So being a Queens kid for life, this Macy’s and this location truly has a special place in my heart. I don’t know what it is that makes it stand out more than the others but the customer service is unbeatable the people that work there at this Macy’s, or truly genuine, who care for the customers needs in this day, and age of online commerce and shopping, and to me, nothing beats an experience of walking into Macys and receiving help, and I hope others get to experience this at this location. Gabriel, Jacob and Nelson were excellent and helping me find some of the perfume and clothing that I really really liked

Me & my daughter went to the closest Macy's from our place to buy a gift for my wife on our anniversary.We were so fortunate, on that particular day there was a sale event going on and we ended up buying a nice & well designed ladies bag and a purse for her instead of buying one item.We always enjoy shopping & spending time at Macy's but Queens Center's location Macy's has an extraordinary collection of our choices to shop for all occasions & seasons. And to buy a gift 🎁 for our love Ones, the choices are endless...

I always come here for my fragrances! I’ve been coming to macys since I was a kid and nothing has changed. It’s a great place to get designer things for less. There’s usually always a deal on something and if you’re a Macys platinum card holder, you get special perks year round. I always do some type of gift shopping and especially holiday shopping for when I need something special for someone without having to empty my bank account!

The store security can answer questions on what floor a department is located on. That’s a plus. The store is having their Black Friday sales currently. I was told by an employee. I could not believe how many items were available for purchase at such low prices.I was at the store one day earlier and took pictures of what I wanted. So I went to the department and one item was gone. I approached the salesman and was told that I was confused because they never had such an item. Really confused?? So I pulled out my phone and showed him the picture. No apology or anything just that he moved it earlier. Then pointed to where it was. It’s such a small department how could you not know or remember. I was there before 12. Plus why insult a customer. He broke several glasses the day before and just kicked the broken glass under the display. He never cleaned it up. While I was there for 30 minutes.

They had items on the floor that were recalled. I spent a significant amount of time finding a pair of jeans, waiting to try them on, then waiting in a very long line, nearly 45 minutes, to check out only for the associate to tell me they could not be sold because they were recalled.I don't understand why they have products on the floor that were recalled. They should not be on display, let alone with a 50% off placard.I also had a not so great experience in the shoe department. I found a pair of shoes that I really loved which were on on the sale rack. The employees could not find the matching shoe.This Macy's experience was altogether disappointing.

Angelyna from the perfume department was a great help. I took my pre teen daughter so she can get a bday present for her BFF. She was extremely patient and had wonderful suggestions for the challenging budget that we had. She took us around the whole area. She is truly a great person and a huge asset for the department. Thank you very much in assisting my daughter for her first purchase by herself in a department store.

Unfortunately, when I tried to address this issue, I was met with a lack of support as it was just over a month since the purchase. It's disheartening to realize that there is no guarantee on the products sold here.Furthermore, the attitude of the staff, especially the shoe department manager and supervisor, towards customer service was disappointing. They seemed to lack the basic understanding of how to engage with customers effectively.I would advise caution before making a purchase here. The experience I had raises serious concerns about the reliability and quality of products, as well as the customer service offered. It's important for potential customers to be aware of these issues."

During the busy season-- we all hate waiting in lines and as a customer can get easily frustrated with the lines -- however, I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service that Richard Ays, sales associate gave me and my 66 yr old mother. I always come to this macy and will keep coming to it for the excellent customer service that I recieved-- especially today. Happy holidays and thank you Richard for being so kind and the providing amazing touch of customer services !!

Do NOT buy shoes from Finnish line! They try to say the shoes are already worn when I returned and only tried it on in my place. The Indian guy with glasses tried to FOOLED me that I cannot return. Fortunately, their lady manager said it’s fine. BE AWARE!And the return line ALWAYS god damn long, waiting time is at least 30 minutes up…

The title tells it all. It is Macys. The biggest departmental store in America. This one is located in Queens Center at the borough of Queens, NY. It is alike Manhattan's Macys, but Manhattan has few more stories in the building. You might get everything you need including furniture. Great customers service. Open late - I think it closes at 12 am in the night.

Very bad service, I bought three bags, and one of the bags broke the next day I bought it. When I went to return it, they didn't want to return it or exchange it for another, I had to take the broken bag home, the people who took care of me They were very rude and were not leaders. The only thing the supervisor told me was that this bag could not be changed after having paid for it, that at the same time that I could not change it, and when I bought it, the cashier never told me that I could not return it if it broke from the factory, very bad service, I do not recommend buying there Never .

