neighborhood in queens that’s heavily populated with immigrants of various languages. The pharmacists and techs are very kind and understanding. Doing the best they can with what they are provided. People should practice a little more patience instead of thinking each pharmacist is only here to serve them and fulfill their meds. Language barrier between clientele and the pharmacists don’t make it easier for them. They’re pretty efficient and fast given the circumstances.

Joel is an amazing pharmacy intern!Having alot (phone calls, filling rxs,Pick up & vaccination) on his plate while doing vaccination with compassion & cheerful attitude ( on a rush hour ) to patients/customer is great asset. The pharmacy team during my visit was awesome 👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼. Keep it up & thank you for your hard work ❤️

Absolutely terrible pharmacy experience. They used to be efficient. They told me 10-15 minutes. I ended up waiting an hour. They are clearly understaffed. If they don't have the staff they should at least give an accurate estimate for waiting time. Wasting customer's time like this is completely unacceptable. I'm switching to mail other pharmacies going forward.

Pharmacy technician Alvin was unprofessional when dealing with customers. After waiting for almost 20 minutes to see a pharmacist, I tried to get his attention by calling him sir, after he finally acknowledged me rudely. I asked if he can get someone else to help because there was a line of 6 people and only person helping customers. When I asked if anyone else could help out customers his response was shameful. Two minutes later someone in the back came to help.When I received my medication, I was not given any instructions on my medication. Not a place I would return.

DO NOT OFFER CURBSIDE PICK UP IF YOU’RE NOT GOING TO BRING THE ORDER OUT.This happens every single time!!!!! I have tried different things like give them an advance notice of 15 mins, 10 mins and 5 mins but they fail every single time. Today was the last straw. I have to call the store to tell them I’m outside and they always tell me to come in. Defeats the purpose of CURBSIDE pick up. Today I went to pick up my order and waited outside for 20 mins. I called the store and the lady who answered put me on hold. Eventually the call was transferred and the guy who answered said there’s too many people in the store I have to come in. Then he proceeded to tell me they need to scan my items and check my id so they can’t bring it out anyway. That is not CURBSIDE PICK UP. That’s IN STORE PICK UP. Stop offering a service you can’t provide. Ridiculous.

Very friendly staffs. The parking lot is for customers (30 minutes max). They have pharmacy , photo center , pretty much everything.Probably not a good place for your passport/visa photos though. All they have is a small compact camera with poor lighting.

Rude employees, Raja lied to me about the bathroom being out of order in my time of need. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. Not possible that you have so many employees that can't use the bathroom during their entire shift. Employees here seem to casually be rude most of the time looking at other reviews. Should probably avoid this specific Walgreens.

Lines are way too long. They have like 6 registers but only 1 is ever manned. Non caring attitude by all employees including managers. I'd rather drive to Bayside to go to CVS.

Extremely long lines, My experience today i waited 48 minutes on line only to get to the counter and find out, my prescriptions are still not ready. This after i received a call from Walgreens three hours earlier that my prescriptions were ready, needless to say i was told to try again tomorrow.. Walgreens lost me and my families business, very upset city employee with great insurance.

I was here picking up photos for my bf because he is sick. The lady in a vest at the counter asked for ID after I showed her the confirmation email. I told her this was my bf’s order and I didn’t have his ID. She said ID is required for the pick up otherwise she can’t get me the photos. I explained I’ve picked up photos here several times and never been asked for ID. She said she is the manager and the staffs are supposed to ask for ID...Fine! I asked my bf sent me his ID right away, showed her the ID, she wrote down his name, went somewhere, and came back telling me she didn’t see it... And she asked me for the confirmation email which I just showed her before and asked me to wait for a bit. Then she never came back...I’m done waiting and asked another staff for help, showing the same things I showed the “manager” and he got me the photos less than three minutes!!! If you are manager and you know lesser than your staffs, you don’t earn to be the manager!!!

Worst service ever . The cashier is rude , no courtesy at all , the cashier doesn’t have any sense what is she doing , taking 15mins with one customer and ask other customer to have patience . The store should fire such people .
