Target locking up everything to prevent theft is the worst solution ever! The root problem is lack of security at store locations to discourage thieves, not access to common store goods for their customers. These buttons don’t work if I have to wait over 15mins to get one item at a time. I’ll rather order online than go to a store and waste my time. To have these work, they need to hire more people to be stationed throughout the store with keys to help customers open each display case. But if there’s a robbery with weapons, store employees will open these display cases anyways, under duress. So again, this is a bad idea Target! The issue is not specific to this target location so I gave it two stars instead of just one. This location use to be great and it’s a big store with everything you need from groceries to electronics. One stop shopping.

Super unorganized and extremely crowded. Since everything in this place is locked up, you have to wait 10+ minutes for a worker to come and unlock your item. I recently bought a bottle of melatonin, I get home to find it opened. How do you restock a product with returned items…

With approx 30 people in line this store had only 3 out of 6 self service registers working on "Black Friday"3 staff members directing people to check outs instead of working the registers. What a Joke!!!Manager of this store needs to be fired!!!

Great variety of items for grocery, home, clothing etc., with reasonable (not great) prices. The pickup at Queens Center Mall was super easy after placing my order online. They found ALL items (!) and in spite of the $5 parking fee, it was a great experience. Sometimes, I like to wander and look at all the stuff I don't need, but occasionally find things in the store, but for quick pickup order, this was great and the staff was friendly and super helpful.

Selling legitimately used luggage as brand new luggage. These suitcases were going for $180 meanwhile they have people's airline ticket information attached to the suitcase and people's names written on the bags from their trip. The one star that I gave this place is completely justifiable on that basis alone.

Arrived at this target location on 12/9/23 at around 4pm for my drive up order.A very rude target employee that claimed her name was Danielle/ Daniella approached our vehicle. As she came to my window of the car , she immediately began to tell me to give her more time in the future when picking up an order. Uh excuse me ? I went on the app , said I was here and entered my parking space and waited patiently. Nobody rushed her or made any complaints. She proceeded to talkabout“ timing” and letting her know ahead of time when we were on the way. I’m sorry but is target also your private residence ? I’m a family member of a target corporate employee and I have confirmed there is NO policy about a customer giving a set amount of time before arriving to a driveup section. You simply follow the app and it’s that simple. Danielle or Daniella shouldNot be making up rules to rudely tell customers. She also asked us to get our own stuff from the target cart. If that was the case why is she even doing drive up if she can’t lift the bags off the cart? Horrible experience with untrained employees.

Spent 20 min in the bath section trying to get five items and left after only being able to get one in that time bc they have 83 cent items locked up like this is a prison not a target. Hope the money you saved stopping a homeless person from stealing a toothbrush was worth the $80+ me and my bf were about to spend in your store today

There are lots of small Target locations all over the five boroughs of NYC. This location is huge! It has two levels. This location is also fun because they have LARGE, seasonal displays (see the photos from a recent visit the week before Halloween). This is a large, well-stacked Target location.

Even though I was in position where I could've ended badly, the lord stepped in and did a turn a around. He helped me hear and understand godly counsel through employees at Target. I was able to complete the task, apologize and leave unharmed. There should be a section for uniforms for CNAs, Nurses, Doctors, etc.

Your typical Target store. Usually good inventory. I like that I can check on the app if something is in stock.I have an issue with in store pick up orders. They automatically charge you a bag fee of .50, which equals 10 bags. I always bring my own. The counter says they will automatically refund the bag fee, since I have my own. Upon checking my orders they have not returned a single bag fee. This is a small way that they pocket your money. It’s a small fee but it all adds up, and just on principle alone I don’t want to be charged for something I didn’t use.

Dear Manager,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by one of your employees, a Latin female sales assistant, at the bedding department located to the right upon exiting the elevator on the second floor. It is most unfortunate that I must report that her demeanor was notably unhelpful and distinctly arrogant.Upon several occasions, I sought assistance with queries regarding your products, only to be met with either non-responses or inadequate information. Her inattention was palpable, as she seemed more engaged in her private reveries than in her duties. This lack of professional decorum not only hindered my shopping experience but also reflected poorly on the establishment's standards of customer service.It is with hope that I bring this matter to your attention, trusting that you will address this issue with the seriousness it warrants. The target has probably if not best clothes and shoes for kids. I love the place it has everything you need. The place is clean is beautiful, the staff is very respectful and friendly, treat you with respect. I love the place is great . The cashiers lines were very fast and helpful. Thank you target. This place has a variety of stuff to sell. Groceries, pharmacy, clothing, bed and bath, electronics and a lot more. The place is extremely clean, great lighting and a variety of departments to shop from. The prices are reasonable but you can find the same food items cheaper at another supermarket. The staff are not always helpful depends on who you ask for help. Very busy on the weekends

Hello I had a good experience shopping at target near the Queens cente mall but I do not have my target card with me. I wanted to receive the 5% discount on my credit card but I didn't see it reflect on my receipt. I received a very good deal on the HP printer. The hey day headphone products are never available anymore at none of the stores so I am really disappointed because when you order online and pick them up at the chosen location they are not available. Good deals on the swiss show polish there was no one checking customers out on the level I was on so I couldn't purchase the polish. Overall, satisfied with coffee maker and printer purchased

Bought seltzer beverages and the cashier slammed them while bagging them. I figured ehh maybe he didn’t see what it was. Then my family went to pay and they don’t speak English, so the lady Stacy asked if they wanted bags and bc they didn’t respond she just assumed it was a no, even tho they had a whole cart of items. Guess she thought they’d carry them in their pockets lol so I went and asked her for the bags and she was still rude about it , saying my family “should have asked for bags before” when clearly they didn’t understand a word. No wonder everyone just goes to pay at self checkout.

I like going on a "Tar-J run" with my wife. My location is at the Queens Center Mall and as corny as it sounds...its kind of my "safe space." Its always reliable across the board; pretty well-stocked, polite staff, peaceful atmosphere. Customers don't act like knuckleheads there like at so many other places in NYC these days. Prices are much higher on most products including staple items, but I blame the US political direction - NOT Target for that.

Honestly I could take or leave the majority of the employees they are not exactly helpful or friendly however I like to shop at target they usually have a good selection of everything. I have noticed the prices are not as feasible and they used to be so unfortunately I will defer shopping some items to find a better deal at Walmart or Amazon

Anthony “manager” gave me a nasty attitude when the cashier went to him about me inquiring about an item that rung up 15.89 but had multiple of the same product under a 9.99 tag. Didn’t offer to give any discount or honor the price. I will not come back here again.

Great place to go shopping for what you need or if you just want to get out the house and walk around a store. The store is very clean and there’s a Starbucks and Pizza Hut inside.

I like having a Target store around. I have been shopping from there for around 20 years. I hope they are not supporting genocide. If they are I am never stepping there. I never saw the place this empty before, I just hope there is no other reason.

Just ok Target. Nothing spectacular. But they have good deals. Not far from Queens center Mall. Trains right outside. 2 levels. Big parking lot. Also connected to Best Buy, Outback Steakhouse, and Macy's, Sketchers store. As of March 24th 2018 it is under construction.

Excellent prices, great selection, clean store, well-stocked shelves, easy check-out. We had to return the next day to pick-up the new Ninja Foodie we came in originally for, so we shopped for groceries instead that we needed.

Poor customer service. Employees seem NOT to want to do their job. Service buttons are removed in many areas and those that are left, when pressed, no one comes or they ignore your request and walk right past you. No wonder Target is losing money. Not all from theft.
