two stars because i do like this pharmacy and every person i’ve interacted with there have been fine except for that one tech at the register. he can be unprofessional at times which is disappointing because other than that, everyone and everything there is fine. you don’t want to deal with someone like that especially when we’re dealing with medications… it’s not a joke or something.

Bad and terrible service. No care to the patients.Im out of supply of my PPI and they dont wanna dispense it as theyre saying doctor has not signed off the meds, i showed it to them that i received a notification from the doctor that the meds was already signed off.. sudden stopping from taking PPI gives me a bad side effects. And the CVS pharmacy dont care about it.. mind you, this is just a simple protonix (ppi)... thats why they dont care if they dont dispense it... but i guess if the meds is narcotics they will actually address the issue and will immediately dispense it..Update 2/23/24Cvs kept on texting me to pick up my meds but everytime i go there there’s always a huge line.. reason why i didnt pick up my last meds. Its not worth the wait………customer service is very slow.

I was in line for 30 mins, just wanted to confirm if the otc allergy meds that I am about to purchase works for hives. The lady pharmacist answered "you have to see a doctor for that". I just wanna know if the specific medicine I was holding working for hives. And she asnwered "I can't give you medical advise". I am not seeking for her medical advice. So we can't ask for the information of the medicines from them? They should've just hired unlicensed people to man the counter if the only reason they are there is to ring people up. Terrible service as always.

i pay $5 a month just to avoid dealing with these people in person and yet im on hold for hours with no communication, i go in person and it’s completely empty and the guys on the phone all of a sudden and then is rude to me. terribly managed. im switching to a different pharmacy that is 10 min farther just to avoid dealing with this location.

The Asian Tech at the pharmacy legit is always one of the rudest there. But my issue wasn’t that fully it was the fact I get a message and I call and it says I can pick up the next day. And He tells me it was returned the day before. Like what do you mean? How is 2 things telling me something different.That’s confusing and misleading. Do better with customer service. But I’m not surprised since this target is complete trash anyways. Makes sense.

This CVS location have a rudest employees if i can rate 0 star i will! They kept holding my calls and when they finally answered and done with my inquiries. she just slammed the telephone. Like if you guys can't treat your customers with respect you should not be working in a place that you need to have a good customer service!!!!!

Just experienced the worst customer care from staff named Raymond ,the Chinese guy .he just shushed me in-front of people 3 to 4 times and didn’t even let me talk. That’s the worst customer service and humiliation in-front of other people . And he doesn’t even have decency to address the matter. The store owner needs to give him some mandatory classes on how to treat customers . He needs to understand that some customer are actually not feeling well and coming to pick up their meds ,don’t be rude to people who r already not feeling well. He is very rude with other customers too .

Whoever is male pharmacist behind the counter is…other reviews are correct, he is so rude. Didn’t say anything about something being cheaper OTC, just didn’t fill the prescription. Horrible customer service on the phone, cut me off every change he got. Should have stayed with Walgreens instead of switching to here.

People here have no compassion and they don’t necessarily know that these prescriptions is not just medications! The chinese pharmacy tech “They don’t have the medication and there’s a no weight data . The doctor should call us. “1st of all, you guys don’t pick up, with a lot of voice prompt steps before to get to the pharmacy employee. 2. Treat your customer right and speak layman’s term. Tell my husband! You don’t have available medication and if you need it now. please tell your doctor that you may send this prescription to other pharmacy 3. I forgot you can’t endorse other pharmacy, better yet in your other branch or better yet don’t let our health be on pause because you don’t have a medication! And you charline you explained it right and i get it you paid by minimum! Do better!

This CVS pharmacy is unlike any other Big-Chain pharmacy. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and follows through. They take the initiative, work directly with insurance and prescribers to get your prescription filled. They go through great lengths not to kick the problem back to the patient. This is why their phone is always so busy.

The worst of the worst. All chain pharmacies suck, but this takes the cake. I once asked the Pharmacist if he could speak to the insurance company since they were having a problem billing a prescription and dude literally looked at me and said "No, no thanks. Go call yourself." And you can't get through on the phone--they leave you holding for hours until they close. So useless.

The pharmacists at this location are consistently helpful. They always go the extra mile to find the best price for my medication should insurance not cover it and are fast and efficient. I appreciate how they communicate via text for pickup and refill so I can drop in and out in no time at all.

The worst pharmacy I have ever went to that made so many things difficult. Constant missing items that need ordering and then theres essentially no pharmacist available to inform you about the medicine/equipment usage. The guy told me to go to the other pharmacy to check for a prescription and was unwilling to provide the phone number, told me to just walk there instead of calling and denies the possibility about my insurance not covering the prescription there. Well the other pharmacy didn't cover it on prescription and I just walk there for nothing, I had to call back and forth for the CVS; and wait for someone to answer to tell them about the prescription transferation and how I cant get it there. The woman on the phone said "well, what do you want me to do?". Although they told me initially if the other pharmacy doesn't have it, they can still order it. Then changes the story later on and say they can't order it eitherway. Then told me to go to another CVS in Rego Park to check for myself and that I should be able to get it because the prescription is on my profile. That was the second pharmacy they sent me to. They couldnt check to see but just aimlessly sending a patient walking around. They weren't busy because the place was empty and it was at least half an hour before lunch time even begins.

The pharmacists here are so great. After my brain surgery last November they were incredibly helpful in explaining exactly which medications to take and when. They recognize me pretty well at this point and it definitely helps when I’m rushing to pick up my medications. On my visit today, one pharmacist told me that she’ll do the happy dance with me if I make it to the one year mark post-surgery without having a seizure. Just a great group of super helpful people.