The Christmas Dept. is beautifully stocked with amazing selections. The Christmas Decorations around the whole Shop is beautiful . Merry Christmas is the theme. The staff were very helpful and creative in their displays. The seasonal stock is reasonable priced . A good refreshing addition to all the goods in Macy's perennial catalogue. Enjoy ! .

Store organization was ok. But waiting in line to pay was way too long. There were two different instances where while waiting, two people approached a worker on the floor, and he took them straight to the register and rang them out without waiting on line. That was very upsetting because I was there already waiting for 30 min

Do not shop here the customer service is awful how do I ask this muslim lady with a turquoise hijab for help and she tells me in a nasty tone to check it out at register all you had to do was use your work phone, scan the product, and tell me what is going on she would rather be on her phone then help guests that is horrible service I had to ask if they had anymore of these Kate Spade rainboots because the one I was holding had a spot on it they for real need to check inventory daily because leaving dirty shoes on the salesfloor is unprofessional and could be hazzardous too shocked this place is still opened

Macy's- not only this location- has declined in recent years, and NOW truly resembles an outlet store. How sad. The cosmetics are still good. But the style, finesse, and quality of the garments: SMH.

I've been calling this Macy's for a month three times a week.Nobody answered the phone in HR/office to transfer me too woman's fragrances and woman's cosmetics. I then tried men's fragrances and nobody answered.Mind you that I called a few times on the days that I called.Are you seriously going to tell me that EVERY dept is busy 15-20 mins after they open???I went into the store and have to admit that it was incredibly warm, so much that I removed my shirt and walked around in my T-shirt.The counter manager for Victor and Rolph was literally demeaning a sales associate ( she had tears in her eyes )The counter managers' badge read ANNABELLE. I walked over to the sales woman and said ( don't let her break your spirit, she's obviously bipolar or personality disorders.For me the counter manager ( ANNABELLE ) has very low self awareness which hinders the little amount of social intelligence she has.That becomes a vicious cycle of poor interpersonal communication and lack of self development. ( How does Macy's Store manager not see that) ?She Thanked me and smiled, as I continued to walk around fragrances, I could hear the same manager ( Annabelle) mistreating employees and other's she would call SWEETIE!!How she is working in that position is beyond me. She should be in the back away from people and colleagues.I noticed a few salespeople being very aggressive towards each other just to make a sale, including one of the other managers. She intimidated her colleagues and stole clients.I understand that most only earn $25.00 an hour and depend on commission but come on!Very unprofessional atmosphere!As I walked further away from fragrances and into skincare and cosmetics, it was night and day.Clique was a pleasure!I made a purchase.I went down to the men's fragrance dept ( naturally the escalator wasn't working)I was greeted by the RSS for each brand.The employee were talking amongst themselves. Listening to loud music.I wanted to buy a few fragrances and a basket of CHANEL. First off the woman behind the counter ( badge read MILDRED). Advised me that she's been working the CHANEL counter for 4 years.GREAT, she would be perfect to assist me.I advised her that I wanted to have a basket made up for a groomsmen.I already knew that I wanted the 5oz Bleu Parfume but I wanted to know the notes in the other CHANEL fragrances.She didn't know one single note in any of them, and, she's had the counter for four years? Very disappointed when she just said I don't know but you can smell them.I excused myself walked away, and a corpulent employee behind the Ralph Lauren fragrance counter said ( she doesn't really know the notes of anything)He tried to sell me fragrance from that counter however, I wasn't interested.It appeared to me that the Macy's employees had a condescending attitude and really didn't care to assist me.The RSS'S for the brands especially Paco Rabanne were very friendly and knowledgeable.I was so displeased with the level of service and lack of knowledge, not to mention how they treated one another, I left with only my purchase from Clinique.I left the store and got on the bus and went to Sack's. Incredible difference in the environment, class of employees and knowledgeable about the fragrances and professionalism.They were also very well dressed ( as one would expect from them ) nobody was aggressively in my face with a fragrance bottle.Macy's, never again, perhaps, online shopping but not in person at the Queens center mall!Addendum:I desperately needed to have a men's CHANEL basket put together for a gift.Here we go again. An older man standing in front of the counter ( badge read Phil ).He smiled and said " I'm the RSS for the brand and happy to help"Excellent! Well, he didn't know much and I was VERY uncomfortable, he kept looking at my groin area. I tried covering up but he kept looking at my zipper area and started prancing around me.I was so uncomfortable that once again, I left and went to the CHANEL in the city.Sick of it!
